Claims (10)

1. An intelligent welcome electric control system of a steering wheel is used for controlling the action of an actuating mechanism according to the state of a vehicle door of a vehicle and the state of a regulating switch (1), and is characterized in that the intelligent welcome electric control system of the steering wheel comprises a switch acquisition circuit (3), a micro control unit (2) and a driving circuit (5), wherein the switch acquisition circuit (3), the micro control unit (2) and the driving circuit (5) are sequentially connected, the switch acquisition circuit (3) is connected with the regulating switch (1), the micro control unit (2) is used for receiving the state information of the vehicle door, and the driving circuit (5) is connected with the actuating mechanism;
the switch acquisition circuit (3) is used for acquiring the state of the control switch (1) and transmitting the state information of the control switch (1) to the micro control unit (2), the micro control unit (2) is used for judging the getting-on and getting-off actions of a driver according to the state information of the vehicle door and the state information of the control switch (1) and transmitting an execution command to the drive circuit (5), the drive circuit (5) controls the action of the execution mechanism according to the execution command, the position of a steering wheel is adjusted by the execution mechanism, and the steering wheel moves to realize the welcome function.

The intelligent greeting electric control system for the steering wheel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the actuating mechanism comprises an up-down actuating mechanism, the driving circuit controls the up-down actuating mechanism to adjust the steering wheel to move up and down, and the up-down movement of the steering wheel realizes a greeting function;
the switch acquisition circuit (3) is at least used for acquiring the upper state and the lower state of the regulating switch (1).

The intelligent greeting electric control system for the steering wheel according to claim 2, wherein the actuator further comprises a left actuator and a right actuator, and the driving circuit controls the left actuator and the right actuator to adjust the steering wheel to move left and right;
the switch acquisition circuit (3) is used for acquiring the left state and the right state of the regulating switch (1).

The intelligent electric control system for the welcome of the steering wheel according to claim 3 further comprising a fault acquisition circuit, wherein the fault acquisition circuit is connected with the micro control unit (2) and used for acquiring operation information of the actuating mechanism and transmitting the operation information to the micro control unit (2), the micro control unit (2) transmits the execution command to the driving circuit (5) according to the operation information, and the execution command controls the actuating mechanism to stop operating.

The intelligent welcome electric control system for a steering wheel according to claim 4, wherein the up-down actuator comprises an up-down adjusting motor (71), the left-right actuator comprises a left-right adjusting motor (72), the fault acquisition circuit comprises an up-down Hall chip acquisition circuit (41) and a left-right Hall chip acquisition circuit (42), the up-down Hall chip acquisition circuit (41) is connected with the up-down adjusting motor (71) and used for acquiring the operation information of the up-down adjusting motor (71), and the left-right Hall chip acquisition circuit (42) is connected with the left-right adjusting motor (72) and used for acquiring the operation information of the left-right adjusting motor (72).

The intelligent electric control system for welcoming a steering wheel according to claim 5, wherein the fault acquisition circuit further comprises an upper and lower locked-rotor detection circuit (61) and a left and right locked-rotor detection circuit (62), the upper and lower locked-rotor detection circuit (61) and the left and right locked-rotor detection circuit (62) are connected to the driving circuit (5), the upper and lower locked-rotor detection circuit (61) is used for acquiring locked-rotor information of the upper and lower adjusting motors (71), and the left and right locked-rotor detection circuit (62) is used for acquiring locked-rotor information of the left and right adjusting motors (72).

The intelligent welcome electronic control system for a steering wheel according to claim 1 wherein the vehicle comprises a vehicle bus, the micro control unit (2) is connected with the vehicle bus, and the micro control unit (2) is used for receiving the door state information transmitted by the vehicle bus.

The intelligent electric control system for the welcome of the steering wheel according to any one of claims 1 and 7, wherein the state information of the car door is switched from off to on, the regulating switch (1) is in an on state, the micro control unit (2) judges that a driver has an action of getting on or off the car, and the steering wheel moves to realize the welcome function.

The intelligent electric control system for the welcome of the steering wheel according to claim 1, further comprising a power acquisition circuit, wherein the power acquisition circuit is connected with the micro control unit (2), the power acquisition circuit is used for acquiring the power state of the vehicle and sending the power state information of the vehicle to the micro control unit (2), and when the power of the vehicle is disconnected, the micro control unit (2) judges the getting-on and getting-off actions of the driver according to the state information of the vehicle door and the state information of the regulating switch (1).
