Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly greening brick containing waste powder recycled by an asphalt mixing station and a preparation method thereof, wherein a certain amount of water is added into the waste powder recycled by the asphalt mixing station, aggregate and cement, and the mixture is stirred, mixed and pressed into a brick; the prepared greening brick does not contain substances causing pollution to the long-term environment, such as a binder, an organic solvent and the like, has enough strength, and can be used as a greening brick.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly greening brick containing waste powder recycled by an asphalt mixing station and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of economic construction in China, the influence of waste powder generated by an asphalt mixing station on the ecological environment is more and more serious, in recent years, the environmental protection attention degree of the national government departments is increasingly improved, and the governments in various places increase the investment of dust control projects so as to improve the conditions and realize the aim of sustainable development. However, a large amount of fine-particle dust is generated in the production process of asphalt concrete, the treatment of the waste powder recovered by the asphalt mixing station in China is mainly landfill, and the underground landfill treatment occupies a large amount of storage yards and has potential danger of polluting underground water, so that how to treat the waste powder recovered by the asphalt mixing station is an environmental protection problem which needs to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly greening brick containing waste powder recycled by an asphalt mixing station and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly brick is a light environment-friendly greening brick, does not need high-temperature calcination, has low production cost and simple production process, solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste powder of the existing asphalt mixing station, changes waste into valuable, and is beneficial to protecting the ecological environment.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
an environment-friendly greening brick containing waste powder recovered by an asphalt mixing station comprises, by weight, 25-45 parts of waste powder, 40-60 parts of aggregate and 8-15 parts of cement on a dry basis;
the waste powder is recovered from an asphalt mixing station, and the apparent density of the waste powder is 2.4-2.6t/m3The water content is 0.5-0.7%, and the particle size is 0.075-0.15 mm.
The limestone dust in the waste powder accounts for 80-90 wt%.
The aggregate is limestone with the grain diameter of 3mm-8 mm.
The cement is Portland cement with the specific surface area of 450-2/kg。
The materials used above: the waste powder, the aggregate and the cement are all taken from an asphalt mixing station, the materials are obtained locally, the asphalt and the environment-friendly greening bricks can be co-produced, and good economic benefits can be generated.
Preferably, the environment-friendly greening brick containing the waste powder recycled by the asphalt mixing station comprises, by weight, 30-40 parts of waste powder, 50-55 parts of aggregate and 10-12 parts of cement on a dry basis. The raw materials required by the formula are all taken from an asphalt mixing station, the environment-friendly greening brick meeting the requirements can be produced under the condition that other auxiliary materials such as a binder and a solvent are not added, toxic substances such as an organic solvent are not added, and the environment is not polluted.

(2) and (2) feeding the mixture obtained in the step (1) into a mould, pressing and forming the mixture by using a hydraulic brick press, spraying water at the temperature of 0-35 ℃ for curing for 40-60 hours to harden the brick body, and demoulding to obtain the environment-friendly greening brick.
And (2) adding water in the step (1) to ensure that the liquid limit of the mixture is 30% and the plasticity index IP is 13. Only in this way, the greening bricks can have enough strength and can be used as greening bricks.
The double-shaft mixer in the step (1) is a commercially available device, and the hydraulic brick press in the step (2) is a bidirectional pressure type hydraulic brick press, model number YMZA-1200, which is a commercially available device.
And (3) carrying out watering curing at 0 ℃ for 60 hours or at 25 ℃ for 48 hours or at 35 ℃ for 40 hours, wherein the water is cured at a specific temperature and can generate enough strength after being pressed.
The environmental greening brick can be prepared into various shapes according to the needs, such as a grid shape (240 multiplied by 115 multiplied by 50mm), a groined shape (250 multiplied by 190 multiplied by 70mm), a nine-hole shape (300 multiplied by 70mm), an 8-shaped shape (400 multiplied by 200 multiplied by 70mm) and the like.
According to the environment-friendly greening brick, a certain amount of water is added into the waste powder, the aggregate and the cement recovered by the asphalt mixing station, and the mixture is stirred, mixed and pressed into the brick, so that the preparation method does not need high-temperature calcination, the production cost is low, and the production process is simple; the prepared greening brick does not contain substances causing pollution to the long-term environment, such as a binder, an organic solvent and the like, has enough strength, and can be used as a greening brick.
