更优选的，所述的中药组合物，包括以下重量份的原料：白龙须20份，清半夏20份，制草乌20份，制川乌20份，胆南星20份，徐长卿20份，制马钱子20份，雪上一枝蒿20份，土元15份，桂枝10份。
本发明提供了一种修复外伤的创口液，所述创口液为上述中药组合物的醇提液。
本发明还提供了所述修复外伤的创口液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
将上述的中药原料干燥、粉碎，用75％的乙醇溶液浸泡2.5-3.5个月，得到的醇提液即为所述创口液。
优选的，步骤1)中所述中药原料干燥后的含水量低于9％。
优选的，所述中药原料与所述乙醇溶液的质量体积比为1g:23mL-1g:31mL。
优选的，所述粉碎的粒径为5-20目。
优选的，所述75％的乙醇溶液由95％以上的乙醇与52度纯酿白酒配制而成。
本发明还提供了上述中药组合物或上述创口液在制备修复外伤创口药物中的应用。
本发明所述的修复外伤创口的中药组合物，配伍合理，无毒副作用，由其制备得到的创口液具有以下有益效果：
1、消毒消炎：抑菌灭菌性强，能使创口深度消毒、消炎；
2、消肿镇痛：能快速消肿散瘀，缓解痛感；
3、活血生肌：能修复破损皮肤；
4、止血凝血：先出点血而后止血，创口毒素随着血液排出体外，减少被感染的风险，而后迅速凝血止血，使创面立即产生保护层，防止感染；
5、续筋接骨：能成功接活被切割机切断的五指，并且恢复完好如初不留疤痕。
6、蜂针虫咬：能化解蜂虫针咬后的毒素，止痒，止痛，消肿。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种修复外伤创口的中药组合物，包括以下重量份的原料：白龙须15-30份，清半夏15-30份，制草乌15-25份，制川乌15-25份，胆南星15-30份，徐长卿15-30份，制马钱子13-23份，雪上一枝蒿13-23份，土元10-25份，桂枝5-20份。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括15-30份的白龙须，优选为18-25份，更优选为20份。在本发明中，所述白龙须具有祛风除湿，舒筋活络，散瘀止痛的作用。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括15-30份的清半夏，优选为18-25份，更优选为20份。在本发明中，所述清半夏具有外消痈肿的作用。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括15-25份的制草乌，优选为18-22份份，更优选为20份。在本发明中，所述制草乌具有祛风除湿，温经止痛的作用。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括15-25份的制川乌，优选为18-23份，更优选为20份。在本发明中，所述制川乌有大毒，具有祛风除湿，温经止痛的功效，与制草乌配伍能增强组合物的止痛效果。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括15-30份的胆南星，优选为18-25份，更优选为20份。在本发明中，所述胆南星味苦，性凉，具有清热的功效。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括15-30份的徐长卿，优选为18-25份，更优选为20份。在本发明中，所述徐长卿具有祛风止痛，解毒消肿，温经通络的功效。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括13-23份的制马钱子，优选为18-22份，更优选为20份。在本发明中，所述制马钱子具有抗炎、止痛、舒筋活血，散寒通络的功效。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括13-23份的雪上一枝蒿，优选为18-22份，更优选为20份。在本发明中，所述雪上一枝蒿有大毒，具有祛风湿，活血止痛的功效，与白酒配伍外用，具有治疮疡肿毒，毒虫及毒蛇咬伤、蜂叮的作用。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括10-25份的土元，优选为12-20份，更优选为15份。在本发明中，所述土元具有下瘀血，消症瘕，疗折伤，散瘀止痛的功效。
本发明提供的中药组合物包括5-20份的桂枝，优选为8-15份，更优选为10份。在本发明中，所述桂枝能够发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气，具有温通经脉，散寒止痛的功效。
本发明以白龙须、雪上一枝蒿、制草乌以及制川乌为君药，徐长卿和制马钱子为臣药，以清半夏和胆南星为佐药，土元和桂枝为使药，通过君臣佐使各味药的合理配伍，以实现清热解毒、祛风止痛为目的，具有止血止痛快、迅速结痂愈合、减少渗出、对感染伤口消炎去腐、敛疮生肌的功效。
本发明提供了一种修复外伤的创口液，所述创口液为上述中药组合物的醇提液。
本发明还提供了所述修复外伤的创口液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
将上述的中药原料干燥、粉碎，用75％的乙醇溶液浸泡2.5-3.5个月，得到的醇提液即为所述创口液。
在本发明中，所述干燥的温度优选为60-80℃，更优选为65-75℃；所述干燥的时间优选为6-10h，优选为8-9h。所述中药原料干燥后的含水量优选为≤9％，更优选≤7％。本发明中，所述粉碎的粒径优选为5-20目，更优选为10-15目。本发明对所述干燥以及粉碎的方法和设备没有特殊限定，采用本领域常规的方法和设备即可。
本发明中，所述75％的乙醇溶液由95％以上的乙醇和52度纯酿白酒混合而成。所述95％以上的乙醇和52度纯酿白酒的体积比优选为0.9：1-1.2：1，更优选为1:1。在本发明中，所述白酒含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素及少量的钠、铜、锌等元素，具有促进人体新陈代谢，起到活血通脉、助药力、增进食欲、消除疲劳的保健功效。本发明中，所述95％以上的乙醇与52度纯酿白酒相互配合使用，能够将细菌完全杀死，有利于外伤创口的消炎和恢复。本发明对所述白酒的来源并没有特殊限定，本发明中优选为52度牛栏山品牌，北京顺鑫农业股份有限公司牛栏山酒厂出品。
在本发明中，所述中药原料与所述75％的乙醇溶液的质量体积比优选为1g:23mL-1g:31mL，更优选为1g:27mL。本发明中，所述浸泡的时间优选为2.5-3.5个月，更优选为3个月。
本发明将上述的中药原料干燥、粉碎，用75％的乙醇溶液浸泡2.5-3.5个月的过程中还需要进行搅拌。所述搅拌为每10天搅拌一次，所述搅拌的速度优选为30-40r/min，更优选为35-38r/min；所述搅拌的时间优选为10-20min，更优选为15-18min。本发明对所述搅拌的方法和设备没有特殊限定，采用本领域常规的方法和设备即可。
本发明还提供了上述中药组合物或上述创口液在制备修复外伤创口药物中的应用。
本发明对所述中药的来源没有特殊限定，采用常规市售产品即可。
为了进一步说明本发明，下面结合实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细地描述，但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
1)将白龙须15份，清半夏15份，制草乌15份，制川乌15份，胆南星15份，徐长卿15份，制马钱子13份，雪上一枝蒿13份，土元10份，桂枝5份分别进行除杂、清洗，干燥至中药含水量为9％时，经粉碎得到粒径为5目的中药原料；
2)将95％以上的乙醇2000mL和52度纯粮白酒2000mL混合均匀得到75％的乙醇溶液；
3)将步骤1)所述中药原料与步骤2)所述75％的乙醇溶液混合浸泡2.5个月，期间每10天搅拌一次，搅拌的速度为30r/min，时间为10min，过滤后即得本发明的创口液。
实施例2
1)将白龙须30份，清半夏30份，制草乌25份，制川乌25份，胆南星30份，徐长卿30份，制马钱子23份，雪上一枝蒿23份，土元25份，桂枝20份分别进行除杂、清洗，干燥至中药含水量为9％时，经粉碎得到粒径为20目的中药原料；
2)将95％以上的乙醇3000mL和52度纯粮白酒3000mL混合均匀得到75％的乙醇溶液；
3)将步骤1)所述中药原料与步骤2)所述75％的乙醇溶液混合浸泡3.5个月，期间每10天搅拌一次，搅拌的速度为40r/min，时间为20min，过滤后即得本发明的创口液。
实施例3
1)将白龙须20份，清半夏20份，制草乌20份，制川乌20份，胆南星20份，徐长卿20份，制马钱子20份，雪上一枝蒿20份，土元15份，桂枝10份分别进行除杂、清洗，干燥至中药含水量为9％时，经粉碎得到粒径为15目的中药原料；
2)将95％以上的乙醇2500mL和52度纯粮白酒2500mL混合均匀得到75％的乙醇溶液；
3)将步骤1)所述中药原料与步骤2)所述75％的乙醇溶液混合浸泡3个月，期间每10天搅拌一次，搅拌的速度为35r/min，时间为15min，过滤后即得本发明的创口液。
实施例4
分别使用本发明实施例1-3所得的创口液与传统的创口贴(恒迪牌，购自金华市景迪医疗用品有限公司)对相同的各种伤口进行治疗，治疗结果如表1所示。

临床病例
1)2018年6月17日，鄂州市爱贝幼儿园，亮亮的手指被同学咬伤，手指被咬了一圈牙印，红肿疼痛，即刻喷涂本发明创口液，5分钟后红肿消退，疼痛减轻，4个小时后牙印消退，基本恢复。
2)李名七，女，76岁，2019年7月6日在西山公园晨练时，经过斜坡时由于不小心滑倒摔伤，眼青鼻肿，脸鼻出现了轻微破皮，后涂抹本发明的创口液，每天4次以上，7天即青退肿消，完全恢复。
3)严某，湖北省鄂州市鄂城区七里界严家湾人。于2018年10月20日5时工作中，左大拇指被切割机切断，只剩拇指内侧一点皮连着，流血不止，用创口液冲洗后对正流血止住，插钢钉两枚固定，每天用创口液喷涂5-6次，10天取出钢钉，20天恢复完好如初。
4)李某，男，54岁，湖北省鄂州市湖滨花园25-3-6。2020年8月20日晚上7时左右，被野狗将右小指咬伤，当晚在医院进行了处理。第二天早上突然流血不止，用本发明的创口液进行喷涂后10分钟流血止住，60分钟伤口无明显疼痛和肿胀，喷涂半个月即恢复如初。
由以上实施例可以看出，本发明提供的修复外伤创口的创口液通过将白龙须，清半夏，制草乌，制川乌，胆南星，徐长卿，制马钱子，雪上一枝蒿，土元，桂枝，乙醇，纯酿白酒进行配伍，诸药合用，与传统的创口贴相比，本发明的创口液对毒虫蚊咬、割伤出血、扭伤疼痛、扭伤青肿，无名肿痛、术后刀口修复、机械性创口止血和病毒性创口止血均具有良好的效果。可见，本发明的创口液具有止血止痛快、迅速结痂愈合、减少渗出，并且有对感染伤口消炎去腐、敛疮生肌的功效，同时制备方法简单易行，稳定性好，久放不坏，使用方便，易于推广。

Claims (9)
1.一种修复外伤创口的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料药制成：白龙须18-25份，清半夏18-25份，制草乌18-22份，制川乌18-23份，胆南星18-25份，徐长卿18-25份，制马钱子18-22份，雪上一枝蒿18-22份，土元12-20份，桂枝8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料药制成：白龙须20份，清半夏20份，制草乌20份，制川乌20份，胆南星20份，徐长卿20份，制马钱子20份，雪上一枝蒿20份，土元15份，桂枝10份。
3.一种修复外伤的创口液，其特征在于，为权利要求1～2任意一项所述中药组合物的醇提液。
4.权利要求3所述修复外伤的创口液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
将所述的中药原料干燥、粉碎，用75％的乙醇溶液浸泡2.5-3.5个月，得到的醇提液即为所述创口液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述中药原料干燥后的含水量低于9％。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述中药原料与所述乙醇溶液的质量体积比为1g:23mL-1g:31mL。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述粉碎的粒径为5-20目。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述75％的乙醇溶液由95％以上的乙醇与52度纯酿白酒配制而成。
9.权利要求1～2任意一项所述的中药组合物或权利要求3所述的创口液在制备修复外伤创口药物中的应用。
