a crank (55), wherein the crank (55) is arranged at the axis position of the disc (54);
the connecting rod (56) is rotatably arranged on the crank (55);

the pull rope (10) is connected between the two racks (65);
and a second elastic piece (11) is connected between the top in the guide sleeve (7) and the top of the sliding shaft (8).
5. The quick coconut cutting apparatus for beverage processing as recited in claim 4, further comprising:
the upper part of the base (1) close to one semicircular side of the treatment box (2) is provided with a blanking slideway (12);
the upper part of the base (1) close to the semicircular side wall of the treatment box (2) and the upper part of the base (1) close to one side of the servo motor (53) are both provided with a straight slide rail (13);
the straight slide blocks (14) are arranged in the straight slide rails (13) in a sliding way;
the two straight-moving sliding blocks (14) are connected with the mounting rods (15);
the connecting rod (16) is arranged on the mounting rod (15) close to the semicircular side wall of the treatment box (2);
the upper part of the connecting rod (16) is provided with the U-shaped frame (17);
the two end parts of the striker plate (18) and the U-shaped frame (17) are provided with two striker plates (18) in a staggered manner, and the two striker plates (18) are matched with the blanking slideway (12).
