From table 1, it can be seen that the lactobacillus R23 and K2 screened out in the laboratory have more obvious bacteriostatic action than other lactobacilli, and can effectively inhibit the proliferation of common pathogenic bacteria of livestock and poultry.

Example 3
1) Mixing radix astragali 10 parts, folium Turpiniae 30 parts, herba Taraxaci 10 parts, folium Isatidis 30 parts, folium Artemisiae Argyi 5 parts, and five Chinese medicinal materials, adding 3 times of water, boiling for 3 times, each time for 50min, mixing the decoctions for 3 times, and concentrating to obtain compound Chinese medicinal concentrated solution with crude drug content of 0.5 g/mL.

Example 4
1) Mixing 40 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10 parts of turpinia formosana, 30 parts of dandelion, 10 parts of folium isatidis, 25 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and five Chinese herbal medicines uniformly, adding 3 times of water by volume and boiling for 3 times, 50min each time, combining 3 times of decoction, and concentrating to obtain a compound Chinese herbal medicine concentrated solution with the crude drug content of 0.5 g/mL.

Uniformly coating Escherichia coli K88, salmonella and Clostridium perfringens suspension cultured for 12h on an LB plate and a TSC plate respectively by adopting an agar diffusion method, placing an Oxford cup on the plates, adding the Chinese herbal medicine microecological composite preparation I (group I) in the example 2, the Chinese herbal medicine microecological composite preparation II (group II) in the comparative example 1, the compound Chinese herbal medicine decoction (group III) and the lactic acid bacteria suspension (group IV) cultured for 72h into the Oxford cup respectively, standing at 37 ℃ for 12h, and observing the result.
In vitro antibacterial tests show that the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation has obvious inhibition effect on the growth of Escherichia coli K88, Clostridium perfringens and Salmonella, and the antibacterial abilities of the groups are compared as shown in the following table 2:

From table 2, it can be seen that the bacteriostatic effect of the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation i containing the turpinia arguta leaf component in example 2 is better than that of the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation ii without the turpinia arguta leaf component in comparative example 1, and the bacteriostatic ability of the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation is stronger than that of the compound Chinese herbal medicine decoction and the lactic acid bacteria solution.
Application example 1: influence of the product of the invention on the growth performance of piglets
Test protocol: 96 newborn piglets with similar body weight and good health condition are randomly divided into 4 groups, each group has 4 repetitions, and each repetition has 6 repetitions. Data processing: the experimental data were analyzed for variance using ANOVA in SPSS 21.0 software, and multiple comparisons using LSD, with the results expressed as "mean. + -. standard deviation" and significance level P < 0.05.
Test results and analysis: the influence of the herbal microecological compound preparation on the production performance and diarrhea rate of piglets is provided. See table 3 below.

As can be seen from Table 3, compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake and daily weight gain of piglets in each treatment group are both significantly improved (P is less than 0.05), wherein the average daily feed intake and daily weight gain of group III (added with 0.2% of the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation) are the highest; the feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rate are obviously reduced (P <0.05), wherein the feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rate of the group III are the lowest.

As can be seen from Table 4, compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake and daily weight gain of piglets in each treatment group are both significantly improved (P is less than 0.05), wherein the average daily feed intake and daily weight gain of group II (added with the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation I containing the turpinia formosana leaf component) are the highest; the diarrhea rate is obviously reduced (P <0.05), wherein the diarrhea rate of the group II is the lowest; compared with a control group and a group III (added with a Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation II without the turpinia formosana leaf component), the feed-meat ratio of the piglets of the group II is obviously reduced (P is less than 0.05).
From the above experimental examples, it can be seen that the 0.2% Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation I in example 2 has the best addition effect, which is superior to the single addition effect of the compound Chinese herbal medicine, and shows that the lactobacillus and the Chinese herbal medicine have significant synergistic effect; the adding effect of the Chinese herbal medicine microecological composite preparation I containing the turpinia arguta leaf component in the example 2 is better than that of the Chinese herbal medicine microecological composite preparation II without the turpinia arguta leaf component in the comparative example 1, and the turpinia arguta leaf component in the Chinese herbal medicine microecological composite preparation I has a remarkable effect of promoting the growth of piglets. It should be noted that the Chinese herbal medicine micro-ecological compound preparations prepared in examples 3-4 have the same effect as the preparation prepared in example 2.
In conclusion, the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation is applied to piglet production, can obviously improve the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of piglets, reduce the feed conversion ratio, enhance the immunity, maintain the intestinal homeostasis, obviously reduce the diarrhea rate and the probability of other diseases, improve the survival rate of piglets, and has no pollution to the environment on the premise of improving the economic benefit of livestock breeding.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention are merely examples of implementations, rather than limitations, and that many variations and modifications of the invention are possible to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A Chinese herbal medicine micro-ecological compound preparation for preventing and treating newborn piglet enteritis is prepared by adding lactobacillus liquid into Chinese herbal medicine extract, and performing anaerobic fermentation; the weight ratio of the lactobacillus liquid to the Chinese herbal medicines is 1-3: 40-50.

(2) adding MRS broth into the concentrated Chinese medicinal liquid to obtain culture solution, adjusting pH to 7.0, sterilizing with 115 deg.C high pressure steam for 30min, cooling to room temperature, inoculating lactobacillus liquid into the culture solution according to weight ratio, fermenting at 37 deg.C for 72 hr, and packaging to obtain Chinese medicinal microecological compound preparation.
5. The preparation method of the Chinese herbal medicine micro-ecological compound preparation for preventing and treating enteritis of newborn piglets according to claim 4, wherein the crude drug content in the Chinese herbal medicine concentrated solution in the step (1) is 0.5 g/mL.
6. The preparation method of the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation for preventing and treating enteritis of newborn piglets according to claim 4, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine microecological compound preparation in the step (2) is preserved for standby at 4 ℃.
7. The use of the Chinese herbal medicine micro-ecological compound preparation for preventing and treating enteritis of newborn piglets, which is disclosed by any one of claims 1 to 3, in pig feed.
