In order to further embody the technical effect achieved by the quantitative evaluation method for public service facilities provided by the present invention, the present invention is further described below with reference to an application example of the present invention in which the inventor performs quantitative evaluation on public service facilities in a research and development process.
By taking the hope sentry village as an example, the hope sentry village is judged to be located in the range of the central urban area through the method, and the public service facility configuration requirement of the hope sentry village is suitable for the public service facility list of the central urban area.
Preferably, the item names of the public service facilities in the category file are acquired, the item names are summarized according to the item names, the number of items corresponding to the summarized item names and the summarized item names is obtained, and a hope sentry village public service facility integrity connection comparison table shown in the following table 1 is generated and used as result data of quantitative evaluation. Specifically, the preset number of items corresponding to the item name may be the number of public service facilities preset by the technical specification, or may be the number of public service facilities in the preferred scheme.
TABLE 1 comparison table of integrity connections of public service facilities in hope sentry village
Figure BDA0002847463050000101
As can be seen from the result data in table 1 above, the number of the total middle school output missing public service facilities in the education facilities in the planning scheme is equal to the number of the technically specified public service facilities, and the number of the total school output missing public service facilities in the school and the kindergarten in nine years is smaller than the number of the technically specified public service facilities, so that the education type public service facilities in the planning scheme lack high schools. Public service facilities are not necessarily configured in community health service stations and farmer (meat and vegetable) markets (Jupiter level), and the number of the missed cell garden is judged to be equal to the number of the public service facilities specified by the technology according to the collected number, so that the scheme is short of the public service facilities of the cell garden type.
The 'public service facility list of the planning scheme of the hope sentry village' is connected to the 'public service facility list of the central urban area', 36 fields are successfully connected, a new table 2 is derived and generated, and the area conformance connection comparison table of the public service facilities of the hope sentry village is obtained. And (3) building a 'using ground area difference' double-precision field, and assigning a value of dividing the using ground area by the number of the public service facilities and subtracting the using ground area (the lower limit is square meter per square meter) to be used as the result data of quantitative evaluation.
TABLE 2 connection comparison table for land area conformity of public service facilities in hope sentry village
Figure BDA0002847463050000102
And outputting an item with the land area difference smaller than 0 in the table 2, wherein the item is an item which does not accord with the preset database and comprises a preset upper limit value of the land area, and the evaluation result of the scheme has five public service facilities of nine-year consistent school (45 shifts), resident fitness place, nursery house, primary school (38 shifts) and garbage collection station which do not accord with the preset database and comprise the preset upper limit value of the land area.
After the public service facility list of the 'hope hillock planning scheme' is connected to the 'public service facility list in central urban areas', 36 fields are successfully connected, a new table 3 is derived and generated, a hope hillock village public service facility building area conformity connection comparison table, two double-precision fields of 'newly-built building area difference 1' and 'building area difference 2' are assigned, wherein the value of the building area difference 1 is equal to the building area divided by the number of the public service facilities and then subtracted by the building area (lower limit a square meter position), and the value of the 'building area difference 2' is equal to the building area divided by the number of the public service facilities and then subtracted by the building area (upper limit a square meter position) to serve as quantitative evaluation result data.
TABLE 3 connection comparison table for building area conformity of public service facilities in hope-sentry village
Figure BDA0002847463050000111
As the public service facilities which do not comply with the above-described situation, all the items which do not comply with the "difference in building area 1" of 0 or more and the "difference in building area 2" of 0 or less are output according to table 3: the first and last stations of the bus, the primary school (36 classes) and the garbage collection station.
After the "public service facility list of the hope post village planning scheme" is connected to the "public service facility list of the central urban area", all items with the rear fields displayed as empty are deleted, and 36 items are remained. Selecting public service facilities with clear service scale (such as 3.5-10 ten thousand people in the culture station service population), exporting to form a table 4, connecting and comparing the service scale conformity of the public service facilities in the hope post village, newly building a text type field 'project name processing', deleting parentheses in the education facilities and characters in the parentheses, and keeping the names consistent. And (3) creating a double-precision field 'planning service scale difference', calculating the value of the double-precision field to be equal to 'the number of public service facilities and the upper limit of the service scale' by using a field calculator tool, and summarizing the sum of field values of 'planning maximum service scale' based on the 'project name processing' field. And a field ' service scale difference ' is newly created, and a field calculator is used for calculating the value of the field ' the maximum service scale of the plan- (the number of the planned population) ' 6.1 ', and the value is used as the result data of quantitative evaluation.
According to the result data of the previous step and the judgment principle, the first public service facilities and the last public service facilities of the public transportation station and the garbage collection station in the non-educational facilities do not accord with the technical regulations, and the first public service facilities of the school do not accord with the technical regulations consistently for nine years in the educational facilities. And outputting the three items as quantitative evaluation results of the public service facilities.
Table 4 link comparison table for service scale conformity of public service facilities in hope sentry village
