The embodiment of the invention provides a quantitative evaluation method of public service facilities, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring facility information of public service facilities;
acquiring inclusion relations among the public service facilities according to the facility information, classifying the public service facilities according to the inclusion relations, and generating class files corresponding to the classes;
acquiring the project names of the public service facilities in the category file, and summarizing the project names according to the project names to obtain summarized project names and the number of projects corresponding to the summarized project names;
calculating a first difference value between the number of preset items corresponding to the item names and the number of the items, and judging the integrity of the public service facilities in the category files according to the first difference value; the preset item number corresponding to the item name is obtained according to a preset database; the preset database is stored in the geographic information platform;
and outputting the quantitative evaluation result of the public service facilities according to the integrity of the public service facilities in the category file.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the determining the integrity of the public service facility in the class file according to the first difference specifically includes:
when the first difference value is equal to 0, judging that the public service facilities in the category file are complete;
and when the first difference value is not equal to 0, judging that the public service facilities in the category file are not complete.
As an improvement of the above, the facility information includes: the land area of the public service facility;
the method further comprises the following steps:
calculating the sum of the land areas of the public service facilities in different categories, and calculating a second difference value between the sum of the land areas of the public service facilities and a preset land area lower limit value;
if the second difference value in the current category is not less than 0, judging that the land area of the public service facility in the current category is qualified;
and the preset database comprises the preset land area lower limit value.
As an improvement of the above, the facility information includes: a building area of the public service facility;
the method further comprises the following steps:
calculating a third difference value between the building area of the public service facility in different categories and a preset building area upper limit value, and calculating a fourth difference value between the building area of the public service facility and a preset building area lower limit value;
if the third difference value is not greater than 0 and the fourth difference value is not less than 0 in the current category, judging that the building area of the public service facility in the current category is qualified;
and the preset database comprises a preset building area upper limit value and a preset building area lower limit value.
As an improvement of the above, the facility information includes: an actual service population of the public service facility;
the method further comprises the following steps:
calculating the sum of the upper limit values of the actual service population numbers of the public service facilities in different categories, and calculating a fifth difference value between the sum and the planned total population number;
when the fifth difference is not less than 0, judging that the actual service population of the public service facilities in the current category is qualified;
and the preset database comprises a planning service population upper limit value of the preset public service facility.
As an improvement of the above, the method further comprises:
buffering the public service facility through the geographic information platform according to a preset service radius to obtain a buffer area of the service radius distance of the public service facility;
acquiring the residential area of the current area through the geographic information platform;
obtaining the total area of the residential land related to the public service facility according to the buffer area of the service radius distance of the public service facility and the residential land area of the area corresponding to the public service facility;
calculating utility coverage according to:

the category dividing module is used for acquiring the inclusion relation among the public service facilities according to the facility information, dividing the categories of the public service facilities according to the inclusion relation and generating category files corresponding to the categories;
the project summarizing module is used for acquiring the project names of the public service facilities in the category files, and summarizing the project names according to the project names to obtain the summarized project names and the number of projects corresponding to the summarized project names;
the difference value calculation module is used for calculating a first difference value between the number of preset items corresponding to the item names and the number of the items, and judging the integrity of the public service facilities in the category files according to the first difference value; the preset item number corresponding to the item name is obtained according to a preset database; the preset database is stored in the geographic information platform;
and the quantitative evaluation output module is used for outputting a quantitative evaluation result of the public service facility according to the integrity of the public service facility in the category file.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal device, which includes a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the processor implements the quantitative evaluation method for public service facilities according to the above embodiment of the present invention.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium includes a stored computer program, where when the computer program runs, an apparatus where the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute the method for quantitatively evaluating a public service facility in the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
Compared with the prior art, the quantitative evaluation method, the device, the equipment and the storage medium for the public service facilities provided by the embodiment of the invention have the following beneficial effects:
the method comprises the steps of classifying the public service facilities according to the inclusion relationship among the public service facilities, summarizing and counting according to the classified files, and carrying out integrity check, land area check, building area check, service population scale check and facility coverage check on the public service facilities according to preset data, so that a large number of data types to be processed of the public service facilities are simplified, and the complexity of data processing is reduced; by quantifying the public service facilities and calculating the difference value of the public service facilities and the data in the preset database, the quantitative evaluation of the public service facilities is realized, and the problems that the efficiency of auditing a planning scheme of the public service facilities is reduced, the time consumption is long and the accuracy is low due to the fact that the subjectivity and the objectivity of an evaluation result of the public service facilities are high and the objectivity of the evaluation result of the public service facilities is weak manually according to experience are solved, so that the quantitative evaluation of the public service facilities based on the geographic information technology is realized, and the efficiency and the accuracy of the evaluation of the public service facilities are improved.

calculating the sum of the upper limit values of the actual service population numbers of the public service facilities in different categories, and calculating a fifth difference value between the sum and the planned total population number;
when the fifth difference is not less than 0, judging that the actual service population of the public service facilities in the current category is qualified;
the preset database comprises a preset upper limit value of the number of the planning service population of the public service facility.
Specifically, for a certain type of public service facilities (such as education facilities, medical facilities, and the like), the preset service population upper limits of each public service facility of the type are accumulated, and the obtained sum is subtracted by the planning total population (i.e., the determined planning population number in the scheme), so as to obtain a fifth difference value.

Further, the method further comprises:
buffering the public service facility through a geographic information platform according to a preset service radius to obtain a buffer area of the service radius distance of the public service facility;
acquiring the living land area of the current area through a geographic information platform;
obtaining the total area of residential land related to the public service facility according to the buffer area of the service radius distance of the public service facility and the residential land area of the area corresponding to the public service facility;
calculating utility coverage according to:

In a specific embodiment, the predetermined database stored in the Geographic Information platform (GIS) may include a central urban public service facility list and a non-central urban public service facility list.
According to the central urban area range line in the CAD format, if the target area is judged to be in the central urban area, the public service facility configuration requirement of the central urban area is suitable for a central urban public service facility list; and loading the central urban public service facility list into a GIS layer, establishing a connection relation between the central urban public service facility list and a non-central urban public service facility list, and deleting a non-empty item of the following data so as to generate a new form of an editable field. In order to further embody the technical effect achieved by the quantitative evaluation method for public service facilities provided by the present invention, the present invention is further described below with reference to an application example of the present invention in which the inventor performs quantitative evaluation on public service facilities in a research and development process.
By taking the hope sentry village as an example, the hope sentry village is judged to be located in the range of the central urban area through the method, and the public service facility configuration requirement of the hope sentry village is suitable for the public service facility list of the central urban area.
Preferably, the item names of the public service facilities in the category file are acquired, the item names are summarized according to the item names, the number of items corresponding to the summarized item names and the summarized item names is obtained, and a hope sentry village public service facility integrity connection comparison table shown in the following table 1 is generated and used as result data of quantitative evaluation. Loading the land use scheme into a GIS, opening an attribute table to create a double-precision field service radius, and assigning values to the service radius field according to different service radii of different public service facilities, wherein the service radius of nine years of consistent, complete middle school and junior middle school is 1000 meters, the service radius of primary school is 500 meters, and the service radius of a kindergarten is 300 meters.
And buffering the service radius in the buffer distance selection field to generate a new layer file, and newly establishing two fields of residential Area and public service facility coverage, wherein the Area of the residential Area is equal to the Area of residential (746832.35195 square meters in total), and the value of the residential Area is equal to Shape _ Area/residential Area.
