Abstract
本发明提供了无动力管道探伤仪,其可以在任意管道内随着水流的流淌进行拍摄或探伤。其包括摄像机,摄像机安装于X方向安装架,X方向安装架左右分别通过X方向轴旋转安装于Z方向安装架底端,X方向轴端部与X方向电机轴端连接;Z方向安装架顶部安装有Z方向电机,Z方向电机轴端向上,通过套筒安装于上安装架,安装架固定安装于腔体顶部内侧。

本发明属于探测领域,具体的涉及管道探测。
背景技术
常规管道检测仪或者探伤仪需要配备动力装置,可以在管道里面爬行或者行走。由于动力装置需要的能量较多,考虑设计一种无动力管道探伤仪可以做成胶囊大小,可以在任意管道内随着水流的流淌进行拍摄或探伤。
发明内容
为了解决管道探伤仪消耗能量多的问题,本发明提供了无动力管道探伤仪,其可以在任意管道内随着水流的流淌进行拍摄或探伤。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
无动力管道探伤仪,其包括摄像机,其特征在于:所述摄像机安装于X方向安装架,所述X方向安装架左右分别通过X方向轴旋转安装于Z方向安装架底端,所述X方向轴端部与X方向电机轴端连接;所述Z方向安装架顶部安装有Z方向电机,所述Z方向电机轴端向上,通过套筒安装于上安装架,所述安装架固定安装于腔体顶部内侧。
其进一步特征在于:
所述X方向轴端部安装有第一齿轮,所述X方向电机轴端安装有第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合;
所述腔体为球形,包括球上罩、球下罩,所述球上罩、球下罩接触面设置有密封圈,通过螺栓拧紧;
所述腔体顶端设置有充电头。
本发明的有益效果为: 根据摄像机反馈的倾斜程度,反馈给X方向电机、Z方向电机轴旋转的角度,始终保持摄像机在固定位置,即使探伤仪随着水流波动,也不会影响拍摄质量,保证了其可以在任意管道内随着水流的流淌进行拍摄或探伤。

无动力管道探伤仪,其包括摄像机2,所述摄像机2安装于X方向安装架3,所述X方向安装架3左右分别通过X方向轴4旋转安装于Z方向安装架7底端,所述X方向轴4端部与X方向电机5轴端连接;所述Z方向安装架7顶部安装有Z方向电机6,所述Z方向电机6轴端向上,通过套筒81安装于上安装架8,所述安装架固定安装于腔体1顶部内侧。所述X方向轴4端部安装有第一齿轮41,所述X方向电机5轴端安装有第二齿轮51,所述第一齿轮41与所述第二齿轮51啮合;所述腔体1为球形,包括球上罩11、球下罩12,所述球上罩11、球下罩12接触面设置有密封圈13,通过螺栓拧紧;所述腔体1顶端设置有充电头14。
本发明的有益效果为: 根据摄像机2反馈的倾斜程度,反馈给X方向电机5、Z方向电机6轴旋转的角度,始终保持摄像机2在固定位置,即使探伤仪随着水流波动,也不会影响拍摄质量,保证了其可以在任意管道内随着水流的流淌进行拍摄或探伤。

1.无动力管道探伤仪,其包括摄像机,其特征在于:所述摄像机安装于X方向安装架,所述X方向安装架左右分别通过X方向轴旋转安装于Z方向安装架底端,所述X方向轴端部与X方向电机轴端连接;所述Z方向安装架顶部安装有Z方向电机,所述Z方向电机轴端向上,通过套筒安装于上安装架,所述安装架固定安装于腔体顶部内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无动力管道探伤仪,其特征在于:所述X方向轴端部安装有第一齿轮,所述X方向电机轴端安装有第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无动力管道探伤仪,其特征在于:所述腔体为球形,包括球上罩、球下罩,所述球上罩、球下罩接触面设置有密封圈,通过螺栓拧紧。
