The cast-in-situ bored pile hole cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein: a plurality of annular connecting grooves (10) are formed in the outer side of the supporting wheel (3), and the circle centers of the connecting grooves (10) are collinear with the circle center of the supporting wheel (3).

The cast-in-situ bored pile hole cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein: the spout of the guniting pipe (5) contained in the guniting mechanism faces the inner wall of the pile body (29), the spout of the guniting pipe (5) is provided with an arc-shaped nozzle (33), and the arc-shaped nozzles (33) are combined into a circle.
