Abstract
The invention discloses an adhesive material for LED lamp film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing acrylate polymer, phenolic resin, nano silica sol, sodium polyacrylate, sodium silicate, a flame retardant, a cross-linking agent and a surfactant; and (3) under the heating condition, uniformly stirring to obtain the adhesive material. The problems that in the production process of the LED lamp tube, a substrate with an LED light source needs to be bonded with a glass tube, the used adhesive material is easy to be heated and fall off after being used for a long time, and the adhesive strength is reduced are solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of LED production, in particular to an adhesive material for an LED lamp film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the LED lamp has attracted attention because of its features of energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, small volume, long life, etc., and the LED lamp is replacing the traditional incandescent lamp and fluorescent tube as the mainstream lighting tool. Meanwhile, with the development of clean energy efficiency technology and the increasing enhancement of environmental protection concepts of people, more and more families and institutions adopt LED lamps for illumination. In the production process of the LED lamp tube, the substrate with the LED light source needs to be bonded with the glass tube, and the used adhesive material is easy to be heated and fall off after being used for a long time, so that the adhesive strength is reduced.
Therefore, the present invention provides an adhesive material for LED lamp coating film capable of maintaining excellent adhesive strength in a heated environment for a long time and a method for preparing the same.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an adhesive material for an LED lamp coating and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems that a substrate with an LED light source needs to be bonded with a glass tube in the production process of an LED lamp tube, the used adhesive material is easy to be heated and fall off after being used for a long time, and the adhesive strength is reduced.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for preparing an adhesive material for an LED lamp cover film, the method comprising: mixing acrylate polymer, phenolic resin, nano silica sol, sodium polyacrylate, sodium silicate, a flame retardant, a cross-linking agent and a surfactant; and (3) under the heating condition, uniformly stirring to obtain the adhesive material.
Preferably, the phenolic resin is used in an amount of 20-30 parts by weight, the nano silica sol is used in an amount of 30-60 parts by weight, the sodium polyacrylate is used in an amount of 10-17 parts by weight, the sodium silicate is used in an amount of 5-9 parts by weight, the flame retardant is used in an amount of 1-5 parts by weight, the crosslinking agent is used in an amount of 2-5 parts by weight, and the surfactant is used in an amount of 3-8 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylate polymer.
Preferably, the phenolic resin is used in an amount of 23-27 parts by weight, the nano silica sol is used in an amount of 35-46 parts by weight, the sodium polyacrylate is used in an amount of 14-16 parts by weight, the sodium silicate is used in an amount of 6-7 parts by weight, the flame retardant is used in an amount of 2-4 parts by weight, the crosslinking agent is used in an amount of 3-4 parts by weight, and the surfactant is used in an amount of 4-6 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the acrylate polymer.
Preferably, the flame retardant is one or more of antimony trioxide, magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide.
Preferably, the surfactant is one or more of sucrose ester, sorbitan fatty acid and polysorbate.
Preferably, the heating conditions include: the heating time is 10-20min, and the heating temperature is 70-100 ℃.
The invention also provides an adhesive material for the LED lamp coating, which is prepared by the preparation method.
The invention provides an adhesive material for an LED lamp film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing acrylate polymer, phenolic resin, nano silica sol, sodium polyacrylate, sodium silicate, a flame retardant, a cross-linking agent and a surfactant; and (3) under the heating condition, uniformly stirring to obtain the adhesive material. Through the synergistic effect among the raw materials, the prepared adhesive material has excellent adhesive property and is not easy to fall off after being heated for a long time.

The following describes in detail specific embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Example 1
Mixing acrylate polymer, phenolic resin, nano silica sol, sodium polyacrylate, sodium silicate, antimony trioxide, a cross-linking agent and sucrose ester; stirring under heating condition (heating time is 10min, heating temperature is 70 deg.C) to obtain adhesive material; relative to 100g of acrylate polymer, the dosage of the phenolic resin is 20g, the dosage of the nano silica sol is 30g, the dosage of the sodium polyacrylate is 10g, the dosage of the sodium silicate is 5g, the dosage of the flame retardant is 1g, the dosage of the crosslinking agent is 2g, and the dosage of the surfactant is 3 g.
Example 2
Mixing acrylate polymer, phenolic resin, nano silica sol, sodium polyacrylate, sodium silicate, magnesium hydroxide, a cross-linking agent and sorbitan fatty acid; stirring under heating condition (heating time is 20min, heating temperature is 100 deg.C) to obtain adhesive material; relative to 100g of acrylate polymer, the dosage of the phenolic resin is 30g, the dosage of the nano silica sol is 60g, the dosage of the sodium polyacrylate is 17g, the dosage of the sodium silicate is 9g, the dosage of the flame retardant is 5g, the dosage of the crosslinking agent is 5g, and the dosage of the surfactant is 8 g.
Example 3
Mixing acrylate polymer, phenolic resin, nano silica sol, sodium polyacrylate, sodium silicate, a flame retardant, a cross-linking agent and a surfactant; stirring under heating condition (heating time is 15min, heating temperature is 80 deg.C) to obtain adhesive material; relative to 100g of acrylate polymer, the dosage of the phenolic resin is 25g, the dosage of the nano silica sol is 45g, the dosage of the sodium polyacrylate is 14g, the dosage of the sodium silicate is 6g, the dosage of the flame retardant is 3g, the dosage of the crosslinking agent is 4g, and the dosage of the surfactant is 6 g.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A preparation method of an adhesive material for an LED lamp film is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing acrylate polymer, phenolic resin, nano silica sol, sodium polyacrylate, sodium silicate, a flame retardant, a cross-linking agent and a surfactant; and (3) under the heating condition, uniformly stirring to obtain the adhesive material.

The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the phenolic resin is used in an amount of 20 to 30 parts by weight, the nano silica sol is used in an amount of 30 to 60 parts by weight, the sodium polyacrylate is used in an amount of 10 to 17 parts by weight, the sodium silicate is used in an amount of 5 to 9 parts by weight, the flame retardant is used in an amount of 1 to 5 parts by weight, the crosslinking agent is used in an amount of 2 to 5 parts by weight, and the surfactant is used in an amount of 3 to 8 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylate polymer.

The preparation method of claim 2, wherein the phenolic resin is used in an amount of 23 to 27 parts by weight, the nano silica sol is used in an amount of 35 to 46 parts by weight, the sodium polyacrylate is used in an amount of 14 to 16 parts by weight, the sodium silicate is used in an amount of 6 to 7 parts by weight, the flame retardant is used in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight, the crosslinking agent is used in an amount of 3 to 4 parts by weight, and the surfactant is used in an amount of 4 to 6 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylate polymer.
4. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is one or more of antimony trioxide, magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the surfactant is one or more of a sucrose ester, sorbitan fatty acid, and polysorbate.
6. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the heating conditions include: the heating time is 10-20min, and the heating temperature is 70-100 ℃.
7. An adhesive material for an LED lamp cover film, which is produced by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
