Abstract
本发明公开了一种喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其喷嘴的前端设一喷孔,并以该喷孔为中心往前端向外扩张设一导引环面,该导引环面与该喷孔间形成45度~75度的导引夹角,且该喷嘴由前端外周贯穿至该导引环面等距设有数个呈U形状的空气弧槽,借此,利用空气弧槽U形设计形成的等宽槽径,让高压气体通过空气弧槽时的流量一致,进而增加高压气体通过以及导出的流量,增加油漆颜料的碰撞分解机会,令油漆颜料在受到充足的高压气体推挤带动下分子能更为细致,同时加大油漆颜料的喷出流量,确实将油漆颜料从喷嘴前端导引带出,大幅提升喷漆效率,保证喷漆作业的均匀度。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种喷嘴,尤指一种喷漆枪的喷嘴结构。
背景技术
已知喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,请配合参阅图12至图16所示,该喷嘴30的前端设一喷出口31,并以该喷出口31为中心将内周朝向前端扩张形成一导向环壁32,且该喷嘴30的外周在长边方向往前端的导向导壁32设有数个呈V形状的空气槽33;上述喷嘴30与一喷漆枪40安装时,该喷嘴30前方更受一空气帽盖41包覆限制,该空气帽盖41前端中央处设一穿孔411以供喷嘴30前端穿出,且该喷嘴30前端与该穿孔411形成一环状狭缝412,以供气流导出并碰撞混合从该喷出口31导出的油漆颜料A,进而将油漆颜料A导出达到喷漆目的。
详观上述已知结构不难发觉其尚存有些许不足之处,主要原因如下:该喷嘴30周边的空气槽33呈V形状,即为该空气槽33形成前窄后宽的渐缩槽沟,使得喷漆的高压气体B通过时,由于会先接触到空气槽33的呈尖锥状的窄槽沟,导致高压气体B一开始通过该空气槽33时就已经受到流量限制,大幅缩减气流通过的流量,影响油漆颜料A被带出的动力,不仅降低颜料喷出的量,更是减少颜料碰撞分裂的机会,造成颜料分子粗劣而产生喷漆效果不佳的情况,且气流量不足时,颜料会产生回流情况,进而附着于空气帽盖41上或是穿孔411,严重时更是会阻塞该环状狭缝412,恶性循环地影响喷漆作业,不具实用性。
有鉴于此,本发明人于多年从事相关产品的制造开发与设计经验,针对上述的目标,详加设计与审慎评估后,终得一确具实用性的本发明。
发明内容
本发明所欲解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术存在的上述缺失,提供一种喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,包括:
喷嘴的前端设一喷孔,并以该喷孔为中心往前端向外扩张设一导引环面,该导引环面与该喷孔间形成一导引夹角a,该导引夹角a的角度介于45度~75度之间,且该喷嘴由前端外周贯穿至该导引环面等距设有数个呈U形状的空气弧槽。
较佳地,该导引环面与该喷孔间形成的导引夹角a角度为60度。
较佳地,该空气弧槽的长度b介于2.5mm~3.5mm之间。
较佳地,该空气弧槽的开口宽度c介于0.8mm~1.2mm之间。
较佳地,该空气弧槽的两侧边相平行。
较佳地,该空气弧槽的两侧边非平行且具有一外扩夹角e,外扩夹角e的角度介于1度~9度之间。
较佳地,该喷嘴与一喷漆枪安装时,更受一空气帽盖包覆,该空气帽盖的中央处设一穿孔,以供该喷嘴的前端凸设穿出,该喷嘴前端形成一凸出段f于该穿孔外,该凸出段f的长度介于0.7mm~1.2mm之间。
较佳地,该喷嘴的导引环面更往前延伸并渐缩具有一内缩环面,该内缩环面与该喷孔间形成一导引夹角g,该导引夹角g介于30度~45度之间。
较佳地,该导引夹角g的角度为38度。
较佳地,空气弧槽的底部两端皆有R角,该R角的尺寸介于0.2mmR~0.5mmR。
较佳地,空气弧槽的R角的尺寸为0.4mmR。
本发明对照先前技术的功效:该喷嘴的前端外周边设有数个成U形状的空气弧槽,利用空气弧槽U形设计形成的等宽槽径,让高压气体通过空气弧槽时的流量一致,进而增加高压气体通过以及导出的流量,增加油漆颜料的碰撞分解机会,令油漆颜料在受到充足的高压气体推挤带动下分子能更为细致,同时加大油漆颜料的喷出流量,确实将油漆颜料从喷嘴前端导引带出,大幅提升喷漆效率,保证喷漆作业的均匀度。

具体实施方式
为使贵审查委员对本发明的目的、特征及功效能够有更进一步的了解与认识,以下配合附图详述如后:
首先,先请参阅图1、2、3配合图4、5所示,一种喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,喷嘴10前端设一喷孔11,并以该喷孔11为中心往前端向外扩张设一导引环面12,该导引环面12与该喷孔11间形成一导引夹角a,该导引夹角a的角度介于45度~75度之间,该导引夹角a较佳角度为60度,又该喷嘴10外周往前端延伸并贯穿该导引环面12设有数个等距呈U形状的空气弧槽13。
该空气弧槽的13长度b介于2.5mm~3.5mm之间,可得到最好的空气流量。
该空气弧槽13的开口宽度c介于0.8mm~1.2mm之间,所述开口宽度c以1.0mm最佳。该喷嘴10前端的喷孔11中心与空气弧槽13底面具有一间隔距离d,该间隔距离d介于0.8mm~1.2mm,以具有较佳的气流导引流速,达到较佳的物化效果,亦便于清洗。
该空气弧槽13的两侧边相平行。
该空气弧槽13的两侧边非平行且具有一外扩夹角e,所述外扩夹角e角度介于1度~9度之间。
该空气弧槽13的底部两端皆施作有R角,该R角尺寸介于0.2mmR~0.5mmR,即为该R角的弧角半径介于0.2 mm~0.5 mm之间,R角尺寸以0.4mmR为最佳,即R角的弧角半径为0.4mm。
本发明的喷嘴与喷漆枪的组成,再请参阅图6、7、8所示,该喷嘴10与一喷漆枪20安装时,更受一空气帽盖21包覆,该空气帽盖21中央处设一穿孔211,以供该喷嘴10前端凸设穿出,且该喷嘴10前端形成一凸出段f于该穿孔211外,该凸出段f长度介于0.7mm~1.2mm之间,并使该喷嘴10前端与该穿孔211间形成一环状狭缝212。
其结构实际使用的状态,续请参阅图6、7、8所示,该喷漆枪20进行喷漆作业时,油漆颜料A经由喷孔11喷出,并经由喷嘴10外周边与该空气帽盖21的穿孔211间形成的环状狭缝212将高压气体B导出,进而通过高压气体B将油漆颜料A导出并混合达到喷漆目的,高压空气通过环状狭缝212时,由于该喷嘴10前端外周边设有数个成U形状的空气弧槽13,利用空气弧槽13的U形设计形成的等宽槽径,让高压气体B通过空气弧槽13时的流量一致,进而增加高压气体B通过以及导出的流量,增加油漆颜料的碰撞分解机会,令油漆颜料A在受到充足的高压气体推挤带动下分子能更为细致,同时加大油漆颜料A的喷出流量,确实将油漆颜料A从喷嘴10前端导引带出,避免残留于空气帽盖21周边或是环状狭缝212间,大幅提升喷漆效率,保证喷漆作业的均匀度。
此外,本发明在使用时,低压空气7.5psi即可使油漆产生初始物化效果,传统需达到14.5psi方能使油漆产生初始物化,因此本案亦可应用于低压空气的喷漆作业,大幅提升结构的实用性。
其结构的另一实施例,再请参阅图9、10、11所示,该喷嘴10的导引环面12更往前延伸并渐缩具有一内缩环面121,该内缩环面121与该喷孔11间形成一导引夹角g,该导引夹角g介于30度~45度之间,该导引夹角g最佳角度为38度,令该喷嘴10前端具有不同角度的导引环面12以及内缩环面121;喷嘴10与该喷漆枪20安装时,更受该空气帽盖21包覆,该空气帽盖21的穿孔211供该喷嘴10前端凸设穿出,且该喷嘴10前端形成一凸出段f于该穿孔211外,该凸出段f的长度介于0.7mm~1.2mm之间。
以上所述,仅为本发明的一较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围;即凡是依据本发明申请专利权利要求书范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,喷嘴的前端设一喷孔,并以该喷孔为中心往前端向外扩张设一导引环面,该导引环面与该喷孔间形成一导引夹角(a),该导引夹角(a)的角度介于45度~75度之间,且该喷嘴由该前端的外周贯穿至该导引环面等距设有数个呈U形状的空气弧槽,所述空气弧槽的底部是随着导引环面的扩张而逐渐变深;且该喷嘴的该导引环面更往前延伸并渐缩具有一内缩环面,该内缩环面与该喷孔间形成一导引夹角(g),该导引夹角(g)介于30度~45度之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该导引环面与该喷孔间形成的导引夹角(a)角度为60度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该空气弧槽的长度(b)介于2.5mm~3.5mm之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该空气弧槽的开口宽度(c)介于0.8mm~1.2mm之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该空气弧槽的两侧边相平行。
6.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该空气弧槽的两侧边非平行且具有一外扩夹角(e),所述外扩夹角(e)角度介于1度~9度之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该喷嘴与一喷漆枪安装时,更受一空气帽盖包覆,该空气帽盖的中央处设一穿孔,该喷嘴前端形成一凸出段(f)于该穿孔外,该凸出段(f)的长度介于0.7mm~1.2mm之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该导引夹角(g)的角度为38度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该空气弧槽的底部两端皆有R角,该R角的尺寸介于0.2mmR~0.5mmR。
10.根据权利要求9所述的喷漆枪的喷嘴结构,其特征在于,该空气弧槽的该R角的尺寸为0.4mmR。
