Abstract

The invention provides an acidic skin-care hydrogel formula and a preparation method thereof, wherein the acidic skin-care hydrogel formula comprises 1-30% of acid, 1-30% of thickening agent, 1-30% of humectant, 20-80% of deionized water and 0-10% of anti-allergy soothing agent. The acidic skin-care hydrogel disclosed by the invention is thickened by nonionic or cationic high-molecular polymers, the used acid is free acid, and the pH value of a final product is 2-3. The acidic skin-care hydrogel has the advantages of high acid content, good gel forming property, good stability, small irritation, convenient use and the like, and the preparation method is simple and controllable and has good repeatability. The invention solves the problems of difficult thickening and difficult use of an acid system, remarkably reduces the irritation of an acid substance to the skin, well solves the technical problems of inconvenient use and easy diffusion caused by the fact that an aqueous solution cannot stay, better exerts the effects of resisting inflammation, conditioning keratinocytes, relieving inflammation, improving skin appearance and enhancing skin cell metabolism of an acid active ingredient, and has the effects of moisturizing, whitening, controlling oil, cleaning and reducing pores and resisting allergy and removing dandruff by matching with other active ingredients.

Technical Field

Background
Acids are a common component in skin external products, and acidic preparations are the most effective chemical skin-rejuvenation method in addition to medical beauty. The acid preparation can controllably damage skin of a certain layer, promote epidermis regeneration and dermis reconstruction, and thus can treat skin flaws located in epidermis or dermis shallow layer. Commonly used acids for external application to the skin are fruit acids (AHAs) and salicylic acid (BHA). Fruit acids were used in skin science since 1974. Fruit acids used in dermatology include citric acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid, lactobionic acid, etc. Salicylic acid, also known as beta-hydroxy acid (BHA), is present in many plants, such as: willow bark, betula dulcis bark and beautyberry have a long history of application, and are widely used for arthritis, analgesia and the like. The acid product has the effects of resisting inflammation and removing acnes, softening cutin, controlling oil, cleaning and shrinking pores, promoting epidermal cell growth, resisting skin photoaging and the like, and the tartaric acid, the salicylic acid and other acids are widely applied to cosmetics and Over The Counter (OTC) medicines as very important active ingredients to treat skin-related diseases such as keratotic plug, pockmark, acne, skin wrinkle, pigmentation, freckle and the like caused by sebum blockage and are very effective in preparing cosmetic formulas.
The acid products such as fruit acid and salicylic acid can keep the activity to the maximum extent only under the condition of free acid (undissociated acid) under the acidic condition. Because of the high acidity, the existing aqueous thickening system is difficult to maintain the gel state under the low pH condition, so that most of the acidic products on the market are aqueous systems. The acidic skin-care hydrogel is thickened by nonionic or cationic high molecular polymers, and forms transparent or semitransparent acidic hydrogel at a low temperature stage under the condition of not using alkali, so that the acidic skin-care hydrogel can stably stay on the skin and fully play the role of acid in the application process. Meanwhile, the whole preparation process does not contain ethanol and does not add a strong base neutralizer, and the defects of the traditional water aqua formula are overcome, so that the skin is less stimulated, the curative effect is improved, and the side effect is reduced, so that the medicine is easier to tolerate by a patient.
Few documents in the prior art disclose the formulation of acidic hydrogels for use in external skin products. Even if present, for example, in patent application CN 105188650A (entitled soothing cosmetic composition based on salicylic acid), patent application CN105147596A (entitled water-soluble supramolecular salicylic acid hydrogel technique), patent application CN110013441A (entitled aqueous solution for solubilizing salicylic acid, method for preparing same and cosmetic composition comprising same) and patent application CN108403458A (a powerful acne-removing skin-care cosmetic and method for preparing same), although different formulations comprising salicylic acid were prepared, the salicylic acid content was lower, which is not conducive to the addition and use of salicylic acid in the finished cosmetic product; and the preparation raw materials and the process are complex, strong alkali neutralization or ultrasonic treatment and silica gas hydrogel encapsulation are needed for vacuum treatment, the requirement on production equipment is high, the neutralized salicylic acid cannot play a role, and the operation steps are complicated.
Based on the application of the prior art, the acidic skin-care hydrogel prepared by the method has high free acid content in the formula and good gel formability, and can be directly smeared for use; improving the stability of the acid in a non-buffered, low pH aqueous system, sufficient retention on the skin and simultaneously reducing the skin irritation of the acidic formulation to non-use areas.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a formula of an acidic skin-care hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. After the acidic skin-care hydrogel is thickened by using a nonionic or cationic high molecular polymer, water-soluble acid or prepared salicylic acid nano hydrogel is added to form stable transparent or semitransparent gel, so that the retention of the acid on the skin is prolonged, the diffusion of the acid on the skin is prevented, and the bioavailability of the acid is improved; meanwhile, the operation is simple and convenient, and the safe and continuous production can be realized.

the thickening agent is one or more of PEG-240/HDI copolymer bis-decyl tetradecyl alcohol polyether-20 ether, poloxamer 407, poloxamer 188, polyacrylate-1, poloxamer 338, poloxamer 237, polyquaternary ammonium salt-37, PPG-13-decyl tetradecyl alcohol polyether-24, polyacrylamide, laureth-4, glycerol polyacrylate and other nonionic or cationic polymers;
the humectant is one or more of polyethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, butanediol, glycerol, diglycerol, polyglycerol-10, 1, 2-hexanediol, betaine, polyglycerol-3, pentanediol and the like;
the anti-allergy agent is one or more of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, menthol, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, menthol lactate and the like;
2. the preparation method of the acidic skin-care hydrogel comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the humectant, the thickener and the deionized water according to the formula proportion, uniformly dispersing, heating to 85-90 ℃, mixing, stirring and dissolving at a certain rotating speed until the mixture is uniform, keeping the temperature for half an hour, and then stirring and cooling;
(2) adding water-soluble acid and/or pre-prepared oil-soluble acid nano water-based gel at 50-60 ℃, and slowly stirring uniformly;
(3) weighing the anti-allergic agent, the freshener and the like according to the formula proportion, adding the anti-allergic agent, the freshener and the like at 45 ℃, stirring and dissolving the anti-allergic agent, the freshener and the like uniformly at a certain rotating speed, and then continuously cooling.
(4) Stirring uniformly, cooling to room temperature, and defoaming to obtain the colorless transparent to semitransparent acidic skin-care hydrogel.
