Abstract

一种卧式变压吸附气体分离填料塔,包括有塔体(3)、进出气端盖(1)(7),筛板(2)(6)和分子筛(4)(填料),该填料塔内设有径向压紧机构(5),该压紧机构(5)为气囊,而在充压条件下,一旦分子筛(4)(即填料)发生下沉,气囊能在同时发生体积变化,从而始终保证分子筛处于压紧状态,解决了因分子筛下沉而引起的沟流现象,确保变压吸附气体分离效果,产气量与纯度的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用固定吸附剂床层进行变压吸附分离混合气体的设备的改进发明,特别是关于变压吸附气体分离填料塔的改进发明。
背景技术
在现有技术中,填料塔作为吸附气体分离设备的核心,广泛适用于变压吸附分离氮气、氧气、氢气、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、甲烷等气体。公知技术的填料塔均为立式结构,由于各行各业对变压吸附气体分离设备的产气量及纯度要求越来越高,导致立式填料塔的直径越来越大,高度也越来越高,这样导致设备体积的笨重和庞大,给安装、操作和维修带来不少困难,同时还有一个很突出的毛病是不能移动,对安装基础要求很高,不能满足各行各业对设备可移动性的要求。
发明内容
鉴于公知技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于设计一种体积小,可无基础安装,便于移动,操作维护方便的变压吸附气体分离填料塔。
附图说明
本发明的构成如图1所示,包括有塔体3、进出气端盖1和7、筛板2和6及填料4,其特征在于塔体3为卧式结构,且在塔体3内设有气囊结构的填料压紧机构,该气囊结构由气囊5和气嘴8组成,通过气嘴8与气源接通。
本发明与公知技术相比,具有体积小,便于安装,操作维修方便,特别是能够移动以满足各行各业以及各种场合的需要。
具体实施方式
本发明如图1表示了本发明的实施例,下面再结合图1进一步描述其实施例的各有关细节。卧式变压吸附气体分离填料塔包括有塔体3、进出气端盖1和7、筛板2和6及填料4。塔体3由钢板焊接而成,塔体3内设有压紧填料4的气囊结构,该气囊结构由气囊5和气嘴8组成,通过气嘴8与气源接通。气囊5是卧式吸附气体分离填料塔的关键部件,它的作用是:当气囊5在原始状态下占用塔体3的最小空间,而在充气条件下,一旦填料4发生下沉,气囊5能在瞬间发生体积变化,最大限度地填充填料4下沉所形成的空间,从而保证填料4始终处于压紧状态,解决了因填料4下沉而引起的沟流现象,确保制氮系统的产气量与纯度的稳定性。

Claims (2)

1、一种卧式变压吸附气体分离填料塔,包括有塔体(3)、进出气端盖(1)和(7)、筛板(2)和(6)及填料(4),其特征在于塔体(3)为卧式,且在塔体(3)内设有气囊结构的填料压紧机构,该气囊结构由气囊(5)和气嘴(8)组成。
2、如权利要求1所述的卧式变压吸附气体分离填料塔,其塔体(3)内设的气囊结构的特征在于气囊(5)通过气嘴(8)与气源接通。
