Abstract

一种卧式变压吸附气体分离填料塔,包括有塔体(3)、进出气端盖(1)(7),筛板(2)(6)和分子筛(4)(填料),该填料塔内设有径向压紧机构(5),该压紧机构(5)为气囊,而在充压条件下,一旦分子筛(4)(即填料)发生下沉,气囊能在同时发生体积变化,从而始终保证分子筛处于压紧状态,解决了因分子筛下沉而引起的沟流现象,确保变压吸附气体分离效果,产气量与纯度的稳定性。

卧式变压吸附气体分离填料塔
本发明涉及气体分离空分设备的改进发明,特别是关于变压吸附气体分离填料塔的改进发明。
在现有技术中,填料塔作为吸附气体分离设备的核心,广泛适用于变压吸附分离氮气、氧气、氢气、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、甲烷等气体。公知技术的填料塔均以立式结构,由于各行各业对变压吸附气体分离设备的产气量及纯度要求越来越高,导致立式填料塔的直径越来越大,高度也越来越高,这样导致设备体积的笨重和庞大,给安装、操作、维修带来不少困难,同时还有一个很突出的毛病是不能移动,对安装基础要求很高,不能满足各行各业对设备移动的要求。
鉴于公知技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于设计一种体积小,可无基础安装,便于移动,操作维护方便的变压吸附气体分离填料塔。
本发明是以如下方式完成的,填料塔包括有塔体,进出气端盖、筛板和分子筛(填料),其特征在于塔体为卧式,且在卧式的塔体内设有径向压紧机构,该压紧机构可以是一气囊,在气囊上设有气嘴并与气源接通。
本发明与公知技术相比,具有体积小,便于安装,操作维修方便,特别是能够移动以满足各行各业以及各种场合的需要。
本发明附图表示了本发明的实施例,下面再结合附图进一步描述其实施例的各有关细节,吸附气体分离填料塔包括有塔体3、进出气端盖1,7、筛板2,6和分子筛4(即填料)、塔体由钢板焊接而成,塔体内设有气囊5,该气囊上设有充气嘴8并与气源接通,气囊是卧式吸附气体分离填料塔的关键部件,它的作用是气囊在原始状态下占用吸附器的最小空间,而在充气条件下,一旦分子筛发生下沉,气囊能在瞬间发生体积变化,最大限度地填充分子筛下沉所形成的空间,从而始终保证分子筛处于压紧状态,解决了因分子筛下沉而引起的沟流现象,确保制氮车产气量与纯度的稳定性。
整机的系统工作原理是这样的,原料空气经螺杆空压机压缩,冷却后输出,气源车所提供的压缩空气经单向阀后,小部门通过截止阀经消声器排入大气,大部分压缩空气进入分水器,先进行旋风分离除水及惯性除沫器实行二级预过滤,然后由粗过滤器过滤,最后进入除油器,使压缩空气中油份在精滤芯时弥散,过滤,拦截作用下,除去油份,再经精过滤器净化,使之得到洁净的压缩空气,洁净的压缩空气进行制氮系统,分为三路,主管路经调压阀,管道气动阀及截止阀进入氧氮分离系统,第二路经球阀气源处理三联件输入气室,第三路经三通阀进入吸附器内气囊,防止分子筛下沉而引起的沟流现象,确保整机正常工作。

1、一种卧式变压吸附气体分离填料塔,包括有塔体(3)、进出气端盖(1)(7)、筛板(2)(6)和分子筛(4)(即填料),其特征在于塔体(3)为卧式,且在卧式的塔体内设有径向压紧机构(5)。
2、如权利要求1所述的卧式变压吸附分离填料塔,其特征在于压紧机构(5)设有充气口并与气源接通。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的卧式变压吸附分离填料塔,其特征在于压紧机构(5)为一气囊。
