A fire alerting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ceiling connecting seat assembly (1) comprises a ceiling connecting plate (1-1), side beams (1-2), limiting shafts (1-3), suspension beams (1-4) and rotating shafts (1-5), wherein the two rotating shafts (1-5) are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the suspension beams (1-4), the suspension beams (1-4) are fixedly connected to the ceiling connecting plate (1-1), the limiting shafts (1-3) are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the ceiling connecting plate (1-1), and the side beams (1-2) are fixedly connected to the ceiling connecting plate (1-1).

A fire alerting system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the smoke exhaust and air exhaust assembly (2) comprises a smoke exhaust pipeline (2-1), an air exhaust fan (2-2) and a protection net cover (2-3), the protection net cover (2-3) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the smoke exhaust pipeline (2-1), the bottom end of the smoke exhaust pipeline (2-1) is fixedly connected with the air exhaust fan (2-2), and the two smoke exhaust pipelines (2-1) are fixedly connected to the front end and the rear end of the side beam (1-2) respectively.
