the data extraction unit is used for extracting keywords in the received information; and
and a delivery unit judgment unit that judges the delivery unit based on the positioning information of the positioning unit.
5. The emergency integrated command management platform according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the prevention and emergency preparation system further includes a protocol management module.
6. The emergency integrated command management platform of claim 5, wherein: the prevention and emergency preparation system further includes an emergency information base.
7. The emergency integrated command management platform of claim 1, wherein: the monitoring and early warning system at least comprises a risk source monitoring module.
8. The emergency integrated command management platform of claim 7, wherein: the risk source monitoring module includes:
the monitoring terminal is arranged on a monitoring site and monitors in real time;
the positioning unit is used for positioning a monitoring site and displaying positioning information into a GIS map through coordinate conversion; and
and the layer establishing unit is used for establishing a layer of the monitoring data of the monitoring terminal in the GIS map.
9. The emergency integrated command management platform according to claim 7 or 8, wherein: the monitoring and early warning system further comprises a risk potential analysis module.

The emergency integrated command management platform of claim 1, wherein: the emergency public event handling system comprises a plan support module, wherein the plan support module receives information reported by the sub-platform at the current level or other levels, provides plans related to emergency events and provides information support for rapid early handling.
