本发明公开了一种脉冲喷气式气动阀门,包括阀杆,所述阀杆顶部贯穿滑动连接下端盖,所述下端盖顶部安装有上端盖。本发明中,上端盖上安装有限位管,限位管顶部安装有气缸,气缸内安装有限位板一,限位板一底部贯穿气缸与限位管滑动连接,限位管内安装有弹簧柱,弹簧柱顶部安装有到位开关,且气缸侧面的底部安装有与上端盖连通的输气管,电机输出轴两侧安装有支撑板二,电机输出轴安装有齿轮,两个支撑板二靠近齿轮底部安装有滑动连接的下齿条,当气缸内充气后,限位板一下降到达到位开关,电机转动使下齿条在限位槽内移动,使限位板一进行下降,从而通过输气管对上端盖进行输气,从而使阀杆下降,使阀门关闭,装置简单,工作稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及气动阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种脉冲喷气式气动阀门。
背景技术
气动阀门可控制气体管路的气压、气体流量等参数,在工业生产中需要对现有的高压气体管路进行改造以实现脉冲式喷气的实现,但是现有的阀门实现成本高、改造困难,因此提出一种脉冲喷气式气动阀门。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决传统的阀门无法实现脉冲式喷气的问题,而提出的一种脉冲喷气式气动阀门。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种脉冲喷气式气动阀门,包括阀杆,所述阀杆顶部贯穿滑动连接下端盖,所述下端盖顶部安装有上端盖,所述上端盖与下端盖之间安装有膜片,所述阀杆顶部靠近膜片安装有支撑板三,所述支撑板三底部设有弹簧一,所述上端盖顶部安装有限位管,所述限位管顶部安装有气缸,所述气缸顶部设有进气管,所述气缸内设有限位板一,所述限位板一底部设有弹簧二,所述限位板一底部安装有贯穿气缸的滑杆,所述滑杆底部设有限位槽,所述限位管内安装有弹簧柱,所述弹簧柱顶部安装有到位开关,所述到位开关底部安装有支撑板一,所述气缸侧面设有与上端盖连接的输气管,所述上端盖顶部安装有电机,所述电机输出轴两侧安装有支撑板二,所述电机输出轴安装有齿轮,两个所述支撑板二靠近齿轮顶部安装有滑动连接的上齿条,两个所述支撑板二靠近齿轮底部安装有滑动连接的下齿条,所述上齿条一端设有贯穿上端盖的气塞杆,所述气塞杆顶部设有穿孔,所述穿孔上设有倾斜设置的限位杆,所述限位杆两端设有限位板二,所述上齿条一端与限位板二固定连接,所述气塞杆底部设有气槽,所述上端盖顶部安装有气压表,所述上端盖顶部安装有控制器。

1、本发明中,上端盖上安装有限位管,限位管顶部安装有气缸,气缸内安装有限位板一,限位板一底部贯穿气缸与限位管滑动连接,限位管内安装有弹簧柱,弹簧柱顶部安装有到位开关,到位开关底部安装有支撑板一,且气缸侧面的底部安装有与上端盖连通的输气管,电机输出轴两侧安装有支撑板二,电机输出轴安装有齿轮,两个支撑板二靠近齿轮底部安装有滑动连接的下齿条,当气缸内充气后,限位板一下降到达到位开关,电机转动使下齿条在限位槽内移动,使限位板一进行下降,从而通过输气管对上端盖进行输气,从而使阀杆下降,使阀门关闭,装置简单,工作稳定。
2、本发明中,两个支撑板二靠近齿轮顶部安装有滑动连接的上齿条,上齿条一端设有贯穿上端盖的气塞杆,气塞杆顶部设有穿孔,穿孔上设有倾斜设置的限位杆,限位杆两端设有限位板二,上齿条一端与限位板二固定连接,气塞杆底部设有气槽,电机正反转动推动限位杆在滑槽内进行移动,进而使气塞杆在上端盖上进行上下滑动,气塞杆上升,进而气槽使上端盖内与外部贯通,从而使上端盖与膜片之间的气体通过气槽,进而形成排气的过程,气塞杆下降,气槽下降至上端盖内,关闭与外部的连通,进而使上端盖封闭,装置简单,操作方便。
3、本发明中,在上端盖顶部安装有气压表,上端盖顶部安装有控制器,通过气压表监控上端盖与膜片之间的气压值,当气压值到达升至指定值,给予控制器信号,使电机转动,使下齿条脱离限位槽,限位板一上升,上齿条收缩,气塞杆上升对上端盖内部进行排气,使阀杆上升,阀门开启,控制气缸内增压速率可控制管道喷气的脉冲大小,操作简单。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种脉冲喷气式气动阀门,包括阀杆2,阀杆2顶部贯穿滑动连接下端盖1,下端盖1顶部安装有上端盖10,上端盖10与下端盖1之间安装有膜片4,阀杆2顶部靠近膜片4安装有支撑板三33,支撑板三33底部设有弹簧一3,上端盖10顶部安装有限位管34,限位管34顶部安装有气缸7,气缸7顶部设有进气管8,进气管8顶部连接气泵,气缸7内设有限位板一9,限位板一9底部设有弹簧二11,限位板一9底部安装有贯穿气缸7的滑杆12,滑杆12底部设有限位槽13,限位管34内安装有弹簧柱16,弹簧柱16顶部安装有到位开关14,到位开关14底部安装有支撑板一15,气缸7侧面设有与上端盖10连接的输气管6,上端盖10顶部安装有电机18,电机18输出轴两侧安装有支撑板二19,电机18输出轴安装有齿轮20,两个支撑板二19靠近齿轮20顶部安装有滑动连接的上齿条21,两个支撑板二19靠近齿轮20底部安装有滑动连接的下齿条22,上齿条21一端设有贯穿上端盖10的气塞杆17,气塞杆17顶部设有穿孔24,穿孔24上设有倾斜设置的限位杆23,限位杆23两端设有限位板二25,上齿条21一端与限位板二25固定连接,气塞杆17底部设有十字型的气槽27,上端盖10顶部安装有气压表5,气压表5可检测上端盖10内的气压值,上端盖10顶部安装有控制器32,控制器32连接气压表5和电机18。
具体的,如图1所示,支撑板一15顶部安装有防护板31,防护板31对到位开关14进行保护,避免到位开关14受到挤压导致损坏。

工作原理:使用时,工作人员开启气泵,气泵通过进气管8进去气缸7,在气压的挤压下限位板一9下降,滑杆12在限位管34内向下滑动,当滑杆12底部到达到位开关14后,电机18正向转动,下齿条22和上齿条21移动,上齿条21推动限位杆23移动,使气塞杆17下降,从而使上端盖10形成密封的结构,下齿条22一端贯穿限位管34,电机18推动下齿条22至限位槽13内,限位槽13底部有光滑的斜面,进而随着下齿条22的移动滑杆12继续下降,可以使气缸7内的气体通过输气管6进入上端盖10,随着上端盖10气压的增大使阀杆2下降,进而使阀门关闭,上端盖10顶部安装有气压表5,气压表5可检测上端盖10内的气压值,上端盖10顶部安装有控制器32,控制器32连接气压表5和电机18,气压表5到达指点的气压值使,通过控制器32控制电机18进行逆转动,上齿条21和下齿条22收缩,上齿条21收缩拉动限位杆23移动,使气塞杆17上升,进而使上端盖10内部与外部通过气槽27进行连通,从而对上端盖10进行排气,降低上端盖10内的气压,下齿条22收缩,使下齿条22脱离限位槽13,进而限位板一9在弹簧二11的弹性作用下上升使气缸7内的气体无法进入输气管6内,进而使气塞杆17可以快速且稳定的进行排气,气泵一直稳定工作可使阀门进行均匀的脉冲式开合,从而控制气泵的输出可控制阀门的脉冲喷气的频率和幅度,方便控制。
