Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent opening and closing control device for an automobile tail gate, wherein the automobile comprises a BCM controller (4); a tail door key (2) is arranged on the tail door of the automobile; a camera and a microphone (1) are arranged on the automobile body below the automobile tail door; the camera and the microphone (1) are connected with the BCM controller (4) through signal lines. The invention also discloses a control method of the control device. By adopting the technical scheme, the rear camera and the microphone of the automobile are utilized to provide two different types of control modes of sound and images, so that the change interference of the surrounding environment is avoided; various switch voice control or gesture instructions can be preset in advance; compared with the switch mode in the prior art, the intelligent automobile control system is more intelligent and humanized and conforms to the development trend of intelligent automobiles.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent control of automobiles. More particularly, the invention relates to an intelligent switch control device for an automobile tail gate. The invention also provides a control method of the control device.
Background
In recent years, intelligent automobiles are developed more and more rapidly, automobiles are intelligent, the degree of networking is higher and more, and the operation of many automobiles can be controlled remotely or automatically by voice through mobile phones, so that each execution mechanism of the automobiles is required to be capable of recognizing more commands, including voice commands, action image commands and the like. Among them, the automatic opening function of the back door or the tailgate of the automobile is also becoming more and more common. However, the traditional key or kick is not intelligent and convenient enough to turn on or off, and the sensitivity is easily interfered by the environment, so that the satisfaction degree of the user is influenced.
It is very difficult for a user to open or close the door without a key, or carry a lot of things, which is inconvenient for hand or leg operation.

step 2, acquiring voice/image gesture command signals of passengers through a camera and a microphone, and transmitting the signals to a BCM controller;
step 3, comparing a preset instruction database through the BCM controller, calculating an instruction meeting the requirement, and transmitting an execution signal to a tail gate switch execution mechanism 5;
and 4, after receiving the command, the tail gate switch executing mechanism 5 executes a voice/gesture command for opening or closing the passenger.
By adopting the technical scheme, the rear camera and the microphone of the automobile are utilized to provide two different types of control modes of sound and images, so that the change interference of the surrounding environment is avoided; various switch voice control or gesture instructions can be preset in advance; compared with the switch mode in the prior art, the intelligent automobile control system is more intelligent and humanized and conforms to the development trend of intelligent automobiles.

The invention relates to the field of intelligent automobiles with high automation degree, in particular to an automatic tail gate opening and closing mode of an automobile. The structure of the invention as shown in fig. 1 is an intelligent switch control device for a tail gate of an automobile, wherein the automobile comprises a BCM controller 4; and a tail door key 2 is arranged on the tail door of the automobile.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art and overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to realize the intelligent opening and closing of the automobile tail door and facilitate the operation of a user, and the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
as shown in fig. 1, in the intelligent switch control device for the automobile tail gate of the invention, a camera and a microphone 1 are arranged on the automobile body below the automobile tail gate; the camera and the microphone 1 are connected with the BCM controller 4 through signal lines.
The device can identify the voice command or the gesture command (including the face or head posture) preset by the vehicle owner and automatically open or close the back door or the tail door of the vehicle, thereby solving the problem that a user opens or closes the vehicle door when the user does not carry a key or carries more objects and is inconvenient to operate by hands or legs.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the original rear camera system of the automobile can be adopted;
2. various switch voice control or gesture instructions can be preset in advance;
3. two different types of control modes of sound and images are provided, and the change interference of the surrounding environment is avoided;
4. compared with the existing switch mode, the intelligent automobile switch is more intelligent and humanized, and accords with the development trend of intelligent automobiles.
A tail gate switch actuating mechanism 5 is arranged in the automobile tail gate; the tail gate switch actuating mechanism 5 is connected with the BCM controller 4 through a signal line.
A tail gate control preset switch 3 is arranged at the main driving position of the vehicle body; the tail gate control preset switch 3 is connected with the BCM controller 4 through a signal line.
Fig. 2 to 5 show the camera and the microphone, the tailgate button, the BCM controller, and the tailgate switch actuator structure, respectively.
Camera and microphone 1: collecting voice and gesture instructions of a vehicle owner or family member;
tail gate button 2: opening a physical key of a back door of the automobile;
the tail gate controls the preset switch 3: presetting an intelligent on/off voice control instruction/gesture instruction in advance;
the BCM controller 4, i.e., the vehicle body controller: processing instruction signals collected by the camera and the microphone, calculating and judging whether to open or close the tail gate, and sending an instruction to the execution mechanism;
tail gate switch actuating mechanism 5: executing the instruction of the BCM controller 4, opening the tail gate and keeping the tail gate; executing the instruction closes the tail gate. The tail gate switch actuating mechanism 5 is a pneumatic or hydraulic support rod mechanism.
