Abstract
The invention provides a system and a method for controlling a trunk, which are used for presenting interactive information and opening and closing the trunk according to a verification result and a voice instruction by detecting personnel information and voice information near a vehicle, verifying the detected personnel information and determining the verification result, and identifying the detected voice information and determining the voice instruction. The invention can present corresponding information when the trunk is opened and closed, the identity authentication and the voice receiving are carried out, thereby interacting with users and facilitating the use of people. In addition, the back-up carriage control can be carried out by using voice after the owner authorization of a non-owner user, so that the convenience is improved under the condition of ensuring the safety.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicles, and particularly relates to a system and a method for controlling a trunk.
Background
With the intellectualization of automobiles, the trunk of a vehicle has been developed from previous manual opening to various forms such as remote opening by a car key, electric opening by an on-car switch, foot lifting opening, and opening by voice. However, the above various opening methods still have disadvantages: when a user holds objects with both hands, the user is inconvenient to open the trunk by a car key or a button because the both hands are occupied; when carrying heavy objects, the foot lifting opening can cause the change of the gravity center of the body, or the foot is too far away from the vehicle to trigger the opening of the trunk due to the size of the held object. In addition, there is inconvenience for the female user to open the trunk by lifting his foot in the case of wearing high-heeled shoes. The risk that voice control may present is mainly a safety issue, e.g. how to prevent someone other than the car owner from opening the trunk by voice.
Compared with other opening modes, the voice opening mode has more advantages, such as more convenience and stronger science and technology sense for users. Various implementations have been proposed in the prior art for voice-controlled trunk spares. For example, chinese patent application CN 110566081 a proposes a method for controlling a trunk by opening and closing with voice, which controls the opening and closing of the trunk according to a voice signal after the acquired face image and voice signal pass verification; CN 106627490 a discloses an automobile trunk opening and closing control system based on identity recognition and voice recognition, which realizes identity recognition through a keyless system, and starts a voice receiving and recognizing device to work when the identity recognition is qualified, so as to improve the security.
However, no humanized solution is given in the prior art for the problem of interaction with people.
In addition, the solutions proposed in the above patent documents are limited to voice control performed by the car owner in the vicinity of the vehicle after carrying the car key or through face recognition verification, and such solutions, although improving security, also bring limitations, such as failing to open the trunk through voice when the car owner forgets to carry the car key, or failing to pass verification when a non-car owner user, such as a friend, who does not enter face information uses the car, or failing to allow a courier to directly put a package in the trunk without the need for the car owner to be in person.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the system for controlling a trunk of the present invention includes: the identity detection module 101 is used for detecting personnel information near the vehicle, the identity detection module can comprise a camera and/or a microphone so as to detect personnel information comprising face information and/or voiceprint information, the identity detection module can also comprise a key detection device and/or an authorized mobile equipment detection device, and the personnel information comprises signals from a vehicle key and/or an authorized mobile equipment; the voice detection module 102 is used for detecting voice information near the vehicle; the identity verification module 103 is used for verifying the personnel information detected by the identity detection module and determining a verification result; and the voice recognition module 104 is used for recognizing the voice information detected by the voice detection module and determining a voice instruction. The operation of the system for controlling the trunk of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2.
First, in step S1, authentication is turned on, the identity detection module starts detection, and information is sent to the authentication module.
The identity detection module may detect the identity information in various possible ways, such as detecting whether the vehicle key is in the vicinity of the vehicle, and if the information sent by the vehicle key is detected, passing the identity verification. Or in order to further improve the security, a face recognition mode can be adopted for verification.
In step S2, the identity is verified. When the face information detected by the identity detection module matches the preset face information, the identity verification module passes the verification and the step S3 is entered.
If the authentication fails, the process proceeds to step S6. The identity authentication module can send the result to the control module, and the control module generates corresponding interactive information and sends the interactive information to the interactive information presentation module. For example, the information may be voice information, such as "authentication failure"; or the bar-shaped tail lamp of the vehicle is displayed in a left-right quick rolling way; or the horn of the vehicle rings for three seconds; or a combination of the above.
After the authentication is successful, the process proceeds to step S3. The identity authentication module can send the result to the control module, and the control module generates corresponding information to be played on the interactive information presentation module. The played information may be a voice message, such as "authentication pass", "hello", etc., or a tail light rolling in rotation, or a horn of the vehicle ringing sharply, or a combination thereof. The speech recognition module starts to prepare for receiving information and sends the received information to the speech recognition module.
In step S4, the speech recognition module performs speech recognition. When the identification is successful, the process proceeds to step S5, and the trunk is opened. In addition, the voice recognition module can also send the result to the control module, and the control module generates corresponding information, such as 'voice recognition success', and displays the information on the interactive information presentation module. When both of these modes are used simultaneously, it may be arranged to play the message first and then open the back-up car a few seconds later. In this case, the played message may be a voice "the trunk is about to be opened", or a horn of the vehicle rings three times, or a tail lamp of the vehicle blinks twice.
If the speech recognition is recognized, the flow proceeds to step S7, and information of "speech recognition failed" is presented.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of an interactive information playing device of the system for controlling a trunk of the present invention. The interactive information playing device is in the form of a display instrument, can be arranged on a tail door of a vehicle, for example, can be arranged in the middle of tail lamps on two sides, and can display various states. For example, after the identity verification passes, it may be displayed in a listening state; when the user starts speaking, the user can be displayed to be in an interactive state, which indicates that the voice input of the user is being received; after the voice information of the user is successfully recognized, the success of voice recognition can be displayed; when the voice information of the user is not successfully recognized, failure is displayed.
In addition, as another improvement of the invention, the invention also provides a mode for facilitating a non-owner user to control the trunk of the vehicle through voice on the premise of ensuring the safety. In particular, the owner of the vehicle can send an authorization message, for example of the virtual key type, to the mobile device of a non-owner user who wants to use the vehicle, thereby making it possible for the non-owner user to obtain the right of use of the system for controlling the trunk of the vehicle using the invention.
When a user carries a mobile device with a virtual key authorized by a vehicle owner and approaches to a certain distance near the vehicle, the vehicle can flicker with light or sound a horn to prompt the position of the vehicle of the user, or the user enables the light of the vehicle to flicker or the horn to sound by operating the mobile device, so that the user can conveniently find the vehicle by a non-vehicle owner user. When the user enters the vicinity of the vehicle, the authentication module can be made to recognize that the authentication is successful, thereby starting the reception of the voice command.
To ensure security, the authorization information contains time information. Disabling reception of the voice command after the authorized period of time has elapsed; or disabling the reception of voice commands after the trunk has been opened once.
In addition, aiming at the condition that the car is not used by the car owner, the opening angle of the trunk can be limited, and the opening process can be recorded or recorded at the same time. The opening information, video or audio of the trunk can be sent to the mobile device of the vehicle owner.
As another example, when the authentication module determines that the sound detected by the voice detection module corresponds to the disabled authorized user identification information, the control module does not turn on the trunk, and the control module controls the interactive information presentation module so that it does not present the interactive information.
Thus, the system for controlling a trunk of the present invention can be applied to the following cases:
1) when the owner can not go to the trunk to take things by himself, the owner can entrust friends to take help; or when the person pre-storing the face information is absent under the condition that the identity information needs to be identified and verified by face recognition, the person using the vehicle can still open the back spare compartment by voice;
2) when the car owner receives the express, the express can be directly placed to the back-up compartment by the courier without taking the express by himself.
