本发明属于废纸造纸、环境保护技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法。
背景技术
随着环保意识的日益提高,废纸资源得到广泛应用。废纸纤维的二次利用技术主要是利用废纸分拣分类、碎解、净化、脱墨、漂白等过程,实现二次纤维的高效分离与再生。并广泛应用于涂布白板纸、箱纸板等包装纸的生产制造领域。然而,二次纤维回用过程中,废纸原料中存在诸多种类的杂质,容易在废纸再生过程中产生异味,致使废纸再生制造的纸或者纸板在使用或者贮存中逸出异味分子,污染环境、影响纸产品的使用,降低产品的使用价值。
近年来,越来越多的废纸造纸企业因其产品异味而蒙受经济损失。大部分异味来自挥发性脂酸(以下简称VFA),VFA包括醋酸、丙酸和丁酸,它们挥发出类似食醋、奶酪及腐臭黄油的气味。VFA是通过配料和添加剂等外部来源进入生产系统的,但主要因厌氧菌的增长而积累。据文献显示,废纸再生中产生的异味的控制主要体现在造纸过程的异味源的控制,例如,采用监控技术、新式细菌培养法、改良操作流程、使用杀菌剂和水系氧化处理等综合手段。也有文献采用炭质生物媒作为填料的生物除臭技术,治理废水处理过程中散发的臭气,系统可实现对硫化氢的去除率92%以上。纸用脱臭剂,主要是用物理脱臭或者化学脱臭的物质,按形状分类,可分为粉状除臭剂和液体除臭剂。粉状脱臭剂,多是添加到纸浆内。有文献采用浆内添加的形式制备了硅藻土除臭纸、活性炭纸,沸石纸,正磷酸铝纸等。而液体除臭剂因不能才用浆内添加,多靠喷、涂、浸渍、印刷等方法进行二次加工,虽然小批量生产,但成本高。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,在灰板纸的面层或者底层选择性的添加本色竹浆纤维,从纤维源头上赋予成纸杀菌抑菌的能力;在面浆/底浆配浆中,添加纳米银(线)赋予成纸的杀菌抑菌和催化分解臭气分子的能力;在衬层或者芯层选择性添加茶多酚/活性炭、茶多酚/石墨烯,构建复合防异味浆料层,赋予成纸的杀菌抑菌和吸附异味的能力,开发了一种低异味或者异味可控的灰板纸。本发明提供的低异味或者异味可控的灰板纸,可广泛应用作为高档包装或者对废纸再生散发异味要求高的精细化场景用纸,市场潜力巨大。

底浆原料置于底浆混合池,并添加0-3%的纳米银(线)(相对于绝干浆料),送底层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送底层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机底层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸底层。
进一步的,所述的在衬层或者芯层选择性添加复合防异味浆料,是指:茶多酚与石墨烯预先充分混合30-60min,待茶多酚充分吸附于石墨烯内部或者表面后,再按照0-4%的茶多酚(相对于绝干浆料),0-3%的石墨烯(相对于绝干浆料)的比例添加于衬浆混合池内;茶多酚与活性炭预先充分混合30-60min,待茶多酚充分吸附于石墨烯内部或者表面后,再按照1-5%的茶多酚(相对于绝干浆料),10-20%的活性炭颗粒(相对于绝干浆料)的比例添加于芯浆混合池内。
进一步的,所述的在衬层或者芯层选择性添加复合防异味浆料,是指衬层浆料中单独添加茶多酚/石墨烯,形成复合防异味浆料;或者芯层浆料中单独添加茶多酚/活性炭,形成复合防异味浆料;或者衬层浆料中添加茶多酚/石墨烯、芯层浆料中添加茶多酚/活性炭,形成复合性防异味浆料;以芯浆形成复合防异味浆料为优先。
进一步的,所述的石墨烯、活性炭,要求在5um的扫描电镜尺度下,材料表面微孔清晰可见、不模糊,材料的整体孔隙率超过80%。
进一步的,所述的面层、底层选择性添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银(线),是指面层浆料中单独添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银(线);或者底层浆料中单独添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银(线);或者面层浆料中添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银(线)、底层浆料中添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银(线);以面浆原料中添加纳米银(线)为优先。
进一步的,所述的抄造,将上述上网浆料经网部脱水成形、面衬芯底复合、压部压榨脱水、干燥部干燥后抄造出成纸。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的优点是利用本色竹纤维的抑菌性能,并结合纳米银(线)的杀菌抑菌和催化分解臭气分子的能力,以及茶多酚吸附于活性炭内部、茶多酚吸附于石墨烯内部,赋予成纸的杀菌抑菌和吸附异味的能力。本发明提供的低异味或者异味可控的灰板纸,将克服废纸再生造纸中普遍存在的异味难题,提高了灰板纸的附加值,拓宽了灰板纸的应用范围,可广泛应用作为高档包装或者对废纸再生散发异味要求高的精细化场景用纸,市场潜力巨大。

实施实例1:
(1)灰板纸生产采用面衬芯底四叠网纸机生产,定量选择550g/m2。
(2)备浆工段采用面浆、衬浆、芯浆、底浆分别备料。
面浆采用废旧箱板废纸浆与本色竹浆,添加比例为20:80(绝干浆料)。废旧箱板废纸(OCC)浆,经常规OCC制浆线投料、碎解、除渣、筛选、浓缩、精浆、储浆工艺过程制得OCC浆料;本色竹浆,采用外购商品本色竹浆,经常规的投料、碎解、磨浆、储浆等工艺。
衬浆采用废旧箱板废纸、造纸污泥为原料,添加比例为20:80(绝干浆料)。造纸污泥,为富含植物纤维的常规造纸厂初沉池污泥。
芯浆采用100%造纸污泥为原料。造纸污泥,为富含植物纤维的常规造纸厂初沉池污泥。
底浆采用废旧箱板废纸浆与本色竹浆,添加比例为80:20(绝干浆料)。
(3)配浆工段采用面浆、衬浆、芯浆、底浆的分别配浆。
面浆原料置于面层混合池,并添加2%的纳米银(线)(相对于绝干浆料),再经抄前池调浓后,送面层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去面层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸挂面层;
衬浆原料置于衬浆混合池,并预先混合茶多酚和石墨烯60min,实现茶多酚在石墨烯内部或者表面的充分吸附,然后将1%的茶多酚(相对于绝干浆料)、3%的石墨烯(相对于绝干浆料)添加于衬浆混合池内,再次充分搅拌30-90min,再经抄前池调浓后,送衬层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机衬层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸衬层;
芯浆原料置于芯浆混合池,并预先混合茶多酚和活性炭60min,实现茶多酚在活性炭内部或者表面的充分吸附,并添加2%的茶多酚(相对于绝干浆料)、10%的活性炭颗粒(相对于绝干浆料)添加于芯浆混合池内,再次充分搅拌30-90min,送芯层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送芯层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机芯层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸芯层。
底浆原料置于底浆混合池,再送底层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送底层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机底层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸底层。
(4)抄造,将上述上网浆料经网部脱水成形、面衬芯底复合、压部压榨脱水、干燥部干燥后抄造出成纸。
实施实例2:
(1)灰板纸生产采用面衬芯底四叠网纸机生产,定量选择350g/m2。
(2)备浆工段采用面浆、衬浆、芯浆、底浆分别备料。
面浆采用废旧箱板废纸浆与本色竹浆,添加比例为50:50(绝干浆料)。废旧箱板废纸(OCC)浆,经常规OCC制浆线投料、碎解、除渣、筛选、浓缩、精浆、储浆工艺过程制得OCC浆料;本色竹浆,采用外购商品本色竹浆,经常规的投料、碎解、磨浆、储浆等工艺。

芯浆原料置于芯浆混合池,并预先混合茶多酚和活性炭60min,实现茶多酚在活性炭内部或者表面的充分吸附,并添加3%的茶多酚(相对于绝干浆料)、15%的活性炭颗粒(相对于绝干浆料)添加于芯浆混合池内,再次充分搅拌30-90min,送芯层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送芯层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机芯层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸芯层。
底浆原料置于底浆混合池,再送底层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送底层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机底层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸底层。
(4)抄造,将上述上网浆料经网部脱水成形、面衬芯底复合、压部压榨脱水、干燥部干燥后抄造出成纸。
实施实例3:
(1)灰板纸生产采用面衬芯底四叠网纸机生产,定量选择250g/m2。
(2)备浆工段采用面浆、衬浆、芯浆、底浆分别备料。

衬浆原料置于衬浆混合池,并预先混合茶多酚和石墨烯60min,实现茶多酚在石墨烯内部或者表面的充分吸附,然后将2%的茶多酚(相对于绝干浆料)、2%的石墨烯(相对于绝干浆料)添加于衬浆混合池内,再次充分搅拌30-90min,再经抄前池调浓后,送衬层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机衬层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸衬层;
芯浆原料置于芯浆混合池,并预先混合茶多酚和活性炭60min,实现茶多酚在活性炭内部或者表面的充分吸附,并添加5%的茶多酚(相对于绝干浆料)、20%的活性炭颗粒(相对于绝干浆料)添加于芯浆混合池内,再次充分搅拌30-90min,送芯层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送芯层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机芯层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸芯层。
底浆原料置于底浆混合池,再送底层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送底层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机底层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸底层。
(4)抄造,将上述上网浆料经网部脱水成形、面衬芯底复合、压部压榨脱水、干燥部干燥后抄造出成纸。
在灰板纸的面层或者底层选择性的添加本色竹浆纤维,从纤维源头上赋予成纸杀菌抑菌的能力;在面浆/底浆配浆中,添加纳米银(线)赋予成纸的杀菌抑菌和催化分解臭气分子的能力;在衬层或者芯层选择性添加茶多酚/活性炭、茶多酚/石墨烯,构建复合防异味浆料层,赋予成纸的杀菌抑菌和吸附异味的能力,适应于废纸再生制造防异味纸张中,特别是全废纸制造纸或纸板的行业企业中,产品可应用于高档包装材料中。

Claims (8)
1.一种长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,包含以下步骤:备浆工艺、配浆工艺和抄造工艺,制得的灰板纸,包含面层、衬层、芯层和底层,定量范围250-1500g/m2,其特征在于:通过在衬层或者芯层选择性添加复合防异味浆料,面层、底层选择性添加本色竹浆和纳米银,以赋予灰板纸具有消除或者控制异味的功能,实现了长效防异味灰板纸的生产。
2.如权利要求1所述长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述备浆工艺包含制备面浆、制备衬浆、制备芯浆和制备底浆,其中,
制备面浆采用废旧箱板废纸浆与本色竹浆,按绝干浆料比例为50:50-20:80添加,废旧箱板废纸浆经常规OCC制浆线投料、碎解、除渣、筛选、浓缩、精浆、储浆工艺过程制得OCC浆料;本色竹浆采用外购商品本色竹浆,经常规的投料、碎解、磨浆和储浆工艺制得;
制备衬浆采用废旧箱板废纸、造纸污泥为原料,按绝干浆料比例为50:50-20:80添加,废旧箱板废纸浆经常规OCC制浆线投料、碎解、除渣、筛选、浓缩、精浆、储浆工艺过程制得OCC浆料;造纸污泥为富含植物纤维的常规造纸厂初沉池污泥;
制备芯浆采用废旧箱板废纸、造纸污泥为原料,按绝干浆料比例为20:80-0:100添加,废旧箱板废纸浆经常规OCC制浆线投料、碎解、除渣、筛选、浓缩、精浆、储浆工艺过程制得OCC浆料;造纸污泥为富含植物纤维的常规造纸厂初沉池污泥;
制备底浆采用废旧箱板废纸浆与本色竹浆,按绝干浆料比例为50:50-80:20添加,废旧箱板废纸浆经常规OCC制浆线投料、碎解、除渣、筛选、浓缩、精浆、储浆工艺过程制得OCC浆料;本色竹浆采用外购商品本色竹浆,经常规的投料、碎解、磨浆、储浆工艺制得。
3.如权利要求1所述长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述配浆工艺包含配制面浆、配制衬浆、配制芯浆和配制底浆,其中,
配制面浆,将原料置于面层混合池,按相对于绝干浆料比例为0.05%-5%添加纳米银,再经抄前池调浓后,送面层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去面层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸挂面层;
配制衬浆,将原料置于衬浆混合池,按相对于绝干浆料比例为0-4%添加茶多酚,按相对于绝干浆料比例为0-3%添加石墨烯,充分搅拌30-90min,再经抄前池调浓后,送衬层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机衬层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸衬层;
配制芯浆,将原料置于芯浆混合池,按相对于绝干浆料比例为1-5%添加茶多酚,按相对于绝干浆料比例为10-20%添加活性炭颗粒,充分搅拌30-90min,送芯层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送芯层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机衬层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸芯层;
配制底浆,将原料置于底浆混合池,按相对于绝干浆料比例为0-3%添加纳米银,送底层混合池、抄前池进行混和、调浓,混和调浓后浆料送底层流送部进行稀释、网前筛选,去纸机底层流浆箱布浆上网,作为灰板纸底层。
4.如权利要求1所述长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述在衬层或者芯层选择性添加复合防异味浆料,包括以下步骤:茶多酚与石墨烯预先充分混合30-60min,待茶多酚充分吸附于石墨烯内部或者表面后,再按照0-4%的茶多酚,0-3%的石墨烯的比例添加于衬浆混合池内;茶多酚与活性炭预先充分混合30-60min,待茶多酚充分吸附于石墨烯内部或者表面后,再按照1-5%的茶多酚,10-20%的活性炭颗粒的比例添加于芯浆混合池内。
5.如权利要求1所述长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述在衬层或者芯层选择性添加复合防异味浆料,是指衬层浆料中单独添加茶多酚/石墨烯,形成复合防异味浆料;或者芯层浆料中单独添加茶多酚/活性炭,形成复合防异味浆料;或者衬层浆料中添加茶多酚/石墨烯、芯层浆料中添加茶多酚/活性炭,形成复合性防异味浆料;以芯浆形成复合防异味浆料为优先。
6.如权利要求3、4或5所述长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的石墨烯、活性炭,要求在5um的扫描电镜尺度下,材料表面微孔清晰可见、不模糊,材料的整体孔隙率超过80%。
7.如权利要求1所述长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面层、底层选择性添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银,是指面层浆料中单独添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银;或者底层浆料中单独添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银;或者面层浆料中添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银、底层浆料中添加本色竹浆纤维和纳米银;以面浆原料中添加纳米银为优先。
8.如权利要求1所述长效防异味灰板纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抄造工艺包括以下步骤:将上述上网浆料经网部脱水成形、面衬芯底复合、压部压榨脱水、干燥部干燥后抄造出成纸。
