Abstract

本发明涉及复合材料工业技术领域,且公开了一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线,所述复合线包括以下组成部分:纤维长丝和混纺短纤维,且复合线由多股包覆纱合股而成,且所述混纺短纤维包括聚苯硫醚纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维,所述纤维长丝为100tex,且所述纤维长丝可为玄武岩无捻粗纱、玻璃纤维无捻粗纱或碳纤维,所述混纺短纤维为200tex,所述聚苯硫醚短纤维与聚四氟乙烯短纤维的配比:聚苯硫醚短纤维:30‑70%,聚四氟乙烯短纤维:70‑30%。该耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线及其制备方法,由于材料和纱线结构的差异,使得复合线的机械性能和耐化学腐蚀性能均较差,密封盘根的使用条件、使用寿命等差异化很大,使得传统复合线的使用具有较大的局限性,也难以满足实际工况要求。

本发明涉及复合材料工业技术领域,具体为一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线及其制备方法。
背景技术
耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线,传统生产工艺是将玻璃纤维、化纤粗纱、金属丝等多股成份按工艺要求合股为密封盘根用无石棉纤维复合纱线。由于材料和纱线结构的差异,使得复合线的机械性能和耐化学腐蚀性能均较差,同时无法选取不同的包覆纱实现不同的有益效果,密封盘根的使用条件、使用寿命等差异化很大,使得传统复合线的使用具有较大的局限性,也难以满足实际工况要求,为此我们提出一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线及其制备方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线及其制备方法,保证该复合线具备良好的机械性能和耐化学腐蚀性能,可以选取不同的包覆纱实现不同的有益效果,使其密封盘根的使用条件、使用寿命等差异化较小,使得该复合线具有较为广泛的使用范围,能够满足多种不同工况要求等优点,解决了复合线的机械性能和耐化学腐蚀性能均较差,同时无法选取不同的包覆纱实现不同的有益效果,密封盘根的使用条件、使用寿命等差异化很大,使得传统复合线的使用具有较大的局限性,也难以满足实际工况要求的问题。
为实现上述保证该复合线具备良好的机械性能和耐化学腐蚀性能,可以选取不同的包覆纱实现不同的有益效果,使其密封盘根的使用条件、使用寿命等差异化较小,使得该复合线具有较为广泛的使用范围,能够满足多种不同工况要求的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线,所述复合线包括以下组成部分:纤维长丝和混纺短纤维,且复合线由多股包覆纱合股而成,所述混纺短纤维包括聚苯硫醚纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维。
优选的,所述纤维长丝为100tex,且所述纤维长丝可为玄武岩无捻粗纱、玻璃纤维无捻粗纱或碳纤维,所述混纺短纤维为200tex。
优选的,所述聚苯硫醚短纤维与聚四氟乙烯短纤维的配比:聚苯硫醚短纤维:30-70%,聚四氟乙烯短纤维:70-30%。
优选的,一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:把聚苯硫醚短纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维按比例混合,形成混纺短纤维;
步骤二:将混纺短纤维材料均匀的包覆在纤维长丝外面,形成包覆纱;
步骤三:将一股或多股这样的包覆纱,且加或者不加一股或多股金属丝,在合股设备上合成粗的复合纱线。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
该耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线及其制备方法,通过把聚苯硫醚短纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维按比例混合,形成混纺短纤维材料,然后将玄武岩纤维无捻粗纱材料均匀的包覆在纤维长丝外面,形成包覆纱,再将一股或多股这样的包覆纱,且加或者不加一股或多股金属丝,在合股设备上合成粗的复合纱线,保证该复合线具备良好的机械性能和耐化学腐蚀性能,可以选取不同的包覆纱实现不同的有益效果,使其密封盘根的使用条件、使用寿命等差异化较小,使得该复合线具有较为广泛的使用范围,能够满足多种不同工况要求。

所述纤维长丝为100tex,且所述纤维长丝可为玄武岩无捻粗纱、玻璃纤维无捻粗纱或碳纤维,所述混纺短纤维为200tex;所述聚苯硫醚短纤维与聚四氟乙烯短纤维的配比:聚苯硫醚短纤维:30-70%,聚四氟乙烯短纤维:70-30%。
实施例1
制作方法具体步骤如下:
步骤一:把聚苯硫醚短纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维按比例1∶1混合,形成混纺短纤维为200tex;
步骤二:将200tex的混纺短纤维材料均匀的包覆在100tex的玄武岩纤维无捻粗纱外面,形成包覆纱;
步骤三:将三根包覆纱,且加或者不加一股或多股金属丝,在合股设备上合成粗的复合纱线,且捻度为90捻。
实施例2
制作方法具体步骤如下:
步骤一:把聚苯硫醚短纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维按比例1∶1混合,形成混纺短纤维为200tex;
步骤二:将200tex的混纺短纤维材料均匀的包覆在100tex的玄武岩纤维无捻粗纱外面,形成包覆纱;
步骤三:将三根包覆纱,且加或者不加一股或多股金属丝,在合股设备上合成粗的复合纱线,且捻度为120捻。
实施例3
制作方法具体步骤如下:
步骤一:把聚苯硫醚短纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维按比例2/3:1/3混合,形成混纺短纤维为200tex;
步骤二:将200tex的混纺短纤维材料均匀的包覆在100tex的玄武岩纤维无捻粗纱外面,形成包覆纱;
步骤三:将三根包覆纱,且加或者不加一股或多股金属丝,在合股设备上合成粗的复合纱线,且捻度为90捻。
实施例4
制作方法具体步骤如下:
步骤一:把聚苯硫醚短纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维按比例2/3:1/3混合,形成混纺短纤维为200tex;

步骤三:将二根包覆纱,且加或者不加一股或多股金属丝,在合股设备上合成粗的复合纱线,且捻度为120捻。
综上说明:上述玄武岩无捻粗纱,也可以用玻璃纤维无捻粗纱、碳纤维等适用的其它纤维长丝。

1.一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线,其特征在于,所述复合线包括以下组成部分:纤维长丝和混纺短纤维,且复合线由多股包覆纱合股而成,所述混纺短纤维包括聚苯硫醚纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线,其特征在于:所述纤维长丝为100tex,且所述纤维长丝可为玄武岩无捻粗纱、玻璃纤维无捻粗纱或碳纤维,所述混纺短纤维为200tex。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线,其特征在于:所述聚苯硫醚短纤维与聚四氟乙烯短纤维的配比:聚苯硫醚短纤维:30-70%,聚四氟乙烯短纤维:70-30%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种耐腐蚀密封盘根用复合线及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:把聚苯硫醚短纤维和聚四氟乙烯短纤维按比例混合,形成混纺短纤维材料;
步骤二:将混纺短纤维材料均匀的包覆在纤维长丝外面,形成包覆纱;
步骤三:将一股或多股这样的包覆纱,且加或者不加一股或多股金属丝,在合股设备上合成粗的复合纱线。
