The invention relates to a parachute packaging device which comprises a platform, stand columns, a loading mechanism and an extension rod, wherein the stand columns which are symmetrically arranged are respectively welded at the central positions of short edges of a platform panel, the cross sections of the stand columns are provided with through holes which are parallel to the platform panel, and the height and the total height of the through holes of the cross sections of the two stand columns are consistent; the loading mechanism comprises a sleeve, a bearing, a winding drum, a rotating shaft, a ratchet wheel, a pawl, a spring and a protective cover, the sleeve is in a structural form of a cylinder and two support lugs, the interior of the cylinder is hollow, and the cylinder can be sleeved on the stand column; stepped holes are processed on the two support lugs of the sleeve, and the bearings are respectively sleeved in the stepped holes of the support lugs; the winding drum is in the form of a stepped shaft and comprises a thin shaft end and a thick shaft end, wherein the thin shaft end penetrates through the support lug and the bearing from one side respectively. The device has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, convenient movement and strong applicability, and can be applied to flexible product packages such as air bags and the like and field test package umbrellas in an expanded way.

Background
Due to space limitation, the parachute of the spacecraft is generally packaged in a high-density mode, products such as canopy and the like are filled in the parachute package by a hydraulic parachute packaging machine under the pressure of several tons, the parachute packaging machine is withdrawn, and package disposal is carried out. When the bag is packed, the flexible materials such as the umbrella coat and the like can generate certain expansion due to no external pressure, which is not beneficial to the packing.
The existing sealing bag is operated by pure hands, generally comprises three persons, wherein each person takes a pull rod, wraps two ends of a sealing rope, simultaneously tightens the pull rod in the opposite direction by force, continuously increases the force, reduces the size of the sealing bag opening until the sealing bag opening meets the requirements, and keeps the sealing bag opening. After the third person compresses the packing rope at the junction of the packing ropes, the other two persons quickly loosen the pull rod and the two ends of the packing rope, and one person performs packing and knotting. In the process, the requirement on strength of personnel is high, the sealed rope is difficult to control in place for the umbrella bag with high density by manpower, and the sealed rope can be ensured to be sealed quality and the operation safety of the personnel only by the cooperation of skillful operation of multiple people and tacit understanding.

step five, applying a package load: the long rod is inserted into a through hole of a rotating shaft of the loading mechanism and synchronously rotates to ensure that the packing rope is uniformly stressed, the packing rope is wound on a winding drum in the rotating process, a ratchet wheel rotates along with the winding drum, a pawl is clamped at the tooth root position of the ratchet wheel under the action of a spring, and a limiting mechanism reversely rotates until the packing requirement is met and the packing rope is locked;
step six, loosening the end of the wrapping rope: under the condition that the extension bar is kept stressed, the pawl is pulled to remove the limit between the pawl and the ratchet wheel, and the extension bar is slowly and reversely rotated to enable the end of the wrapping rope to be loosened and pulled out from the winding drum.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the platform is large in size, the height of the loading mechanism is adjustable, the universality is strong, and the platform is suitable for packaging most parachute bags;
(2) the invention increases the manual packaging load from 300N to not less than 1500N by means of lengthening the arm of force by the lengthening bar, thereby greatly increasing the packaging load and meeting the requirement of high-density umbrella packaging;
(3) the ratchet wheel module is used for limiting the reverse movement of the winding drum, the maintaining time of an operator is generally less than 10s under the condition of a large load, and after the device is adopted, the maintaining time is not less than 1h, so that the labor intensity of the operator is greatly reduced;
(4) the ratchet wheel on the device can lock the winding drum at any time, so that the condition that the winding drum rebounds to drive the extension bar to injure operators is prevented;
(5) the device has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, convenient movement and strong applicability, and can be applied to flexible product packages such as air bags and the like and field test package umbrellas in an expanded way.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
A parachute packaging device comprises a platform, a column, a loading mechanism and an extension bar,
as shown in fig. 1, the platform comprises a platform panel 1, casters 2 and foot mounts 3,
the platform panel 1 is a rectangular plane, and 4 threaded through holes are formed in 14 right-angle positions of the platform panel;
the trundles 2 are positioned on the lower side of the platform panel 1, each foot seat 3 adopts 4 bolts, and the bolts sequentially penetrate through holes of the foot seats 3 and threaded holes of the platform panel 1 from bottom to top so as to fix the foot seats 3 at 4 right-angle positions of the platform panel 1;
1 threaded through hole is respectively processed on the platform panel 1 near each foot seat 2, and 4 mechanical adjusting foot seats 3 are respectively screwed into the 1 through hole from bottom to top;
2 upright posts 4 are respectively welded at the center positions of the short sides of the platform panel 1, the through holes on the cross sections of the upright posts 4 are the same in size and the through hole spacing and are parallel to the platform panel 1, and the height and the total height of the through holes on the cross sections of the two upright posts 4 are the same;
as shown in fig. 3, the loading mechanism includes a sleeve 5, a bearing 6, a winding drum 7, a rotating shaft 8, a ratchet 9, a pawl 10, a spring 11 and a protective cover 12, the sleeve 5 is in a structure of a cylinder and two support lugs, the sleeve 5 is provided with holes consistent with the holes on the upright column and fixedly connected to the upright column, the cylinder is hollow and can be sleeved on the upright column 4, and the cross section of the cylinder is provided with through holes which are fixed with the through holes on the cross section of the upright column 4 through bolts;
stepped holes are processed on two support lugs of the sleeve 5, and the bearings 6 are respectively sleeved in the stepped holes of the 2 support lugs; the winding drum 7 is in a stepped shaft form and comprises a thin shaft end and a thick shaft end, and the thin shaft end respectively penetrates through the lug 2 and the bearing 6 from one side;
the rotating shaft 8 is sleeved at the thin shaft end of the winding drum 7 to limit the winding drum 7 and the thin shaft end bearing 6 to move transversely;
a ratchet wheel 9 is arranged at the thick shaft end of the winding drum 7, and the ratchet wheel 9 and the thick shaft end bearing 6 are limited to move transversely;
a pawl 10 and a spring 11 are arranged on the support lug, and the spring 11 tensions the pawl 10 on the ratchet wheel 9; a protective cover 12 is arranged on the outer side of the thick shaft end of the winding drum 7;
as shown in fig. 2, the extension bar comprises a long bar 13 and a rope sleeve 14, the long bar 13 is a cylindrical structure, one end of the long bar is inserted into the through hole of the rotating shaft 8, and 360-degree rotation can be realized through the bearing 6; 1 through hole is processed on the round section of the other end; the rope sling 14 is a flexible annular structure and penetrates through the through hole of the long rod 13 to form a hitch, so that the rope sling is convenient to store.

step five: applying a package load: 2 long rods are inserted into a through hole of a rotating shaft 8 of the loading mechanism and synchronously rotate to ensure that the package rope is uniformly stressed, in the rotating process, the package rope is wound on a winding drum 7, a ratchet wheel 9 rotates along with the package rope, a pawl 10 is clamped at the tooth root position of the ratchet wheel 9 under the action of a spring 11, and a limiting mechanism reversely rotates until the package requirement is met and the package rope is locked;
step six: loosening and unsealing the end of the wrapping rope: under the condition of keeping the extension bar stressed, the pawl 10 is shifted to remove the limit between the pawl and the ratchet wheel 9, the extension bar is slowly rotated reversely, so that the end of the wrapping rope is loosened and is pulled out from the winding drum 7;
step seven: removing: the umbrella bag is removed, the extension bar is placed into the upright post 4, the mechanical adjusting foot seat 3 is loosened, and the packaging device is placed back to the storage place.
The platform is large in size, the height of the loading mechanism is adjustable, the universality is strong, and the platform is suitable for packaging most parachute packs;
the invention increases the manual packaging load from 300N to not less than 1500N by means of lengthening the arm of force by the lengthening bar, thereby greatly increasing the packaging load and meeting the requirement of high-density umbrella packaging;
