技术领域
本发明涉及汽车的技术领域,尤其涉及一种混合动力驱动系统。
背景技术
目前市场上已有多种不同方案的新能源混合动力驱动系统,每种方案有各自的优缺点。
常见的新能源混合动力驱动系统,通常多采用单离合器布置方式分流发动机动力,发动机与发电机采用刚性连接,无离合断开装置,该种方式存在发动机工作时则发电机也必须一起工作的问题,当蓄电池不需要充电而发动机启动提供动力补充时,发电机被拖曳转动造成能源浪费。
同时,驱动端多采用单档布置方式,该种方式使得驱动电机在一些工况下较难处于最佳的效率区间,动力性与经济性较难同时兼顾,造成整车经济性与动力性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种降低发动机能源消耗,同时能够兼顾动力性与经济性的混合动力驱动系统。
本发明的技术方案提供一种混合动力驱动系统,包括发电机、发动机、电动机、同步器、差速器、减速器和离合器单元;
所述离合器单元设置在所述发电机与所述发动机之间,所述离合器单元还设置在所述发动机与所述减速器之间,所述电动机与所述差速器之间设有所述同步器和所述减速器,所述差速器用于传输动力给两个车轮;
所述离合器单元包括离合器控制器、第一离合器和第二离合器,所述第一离合器与所述减速器传动,所述第二离合器与所述发电机传动。

本发明中在发动机与发电机之间增加第二离合器,当发动机参加驱动不需要发电时,可以断开与发电机的连接,避免发电机拖曳造成能源浪费。发动机可以在同步器换档时实现动力补偿,避免动力中断,提升整车驾乘舒适感。并且双档结构设计,能够实现高速经济档与动力档,提升整车的动力性与经济性。

离合器单元7设置在发电机1与发动机2之间,离合器单元7还设置在发动机2与减速器8之间,电动机3与差速器5之间设有同步器4和减速器8,差速器5用于传输动力给两个车轮20;
离合器单元7包括离合器控制器73、第一离合器71和第二离合器72,第一离合器71与减速器8传动,第二离合器72与发电机1传动。
具体为,发动机2与扭矩减振器6连接,扭矩减振器6连接离合器单元7,离合器单元7包括了第一离合器71和第二离合器72,第二离合器72与发电机1传动,第一离合器71与减速器8传动,同步器4用于换挡减速器8,同步器4连接电动机3,减速器8连接差速器5,差速器5将动力传输给两个车轮20。
其中,离合器单元7还包括离合器控制器73,离合器控制器73用于控制第一离合器71和第二离合器72的结合和断开。
减速器8包括第二传动齿轮02、第三传动齿轮03、第六传动齿轮06和第七传动齿轮07。
增速器包括第四传动齿轮04和第五传动齿轮05。
第一离合器71通过第一传动齿轮01、第二传动齿轮02和第一传动轴11与同步器4连接;第二传动齿轮02与第三传动齿轮03传动,第三传动齿轮03与差速器5传动,差速器5将动力传输给两个车轮20。

本实施例中在发动机2与发电机1之间增加第二离合器72,当电池不需要充电发动机2参加驱动时,可以断开与发电机1的连接,避免能源浪费。并且双档结构设计,能够实现高速经济档与动力档,提升整车的动力性与经济性。
进一步地,如图1所示,混合动力驱动系统包括纯电模式,第一离合器71和第二离合72器均断开,发动机2和发电机1不工作,电动机3驱动差速器5带动车轮20转动。
图1中的空心箭头表示动力传输方向。
具体为,当第二离合器72断开时,发动机2与发电机1之间的连接断开;当第一离合器71断开时,发动机2与同步器4之间的连接断开。
因此,发动机2和发电机1均不工作,此时只有电动机3工作,电动机3的动力从第六传动齿轮06和第七传动齿轮07传递到同步器4,再从同步器4传递到第二传动齿轮02、第三传动齿轮03和差速器5处,最后从差速器5传递到两个车轮20上,实现纯电模式。
进一步地,如图2所示,混合动力驱动系统包括串联模式,第一离合器71断开,第二离合器72结合,发动机2与发电机1工作发电,电动机3驱动差速器5带动车轮20转动。
图2中的空心箭头表示动力的传递方向。
由于第一离合器71断开,因此发动机2与同步器4之间断开;第二离合器72结合,发动机2的动力通过第二离合器72传动到第二传动轴12、第四传动齿轮04和第五传动齿轮05,最后带动发电机1发电。
而电动机3的动力传输路径与纯电模式中相同,驱动车轮20转动。
此时,为混合动力驱动系统的串联模式。
进一步地,如图3所示,混合动力驱动系统包括并联模式,第一离合器71结合,发动机2与电动机3共同驱动差速器5带动车轮20转动。
由于第一离合器71结合,发动机2的动力通过第一离合器71、第一传动齿轮01、第二传动齿轮02和第三传动齿轮03传递到差速器5处;
同时电动机3的动力传输路径与纯电模式中相同。
发动机2和电动机3共同驱动差速器5带动车轮20转动。
进一步地,如图3所示,并联模式包括第一子模式和第二子模式;
第一子模式时,第二离合器72结合,发电机1与发动机2工作发电;
图3中的黑色实心箭头表示第一子模式下,发动机2带动发电机1发电的工作路径。
第二子模式时,第二离合器72断开,发电机1不工作。
第二子模式时,由于第二离合器72断开,发动机2与发电机1之间断开,发电机1不工作。图3中的黑色实心箭头的工作路径在第二子模式下不执行。
第二子模式时,由于发电机1不工作,没有发电端的拖拽,优化经济性与动力性,解决了发电机1消耗浪费发动机2动力的问题。
进一步地,如图4所示混合动力驱动系统包括发电模式,第一离合器71断开,第二离合器72结合,发电机1与发动机2工作发电。
由于第一离合器71断开,发动机2与同步器4之间断开;第二离合器72结合,发动机2通过第二离合器72、第二传动轴12、第四传动齿轮04和第五传动齿轮05带动发电机1发电。
此时,电动机3不工作,车轮20不转动。
进一步地,如图5所示,混合动力驱动系统包括动力补偿模式,第一离合器71结合,第二离合器72断开,电动机3调速空转做换档前准备,同步器5左右切换换挡,发动机2做动力补偿输出。
由于第二离合器72断开,发动机2与发电机1之间断开;
第一离合器71结合,发动机2的动力经过第一离合器71、第一传动齿轮01、第二传动齿轮02和第三传动齿轮03达到差速器5。
此时,电动机3调速空转做换档前准备,同步器5左右切换换挡,发动机2做动力补偿输出,解决了换挡时电动机动力中断造成的冲击问题。
进一步地,如图6所示,混合动力驱动系统包括发动机直驱模式,第一离合器71结合,第二离合器72断开,同步器4空挂,发电机1与电动机3不工作,发动机2直接驱动差速器5带动车轮20转动。
与动力补偿模式不同的是,同步器5空挂,电动机3不工作,发动机2直接驱动差速器5带动车轮20转动。通过同步器4的断开与电动机3的连接,解决了发动机2驱动时拖曳电动机3造成的能量损耗,优化经济性与动力性。
本发明另一实施例中,还包括总成壳体,第一离合器71、第二离合器72和减速器8均设置在总成壳体内,发动机2、发电机1和电动机3与总成壳体连接。
发动机2的传动轴通过减振器与离合器连接,防止拖曳发电机1,起到避免能源浪费的作用。另外,双离合器布置在同侧,轴向距离短,改善布置空间,结构紧凑。
本发明具有以下优点:
1.两档机构:改善经济性与动力性;
2.双离合器布置:同侧布置,轴向距离短,改善布置空间,结构紧凑;
3.在发动机参与驱动时,第二离合器断开连接,第一离合器连接,可以完全断开发动机与发电机的连接,没有发电端的拖拽,优化经济性与动力性;
4.换挡时,第二离合器断开连接,第一离合器连接,发动机作为动力补充,抵消电动机的动力中断;
5.发动机直驱时,同步器断开电动机的连接,没有电动机的拖曳损耗,优化经济性与动力性。
以上所述的仅是本发明的原理和较佳的实施例。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在本发明原理的基础上,还可以做出若干其它变型,也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,包括发电机(1)、发动机(2)、电动机(3)、同步器(4)、差速器(5)、减速器(8)和离合器单元(7);
所述离合器单元(7)设置在所述发电机(1)与所述发动机(2)之间,所述离合器单元(7)还设置在所述发动机(2)与所述减速器(8)之间,所述电动机(3)与所述差速器(5)之间设有所述同步器(4)和所述减速器(8),所述差速器(5)用于传输动力给两个车轮(20);
所述离合器单元(7)包括离合器控制器、第一离合器(71)和第二离合器(72),所述第一离合器(71)与所述减速器(8)传动,所述第二离合器(72)与所述发电机(2)传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,所述第一离合器(71)和所述第二离合器(72)均断开,所述发动机(2)和所述发电机(1)不工作,所述电动机(3)驱动所述差速器(5)带动所述车轮(20)转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,所述第一离合器(71)断开,所述第二离合器(72)结合,所述发动机(2)与所述发电机(1)工作发电,所述电动机(3)驱动所述差速器(5)带动所述车轮(20)转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,所述第一离合器结合,所述发动机与所述电动机共同驱动所述差速器带动所述车轮转动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,包括第一子模式和第二子模式;
所述第一子模式时,所述第二离合器(72)结合,所述发电机(1)与所述发动机(2)工作发电;
所述第二子模式时,所述第二离合器(72)断开,所述发电机(1)不工作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,所述第一离合器(71)断开,所述第二离合器(72)结合,所述发电机(1)与所述发动机(2)工作发电。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,所述第一离合器(71)结合,所述第二离合器(72)断开,所述电动机(3)调速空转做换档前准备,所述同步器(4)左右切换换挡,所述发动机(2)做动力补偿输出。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,所述第一离合器(71)结合,所述第二离合器(72)断开,所述同步器(4)空挂,所述发电机(1)与所述电动机(3)不工作,所述发动机(2)直接驱动所述差速器(5)带动所述车轮转动。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动系统(10),其特征在于,还包括总成壳体,所述第一离合器(71)、所述第二离合器(72)和所述减速器(8)均设置在所述总成壳体内,所述发动机(2)、所述发电机(1)和所述电动机(3)与所述总成壳体连接。
