The conveyer belt is suitable for the transportation of powdery and blocky materials among various working procedures and working sections, is convenient and quick, has high production efficiency, and is a necessary means for continuously conveying the mass materials in modern mass production.
According to the GB/T5752 conveyor belt Mark regulation: normally, one side of the working surface of the conveyor belt is 50-100mm away from the belt edge, at least one obvious mark (as shown in figure 1) is marked every 25m, and the two sides are alternately marked, so that the following requirements are met:

The template is a reverse character, and a positive character is pressed through subsequent vulcanization.

Compared with the prior art, the invention improves the thickness (or called depth) of the conveyer belt mark, simultaneously improves the contrast ratio, makes the conveyer belt mark more obvious, keeps clear and complete in the whole life cycle of the conveyer belt, and ensures the traceability and the propaganda of the product.

When the green rubber material is prepared, on the basis of the formula of the covering rubber, partial materials are adjusted, on the premise of ensuring the performances of strength, elongation, abrasion and the like and having better adhesive performance with the covering rubber and the framework layer, the carbon black is adjusted to be white carbon black, and the white carbon black and the framework layer are matched with each other to form the green rubber material.
