The electric field device 2 comprises a plurality of ionization plates 8 arranged side by side; the top of the ionization plates 8 arranged side by side is provided with a dust collecting plate 9; the ionization plate 8 and the dust collection plate 9 are simultaneously mounted on the electric field equipment frame. Two sides of the ionization plate 8 are provided with large arc structures 19, and two ends of the large arc structures 19 are provided with discharge spikes 10. The great arc structure 19 is a semicircular structure; the ionization plate 8 adopts a large arc design, so that discharge spikes can be reduced, and then ozone and power consumption are reduced. Compared with products on the market, the invention has the advantages of low electric field power, high efficiency and more stable product operation.
Oil mist purification principle:
the oil mist is sucked into an oil mist (electrostatic) purification device by a fan and firstly passes through a pre-filtering screen, wherein most of larger oil mist droplets and oil stain particles are intercepted by the pre-filtering screen due to mechanical collision; secondly, the oil mist passes through a water removal device, wherein most of water molecules are separated and collected independently; finally, the oil mist passes through a high-voltage electric field, when the oil fume gas passes through the high-voltage electric field, under the action of the high-voltage electric field, the oil fume gas is ionized, the oil mist is charged, and most of tiny oil particles are collected on the dust collecting plate under the action of the electric field force and the airflow and flow into the oil collecting tray under the action of self gravity. Meanwhile, under the action of the high-voltage electric field, the air in the electric field can generate ozone, most of smell in the smoke is removed, and finally clean air is discharged.

An oil mist purification device is characterized by comprising a plurality of purification devices which are overlapped together; the purification device comprises a plurality of electric field devices arranged side by side; the electric field device comprises a plurality of ionization plates arranged side by side; the top of the ionization plates arranged side by side is provided with a dust collecting plate;
a plurality of electric field devices arranged side by side are simultaneously arranged on the purifying device frame to form the purifying device;
the top of the purifying equipment frame is provided with an inclined plane plate and a plane plate, and the bottom of the inclined plane plate is connected with the plane plate; oil discharge holes are formed in two ends of the plane plate, and a plurality of oil discharge holes which are arranged up and down are connected through oil discharge pipelines;
the oil discharge hole is hidden in the purifying equipment frame, and the upper part of the oil discharge hole is covered by the electric field guide rail on the adjacent purifying equipment frame;
two sides of the ionization plate are provided with large arc structures; two ends of the large arc structure are provided with discharge spikes; the large arc structure is a semicircular structure; each discharging spike corresponds to the center of the opposite side orthodrome structure;
a water removal device is arranged on the purifying equipment frame at one side where the ionization plate is positioned; the water removal device comprises a water removal fan and a primary metal net arranged on the water removal fan; and the bottom of the ionization plate is provided with a ground pole guide plate.
2. The oil mist purifier according to claim 1, wherein the ionization plate and the dust collecting plate are simultaneously mounted on the electric field device frame to form an electric field device.
3. The oil mist purifier according to claim 1, wherein the electric field device is mounted on an electric field rail, and the electric field rail is slidably mounted on the purifier frame by a sliding roller.
4. The oil mist purifier according to claim 3, wherein an oil collecting space is formed between the electric field rail and the bottom of the purifier frame.
