As shown in fig. 1, a cleaning apparatus (not shown) according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for cleaning a surface of an object to be cleaned, such as a floor of a room. The cleaning apparatus includes a main body (not shown) and a floor mopping assembly 100, the floor mopping assembly 100 being mounted to the main body, the floor mopping assembly 100 being moved on the floor by the main body to clean various areas of the floor.
The structure of the middle floor mopping assembly 100 of the present application will be described below using a cleaning apparatus as an example of a sweeping and mopping robot. The present embodiment is only used as an example and does not limit the technical scope of the present application. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the cleaning apparatus may also be embodied as other apparatus, such as a floor mopping robot, a window cleaning robot, etc., without limitation.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the mop assembly 100 includes a water tank 20 and a mop module 40, and after the mop module 40 is coupled to the water tank 20, the mop assembly 100 can be integrally mounted on a main body of the cleaning device. When it is desired to remove the mop module 40, the floor assembly 100 can be removed integrally from the main body, and then the mop module 40 can be separated from the tank 20.
Specifically, the water tank 20 includes a main tank body 21, and the main tank body 21 is hollow shell structure, including a main tank body diapire, a main tank body roof that sets up with main tank body diapire interval and the main tank body lateral wall of connecting main tank body diapire and main tank body roof, main tank body lateral wall encircles main tank body diapire and main tank body roof along circumference. Thus, the bottom wall of the main box body, the top wall of the main box body and the side walls of the main box body jointly form a containing cavity for containing cleaning liquid such as water. It will be appreciated that the shape of the main housing 21 is not limited and may be set as required to meet different requirements.
In the following embodiments, the height direction (X direction shown in fig. 1) of the main casing 21 is defined as a first direction, the length direction (Y direction shown in fig. 1) of the main casing 21 is defined as a second direction, the width direction (Z direction shown in fig. 1) of the main casing 21 is defined as a third direction, and the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
Further, the water tank 20 further includes a connection key, a key mounting groove 212 is formed in a top wall of the main tank body 21, the key is mounted in the key mounting groove 212, and the main tank body 21 is detachably mounted on the main tank body by means of the key. When the water tank 20 needs to be detached from the main body, the user can separate the water tank 20 from the main body by pressing a key.
In some embodiments, the top wall of the main tank 21 is further provided with a water injection hole 214, which communicates the accommodating cavity with the external environment, and the user can inject the cleaning solution of water into the accommodating cavity through the water injection hole 214.
The mop module 40 comprises a mop mounting 41 and a mop body 43. The mop mounting 41 comprises a mounting body 412, and in particular in some embodiments the mounting body 412 is of a flat plate-like structure and extends lengthwise in the second direction. The mop mounting 41 comprises a first fixing surface (not shown) and a second fixing surface (not shown), which are arranged opposite to each other in the first direction, the mop body 43 being at least partially arranged on the first fixing surface to form a cleaning surface of the mop module 40, and the second fixing surface forming a mounting surface of the mop module 40 arranged opposite to the cleaning surface. When the mop module 40 is mounted to the main body, the cleaning surface faces the object to be cleaned so that the mop body 43 contacts the object to be cleaned. The mounting surface and the cleaning surface are perpendicular to the first direction and are oppositely arranged in the first direction.
To achieve the connection of the water tank 20 and the mop module 40, the water tank 20 is held against the mounting surface of the mop module 40 and can be moved relative to the mop module 40 in a direction parallel to the mounting surface and is snapped into engagement with the mop module 40.
Specifically, the water tank 20 further includes a tank holding portion 23 provided on one side of the main tank 21. The mop mounting 41 comprises a mop catch 414, the mop catch 414 protruding in a first direction from the second fixing surface of the mop mounting 41. The main casing 21 and/or the casing catching portion 23 are/is caught against the second fixing surface in the first direction, and the casing catching portion 23 and the mop catching portion 414 are configured to be capable of relative movement in a plane perpendicular to the first direction and to be caught by each other.
Specifically, the case catching part 23 and the mop catching part 414 are configured to be able to generate a relative movement in the third direction. When the water tank 20 and the mop module 40 are coupled, the main casing 21 and the casing clamping portion 23 are abutted against the second fixing surface in the first direction, and the casing clamping portion 23 and the mop clamping portion 414 are mutually clamped in the third direction. Preferably, the orthographic projection of the main casing 21 on the plane of the second fixing surface is entirely located in the second fixing surface.
Thus, compared to the prior art in which the water tank and the mop module are fastened to each other along the first direction, the water tank 20 and the mop module 40 of the present application are fastened to each other in a plane perpendicular to the first direction, so that when the mop assembly 100 is coupled to the main body, the mop module 40 can be restrained by the water tank 20 and the main body together, unlike the prior art in which the mop module 40 is fastened by completely relying on the water tank 20, the mop module 40 can be conveniently detached from the water tank 20 while ensuring the installation firmness of the mop module 40.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the water tank 20 includes two tank holding portions 23, the two tank holding portions 23 are disposed at intervals in the second direction and located at opposite ends of the main tank 21 in the second direction, one end of each tank holding portion 23 is disposed at one side (i.e., the bottom wall) of the main tank 21 in the first direction, and the other end of the tank holding portion 23 extends outwardly from the main tank 21 in the third direction toward a direction away from the side wall of the main tank. More specifically, each casing clamping portion 23 includes two casing clamping arms, the two casing clamping arms are disposed at intervals in the second direction, and a casing clamping gap for clamping the mop clamping portion 414 is defined between the two casing clamping arms of the same casing clamping portion 23.
The mop mounting member 41 includes two mop holding portions 414, the two mop holding portions 414 being disposed at intervals in the second direction so as to be located at opposite ends of the mop mounting member 41 in the second direction, each mop holding portion 414 being disposed corresponding to one of the casing holding portions 23, respectively. Each mop clamping portion 414 includes a first clamping end 4141 and a second clamping end, wherein the first clamping end 4141 is arranged on the second fixing surface of the mounting member main body 412 in a protruding manner along the first direction, and the second clamping end is arranged on one end of the first clamping end 4141 away from the mounting member main body 412. The first clamping end 4141 has a dimension in the second direction that is less than the dimension of the housing clamping gap, and the second clamping end has a dimension in the second direction that is greater than the dimension of the housing clamping gap.
In this way, the first clamping end 4141 of the mop clamping portion 414 can be inserted into the housing clamping gap of the housing clamping portion 23 along the third direction, so that the water tank 20 and the mop module 40 are relatively fixed in the third direction. And since the dimension of the second catching end in the second direction is larger than the dimension of the case catching gap in the second direction, the mop mounting 41 and the water tank 20 are prevented from being separated from each other in the first direction.
Further, in some embodiments, the first clamping end 4141 of the mop clamping portion 414 is provided with a limiting protrusion 4141a protruding on either side in the second direction, and the mop clamping portion 414 can be deformed in the second direction in a recoverable manner. One of the case clamping arms of the case clamping part 23 is provided with a limiting groove 232 matched with the limiting protrusion 4141a, and the limiting protrusion 4141a is limited in the limiting groove 232. Specifically, in some embodiments, the limiting protrusion 4141a is provided on a side of the first clamping end 4141 of any one mop clamping portion 414 facing the other mop clamping portion 414.
In this way, when the mop mounting member 41 and the water tank 20 are relatively moved in the third direction, the mop clamping portion 414 is deformed by the squeezing action of the tank clamping portion 23 until the limiting projection 4141a is clamped into the limiting groove 232 and then the mop clamping portion 414 is restored to the original state, so that the limiting projection 4141a is stably clamped in the limiting groove 232. When the mop mounting 41 is separated from the sink, the user applies an opposite force to the mop mounting 41 and the water tank 20 in the third direction, and the mop clamping portion 414 deforms to disengage the limiting protrusion 4141a from the limiting groove 232, so that the mop mounting 41 and the water tank 20 are separated from each other.
It will be appreciated that the number and arrangement positions of the case holding parts 23 and the mop holding parts 414 are not limited, and may be different in number or arrangement positions as required. For example, in some embodiments, the water tank 20 includes three tank holding portions 23, the three tank holding portions 23 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and correspondingly, the mop mounting member 41 includes three mop holding portions 414, the three mop holding portions 414 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and each mop holding portion 414 is respectively engaged with one of the tank holding portions 23 correspondingly.
In some embodiments, the mop catch 414 has a receiving cavity, and the mop mounting 41 further comprises an absorbent member 416, the absorbent member 416 being received in the receiving cavity for absorbing the main body in the first direction. In this way, the mop mounting 41 is restrained relative to the main body in the first direction by the suction attachment 416, thereby preventing the mop mounting 41 from falling out of the main body in the first direction. Specifically, in one embodiment, the adsorbing element 416 is a magnet, and the main body is correspondingly provided with a magnet with a magnetic opposite to that of the adsorbing element 416, so that the mop mounting member 41 can be adsorbed on the main body along the first direction.
The mop assembly 100 and the cleaning device provided with the same are characterized in that the water tank 20 and the mop module 40 are connected with each other in the horizontal direction by the mutual clamping of the tank clamping part 23 and the mop clamping part 414, and when the water tank 20 is arranged on the main machine body, the water tank 20 and the main machine body can be utilized to jointly form constraint on the mop module 40, so that the buckling amount between the water tank 20 and the mop module 40 is reduced. When the mop module 40 needs to be disassembled, the mop assembly 100 can be disassembled from the main machine body, and the constraint of the main machine body to the mop module 40 disappears, so that the mop module 40 can be easily disassembled from the water tank 20, the mounting reliability of the mop module 40 is ensured, and the mop module 40 is convenient to disassemble, so that convenience is brought to the use of the cleaning equipment.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
