本发明公开了一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,包括接装纸主体、滤嘴以及烟支,接装纸主体内部一端开口处包接有PVC过滤管,PVC过滤管内部放置有7根硬纸管,硬纸管内壁均匀粘接有吸水膨胀凝胶层;接装纸主体内部另一端开口处包接有烟支,PVC过滤管与烟支之间设有滤嘴;接装纸主体由彩墨印刷纸层、吸湿层、抗菌层、接装纸原纸层、涂胶层、吸附焦油纸层和阻燃层组成;本发明还提出一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴的制备方法。本发明在现有滤嘴前增加PVC过滤管、硬纸管及吸水膨胀凝胶层的管状过滤结构,且硬纸管内通道尺寸随着吸水膨胀凝胶层的含水量大小发生改变,避免现有滤嘴内的纤维受潮、变形以及烫嘴烫手的缺陷,品质较高,具有一定的推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤嘴结构设计技术领域,具体为一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴及其制备方法。
背景技术
香烟,是烟草制品的一种,其一般都是将烟草烤干后切成烟丝,然后以纸卷成圆柱状,再配以过滤嘴组成一支完成的香烟,使用时,用火点燃一端,将过滤嘴的一端放入口中吸食,在现代社会,香烟有着广阔的市场前景,发展潜力巨大,竞争也很激烈,接装纸又称水松纸,用于包裹在过滤嘴外面的,把滤棒粘接到烟条末端的纸,水松纸的印刷油墨和涂层必须要求无毒,符合食品卫生标准。
目前在香烟的吸食过程中,在烟丝燃尽时,容易将接装纸和滤嘴点燃,产生有害物质,且还会导致使用人员的嘴部和手部烫伤,存在安全隐患,同时吸烟时口腔液体会粘附在接装纸上,将滤嘴处浸湿,影响正常体验,因此需要一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴对上述问题做出改善。
另外,吸烟时口腔液体也会沾湿醋酸纤维滤棒的端部,造成纤维沾湿收缩,及滤棒内部烟气的通道孔径在无形中变大,降低滤棒的过滤功能,也需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,包括接装纸主体、滤嘴以及烟支,接装纸主体内部一端开口处包接有PVC过滤管,PVC过滤管内部放置有7根硬纸管,硬纸管内壁均匀粘接有吸水膨胀凝胶层,且吸水膨胀凝胶层形成圆管状结构,该圆管状结构的内径随着吸水膨胀凝胶层的含水量大小发生改变;
接装纸主体内部另一端开口处包接有烟支,PVC过滤管与烟支之间设有滤嘴,且滤嘴与PVC过滤管和烟支之间分别设有间隙;
接装纸主体由彩墨印刷纸层、吸湿层、抗菌层、接装纸原纸层、涂胶层、吸附焦油纸层和阻燃层组成,且接装纸原纸层远离滤嘴的一侧设有抗菌层,抗菌层远离接装纸原纸层的一侧设有吸湿层,吸湿层远离抗菌层的一侧设有彩墨印刷纸层,接装纸原纸层远离抗菌层的一侧设有涂胶层,涂胶层远离接装纸原纸层的一侧且靠近滤嘴的一端粘接有吸附焦油纸层,涂胶层远离接装纸原纸层的一侧且靠近烟支的一端粘接有阻燃层。
优选地,滤嘴和烟支之间的间隙宽度为0.05-0.08mm,滤嘴与PVC过滤管之间的间隙宽度为0.05-0.08mm。
优选地,7根硬纸管由内部的1根硬纸管以及包在该硬纸管外的6根硬纸管平行叠放而成,外部的6根硬纸管外壁与PVC过滤管内壁紧密贴合,相邻硬纸管之间也紧密贴合,形成一定挤压力,使硬纸管挤涨且紧套在PVC过滤管内。
优选地,彩墨印刷纸层上均匀设有多组激光通孔。

本发明还提出一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、硬纸管采用单层瓦楞原纸卷曲并粘接而成,将该硬纸管外壁涂抹糊状淀粉,并在150℃下烘干形成正圆形管状,裁剪并打磨,至两端口处为光滑,可进行圆角处理;
S2、将硬纸管全部置于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶预交联溶液中,反应3h左右,至硬纸管内部被凝胶填满,120℃下烘干2h,砂子打磨去除硬纸管外的干凝胶;采用钻头在硬纸管圆心处钻取一贯通两端面的圆柱形通孔,150℃下继续烘干30min,即得带有吸水膨胀凝胶层的成型硬纸管,控制吸水膨胀凝胶层含水率小于3%;
S3、接装纸主体按照前述结构制备并裁切备用,将7根硬纸管平行叠放并紧套在PVC过滤管内,将接装纸主体平铺,再将PVC过滤管、滤嘴及烟支依次放置在接装纸主体上,使接装纸主体紧包PVC过滤管、滤嘴及烟支,卷曲接装纸主体并在一边喷施中线胶,粘接后70℃下干燥最终得到成品的过滤嘴。
优选地,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶预交联溶液包括以下重量份成分:丙烯酰胺单体100份、次甲基双丙烯酰胺5份、四甲基乙二胺4份,过硫酸铵4份,其余为水。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明中,通过设置的彩墨印刷纸层和吸湿层,彩墨印刷纸层上均匀设有多组激光通孔,吸湿层采用可降解高分子海绵,使吸烟时粘附在接装纸上的口腔液体透过激光通孔由可降解高分子海绵进行吸收,避免滤嘴处浸湿,影响香烟正常使用体验,通过设置的抗菌层采用银离子抗菌剂涂覆制成,可有效的灭杀细菌,避免细菌从口中引入危害身体健康,通过设置的吸附焦油纸层,能够吸附烟气中的焦油,从而减少使用人员的焦油吸入量,提高香烟质量,进一步保护使用人员的身体健康,通过设置的阻燃层,阻燃层采用铝箔,阻燃层远离涂胶层一侧的外表面设有纳米级氢氧化镁粉末涂层,且阻燃层的三分之二宽度连接在烟支的外表面上,滤嘴和烟支之间的间隙宽度为0.05-0.08mm,具有较好的阻燃性能,在烟支上的烟丝燃烧到阻燃层位置时,通过阻燃层阻隔不会烧到接装纸和滤嘴,避免有害物质产生,同时避免使用人员嘴部和手部烫伤,降低了安全隐患,提高香烟质量,实用性较高。
2. 本发明还通过设计以下新型结构:在PVC过滤管内设硬纸管并在硬纸管内填充吸水膨胀凝胶层,该结构一是防止现有滤嘴端部被嘴唇咬合后变形过大而造成纤维变形的缺陷;二是通过吸水膨胀凝胶吸取一定口腔粘液,避免对纤维受潮变形;三是吸水膨胀凝胶层吸水后膨胀,使硬纸管实际内径变小,适当减小吸食通道的通量,从而适当提高滤嘴部分的过滤功能;四是沾湿的吸水膨胀凝胶层还有降温吸附功能,吸入到口中的烟气温度要低于现有滤嘴。

S1、硬纸管5采用单层瓦楞原纸卷曲并粘接而成,将该硬纸管5外壁涂抹糊状淀粉,并在150℃下烘干形成正圆形管状,裁剪并打磨,至两端口处为光滑,可进行圆角处理;
S2、将硬纸管5全部置于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶预交联溶液中,反应3h左右,至硬纸管5内部被凝胶填满,120℃下烘干2h,砂子打磨去除硬纸管5外的干凝胶;采用钻头在硬纸管5圆心处钻取一贯通两端面的圆柱形通孔,150℃下继续烘干30min,即得带有吸水膨胀凝胶层6的成型硬纸管5,控制吸水膨胀凝胶层6含水率小于3%;
S3、接装纸主体1按照前述结构制备并裁切备用,将7根硬纸管5平行叠放并紧套在PVC过滤管4内,将接装纸主体1平铺,再将PVC过滤管4、滤嘴2及烟支3依次放置在接装纸主体1上,使接装纸主体1紧包PVC过滤管4、滤嘴2及烟支3,卷曲接装纸主体1并在一边喷施中线胶,粘接后70℃下干燥最终得到成品的过滤嘴。
其中,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶预交联溶液包括以下重量份成分:丙烯酰胺单体100份、次甲基双丙烯酰胺5份、四甲基乙二胺4份,过硫酸铵4份,其余为水。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,包括接装纸主体(1)、滤嘴(2)以及烟支(3),其特征在于:所述接装纸主体(1)内部一端开口处包接有PVC过滤管(4),所述PVC过滤管(4)内部放置有7根硬纸管(5),所述硬纸管(5)内壁均匀粘接有吸水膨胀凝胶层(6),且吸水膨胀凝胶层(6)形成圆管状结构,该圆管状结构的内径随着吸水膨胀凝胶层(6)的含水量大小发生改变;
所述接装纸主体(1)内部另一端开口处包接有烟支(3),所述PVC过滤管(4)与烟支(3)之间设有滤嘴(2),且滤嘴(2)与PVC过滤管(4)和烟支(3)之间分别设有间隙;
所述接装纸主体(1)由彩墨印刷纸层(101)、吸湿层(102)、抗菌层(103)、接装纸原纸层(104)、涂胶层(105)、吸附焦油纸层(106)和阻燃层(107)组成,且所述接装纸原纸层(104)远离滤嘴(2)的一侧设有抗菌层(103),所述抗菌层(103)远离接装纸原纸层(104)的一侧设有吸湿层(102),所述吸湿层(102)远离抗菌层(103)的一侧设有彩墨印刷纸层(101),所述接装纸原纸层(104)远离抗菌层(103)的一侧设有涂胶层(105),所述涂胶层(105)远离接装纸原纸层(104)的一侧且靠近滤嘴(2)的一端粘接有吸附焦油纸层(106),所述涂胶层(105)远离接装纸原纸层(104)的一侧且靠近烟支(3)的一端粘接有阻燃层(107)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述滤嘴(2)和烟支(3)之间的间隙宽度为0.05-0.08mm,所述滤嘴(2)与PVC过滤管(4)之间的间隙宽度为0.05-0.08mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,其特征在于:7根所述硬纸管(5)由内部的1根硬纸管(5)以及包在该硬纸管(5)外的6根硬纸管(5)平行叠放而成,外部的6根硬纸管(5)外壁与PVC过滤管(4)内壁紧密贴合,相邻硬纸管(5)之间也紧密贴合,形成一定挤压力,使硬纸管(5)挤涨且紧套在PVC过滤管(4)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述彩墨印刷纸层(101)上均匀设有多组激光通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述吸湿层(102)采用可降解高分子海绵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(103)采用银离子抗菌剂涂覆制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述涂胶层(105)采用醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(107)采用铝箔,所述阻燃层(107)远离涂胶层(105)一侧的外表面设有纳米级氢氧化镁粉末涂层,且所述阻燃层(107)的三分之二宽度连接在烟支(3)的外表面上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、硬纸管(5)采用单层瓦楞原纸卷曲并粘接而成,将该硬纸管(5)外壁涂抹糊状淀粉,并在150℃下烘干形成正圆形管状,裁剪并打磨,至两端口处为光滑,可进行圆角处理;
S2、将硬纸管(5)全部置于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶预交联溶液中,反应3h左右,至硬纸管(5)内部被凝胶填满,120℃下烘干2h,砂子打磨去除硬纸管(5)外的干凝胶;采用钻头在硬纸管(5)圆心处钻取一贯通两端面的圆柱形通孔,150℃下继续烘干30min,即得带有吸水膨胀凝胶层(6)的成型硬纸管(5),控制吸水膨胀凝胶层(6)含水率小于3%;
S3、接装纸主体(1)按照前述结构制备并裁切备用,将7根硬纸管(5)平行叠放并紧套在PVC过滤管(4)内,将接装纸主体(1)平铺,再将PVC过滤管(4)、滤嘴(2)及烟支(3)依次放置在接装纸主体(1)上,使接装纸主体(1)紧包PVC过滤管(4)、滤嘴(2)及烟支(3),卷曲接装纸主体(1)并在一边喷施中线胶,粘接后70℃下干燥最终得到成品的过滤嘴。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种带有微调孔径的过滤嘴的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酰胺凝胶预交联溶液包括以下重量份成分:丙烯酰胺单体100份、次甲基双丙烯酰胺5份、四甲基乙二胺4份,过硫酸铵4份,其余为水。
