本发明涉及药肥生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥制备方法及其应用。采用载体粉2,即玉白炭黑作为载体起到稳定农药2的作用,同时为农药提供缓释的作用;采用硬脂酸钙及载体粉1作为保护剂及载体起到稳定农药1的作用,在温度较高的时候也能够保证药物的活性;肥料破碎分段熔融,保证农药1和农药2的活性。采用本发明制备的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥颗粒剂,可以很好地防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫,且由于硬脂酸钙、聚丙烯酸与载体粉对化肥的作用,提高了化肥的利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及药肥生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
刺吸式害虫是园林植物害虫中较大的一个类群。它们个体小,发生初期往往受害状不明显,易被人们忽视,但数量极多,常群居于嫩枝、叶、芽、花蕾、果上,汲取植物汁液,掠夺其营养,造成枝叶及花卷曲,甚至整株枯萎或死亡。同时诱发煤污病,有时害虫本身是病毒病的传播媒介。
地下害虫,指的是一生或一生中某个阶段生活在土壤中危害植物地下部分、种子、幼苗或近土表主茎的杂食性昆虫。种类很多,主要有蝼蛄、蛴螬、金针虫、地老虎、根蛆、根蝽、根蚜、拟地甲、蟋蟀、根蚧、根叶甲、根天牛、根象甲和白蚁等10多类,共约200余种,分属8目36科。在中国各地均有分布。地老虎取食危害接近地面的幼茎基部,咬断或咬伤幼苗。蛴螬能直接咬断幼苗的根、茎,造成幼苗枯死。危害苗木后,被害苗木周围土壤疏松但不隆起,幼苗根被咬断或根皮被咬破,造成苗木枯萎死亡,但很少倒伏。蝼蛄在土中咬食刚播下的种子,特别是刚发芽的种子。蝼蛄危害苗木后,在根部附近,土壤常有隆起,苗木枯萎、倒伏。挖出被害苗木,可看出幼苗根或茎基部被咬断,且伤口整齐。金针虫危害苗木后,在幼苗主根或幼茎基部钻有虫洞,苗木逐渐凋萎或长势不良。
肥料则是为作物生长提供必要的营养需求,因此,农药及肥料在农作物生长过程中必不可少;提高农作物产量、改善土壤、提高存活率等等。将农药与肥料科学结合开发出药肥,具有一次施用可同时达到施肥与杀虫的双重作用,有助于减轻劳动强度,提高生产效率。
现今高塔法制备肥料的工艺日渐成熟,但是采用高塔工艺制备药肥还没有成熟的技术,高塔法中熔融肥料阶段的高温会导致农药活性失活,且农药部分成份与化肥的发生反应,影响整体肥效。
发明内容
针对现阶段高塔法生产药肥上存在的问题,本申请提供一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥,通过将农药1包覆耐热活性剂制得农药粉,与熔融后的含尿素的肥料结合,然后外层包裹一层农药2得到一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥,另外本申请还提供该防治刺吸式害虫的高塔药肥颗粒剂的制备方法。
一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥,包括以下原料:农药粉1、肥料、农药粉2、辅料;
所述的肥料为尿素;
所述的农药粉1为农药1溶于溶剂、硬脂酸钙喷入载体粉1混合,干燥得到;
所述的农药粉2为农药2溶于溶剂喷入载体粉2混合,干燥得到的;
所述的载体粉1为浮石或高岭土;所述的载体粉2为白炭黑。
优选地,所述肥料还包括K肥、磷肥中的一种或两种。
更优选地,所述的农药1为呋虫胺;所述的农药2为氯虫苯甲酰胺;所述的溶剂为聚丙烯酸溶液。
更优选地,所述的载体粉1粒径在1-80μm;所述的载体粉2粒径在1-50μm。
上述防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)尿素加入到熔融槽中,熔融槽温度控制在120-125℃,熔融后的尿素溶液溢流到一级槽;
(2)将钾肥、辅料加入到一级槽中,与尿素溶液均匀混合,一级槽温度控制在110 -115℃,混合后的熔融物料溢流到二级槽;
(3)向二级槽中加入磷肥,与熔融物料混合时间小于4min,得到混合熔融料浆,二级槽温度控制在100 -105℃;
(4)向混合熔融料中加入农药粉1,乳化,制粒筛选后,合格品冷却至40-50℃;
(5)冷却后的合格品进入包裹机,喷洒防结油,然后喷洒农药粉2和防结粉,最后包装。
上述制备方法制备的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥在农作物中防治蚜虫、粉虱、蓟马、蛴螬、蝼蛄、金针虫、根蛆、地老虎的应用。
本发明采用载体粉2,即玉白炭黑作为载体起到稳定农药2的作用,同时为农药提供缓释的作用;采用硬脂酸钙及载体粉1作为保护剂及载体起到稳定农药1的作用,在温度较高的时候也能够保证药物的活性;肥料破碎分段熔融;分段熔融的目的就是保证后期农药1加入的时候温度是熔融段最低的;保证农药1和农药2的活性。硬脂酸钙、溶剂聚丙烯酸溶液保证农药和载体粉的分散性。
本发明的有益效果
1、适合高塔工业化生产
高塔法制备的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥的过程是采用加热或者熔融,需要高温的条件,而农药在高温下会存在部分活性失活或与肥料中的物质发生化学反应,改变药效;因此本申请采用硬脂酸钙及载体粉作为保护剂及载体起到稳定农药的作用;同时采用分段熔融的方式。
2、肥效好,防治效果突出
采用本发明制备的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥颗粒剂,可以很好地防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫,且由于硬脂酸钙与载体粉对化肥的作用,提高了化肥的利用率。硬脂酸钙、溶剂聚丙烯酸溶液保证农药和载体粉的分散性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
所述的农药粉1为呋虫胺0.45kg溶于聚丙烯酸20g-50g硬脂酸钙-0.5kg水,搅拌均匀,喷洒到1kg浮石(1-80μm)上,干燥得到1.46kg农药粉1;
所述的农药粉2为氯虫苯甲酰胺0.45kg溶于聚丙烯酸20g-0.5kg水,搅拌均匀,喷洒到1kg白炭黑(1-50μm)上,干燥得到1.46kg农药粉2;
一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)450kg尿素加入到熔融槽中,熔融槽温度控制在120-125℃,熔融后的尿素溶液溢流到一级槽;
(2)将辅料250kg加入到一级槽中,与尿素溶液均匀混合,一级槽温度控制在110 -115℃,混合后的熔融物料溢流到二级槽;
(3)二级槽温度控制在100 -105℃;
(4)向混合熔融料中加入农药粉1,乳化,制粒筛选后,合格品冷却至40-50℃;
(5)冷却后的合格品进入包裹机,喷洒防结油,然后喷洒农药粉2和防结粉,最后包装。
实施例2
所述的农药粉1为呋虫胺0.42kg溶于聚丙烯酸30g-60g硬脂酸钙-0.5kg水,搅拌均匀,喷洒到1kg高岭土(1-80μm)上,干燥得到1.44kg农药粉1;
所述的农药粉2为氯虫苯甲酰胺0.42kg溶于聚丙烯酸30g-0.5kg水,搅拌均匀,喷洒到1kg白炭黑(1-50μm)上,干燥得到1.43kg农药粉2;
一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)250kg尿素加入到熔融槽中,熔融槽温度控制在120-125℃,熔融后的尿素溶液溢流到一级槽;
(2)将100kg钾肥、辅料200kg加入到一级槽中,与尿素溶液均匀混合,一级槽温度控制在110 -115℃,混合后的熔融物料溢流到二级槽;
(3)向二级槽中加入100kg磷肥,与熔融物料混合时间小于4min,得到混合熔融料浆,二级槽温度控制在100 -105℃;
(4)向混合熔融料中加入农药粉1,乳化,制粒筛选后,合格品冷却至40-50℃;
(5)冷却后的合格品进入包裹机,喷洒防结油,然后喷洒农药粉2和防结粉,最后包装。
实施例3
所述的农药粉1为呋虫胺1.0kg溶于聚丙烯酸60g-80g硬脂酸钙-0.5kg水搅拌均匀,喷洒到2.5kg高岭土(1-80μm)上,干燥得到3.52kg农药粉1;
所述的农药粉2为氯虫苯甲酰胺1.0kg溶于聚丙烯酸60g-0.5kg水与2.5kg白炭黑(1-50μm)混合,干燥得到的3.51kg农药粉2;
一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)200kg尿素加入到熔融槽中,熔融槽温度控制在120-125℃,熔融后的尿素溶液溢流到一级槽;
(2)将150kg钾肥、100kg辅料加入到一级槽中,与尿素溶液均匀混合,一级槽温度控制在110 -115℃,混合后的熔融物料溢流到二级槽;
(3)向二级槽中加入100kg磷肥,与熔融物料混合时间小于4min,得到混合熔融料浆,二级槽温度控制在100 -105℃;
(4)向混合熔融料中加入农药粉1,乳化,制粒筛选后,合格品冷却至40-50℃;
(5)冷却后的合格品进入包裹机,喷洒防结油,然后喷洒农药粉2和防结粉,最后包装。
对比例1
所述的农药粉1为呋虫胺1.0kg溶于聚丙烯酸60g-80g硬脂酸钙-0.5kg水搅拌均匀,喷洒到2.5kg高岭土(1-80μm)上,干燥得到3.52kg农药粉1;
所述的农药粉2为氯虫苯甲酰胺1.0kg溶于聚丙烯酸60g-0.5kg水与2.5kg白炭黑(1-50μm)混合,干燥得到的3.51kg农药粉2;
一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)200kg尿素加入到熔融槽中,熔融槽温度控制在120-125℃,熔融后的尿素溶液溢流到一级槽;
(2)将150kg钾肥、100kg辅料加入到一级槽中,与尿素溶液均匀混合,一级槽温度控制在110 -115℃,混合后的熔融物料溢流到二级槽;

(4)乳化,制粒筛选后,合格品冷却至40-50℃;
(5)冷却后的合格品进入包裹机,喷洒防结油,然后喷洒农药粉1及农药粉2和防结粉,最后包装。
实施效果例
一、将普通的呋虫胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺1:1混合物1.0wt%按照5Kg/亩,同时,按照实施例3的肥料的配比施肥;与本发明实施例1-3及对比例1制备得到的药肥按照40Kg/亩以根施的方式对土豆田进行防治。
区域面积3m×4m,各处理区域随机排列,每组设3次重复,分别于施肥3天、10天、20天和40天后测定防治效果并于土豆成熟后测定土豆的产量计算增长率,统计结果见表1。

由表1结果可见,本发明所述药肥中农药成分含量在小于单纯农药用量的前提下,对地下害虫的防效明显高于传统的单纯农药,同时本发明所述药肥能使作物增产10%以上,最多能到21%左右。
二、红薯蚜虫、粉虱、蓟马、蛴螬、蝼蛄、金针虫、根蛆、地老虎的治理
在试验田中,以红薯为例,采用实施例3的药肥,按照40kg/亩的施用量,在红薯生长期间内,并没有检测出蚜虫、粉虱、蓟马、蛴螬、蝼蛄、金针虫、根蛆、地老虎;且红薯产量均有所提升。
Claims (6)
1.一种防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥,其特征在于,包括以下原料:农药粉1、肥料、农药粉2、辅料;
所述的肥料为尿素;
所述的农药粉1为农药1溶于溶剂、硬脂酸钙喷入载体粉1混合,干燥得到;
所述的农药粉2为农药2溶于溶剂喷入载体粉2混合,干燥得到的;
所述的载体粉1为浮石或高岭土;所述的载体粉2为白炭黑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥,其特征在于,所述肥料还包括K肥、磷肥中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥,其特征在于,所述的农药1为呋虫胺;所述的农药2为氯虫苯甲酰胺;所述的溶剂为聚丙烯酸溶液。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥,其特征在于,所述的载体粉1粒径在1-80μm;所述的载体粉2粒径在1-50μm。
5.权利要求1-4任一所述的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)尿素加入到熔融槽中,熔融槽温度控制在120-125℃,熔融后的尿素溶液溢流到一级槽;
(2)将钾肥、辅料加入到一级槽中,与尿素溶液均匀混合,一级槽温度控制在110 -115℃,混合后的熔融物料溢流到二级槽;
(3)向二级槽中加入磷肥,与熔融物料混合时间小于4min,得到混合熔融料浆,二级槽温度控制在100 -105℃;
(4)向混合熔融料中加入农药粉1,乳化,制粒筛选后,合格品冷却至40-50℃;
(5)冷却后的合格品进入包裹机,喷洒防结油,然后喷洒农药粉2和防结粉,最后包装。
6.权利要求5所述的制备方法制备的防治刺吸式害虫和地下害虫的高塔药肥在农作物中防治蚜虫、粉虱、蓟马、蛴螬、蝼蛄、金针虫、根蛆、地老虎的应用。
