And the high-pressure hot water source and the compressed air source outlet pipe sections are respectively provided with a check valve, an electromagnetic valve and a manual valve. And a liquid level meter and a water pump are also arranged in the water collecting tank, and the water pump is connected with the wastewater treatment system and is controlled by the liquid level meter. When the water level in the wastewater collecting tank rises to a high water level, the liquid level meter controls the water pump to pump wastewater to the wastewater treatment equipment for treatment, and the wastewater reaches the reclaimed water reuse standard for cyclic utilization.
The automatic cleaning device for the inner and outer garbage containers and the waste water diversion and collection system are arranged in the unloading device, so that the unloading and cleaning work of the garbage collection and transportation truck can be carried out in tandem at the same place, the working efficiency is improved, the land is saved, and the problem that materials are spilled on roads during the transfer of the garbage collection and transportation truck is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, the triangular parking wedge 40 is mounted and fixed on the ground in close contact with the lower left corner of the electric sliding door 11, but has a proper gap with the door panel of the sliding door, so as not to hinder the door panel from moving, and the device is used for preventing the vehicle from backing. The front of the discharge opening of the hopper cover 10 is provided with an inclined upward slope 41 with a certain gradient, the inclination angle alpha is less than 10 degrees, the length of the inclined upward slope 41 is slightly longer than the length of the connecting line of the central points of the front wheel and the rear wheel on the same side of the garbage collection and transportation vehicle, and the function of the inclined upward slope is to facilitate the outflow of materials and ensure the thorough discharge. The road surface is provided with a mark line, a plurality of warning posts 42 are arranged on both sides of the road, and the straight line distance between the warning posts on both sides of the road is slightly wider than the width of the garbage collection and transportation vehicle for guiding and restraining the vehicle to back. When the garbage collection and transportation truck is parked at the position shown in figure 1 (namely, the rear wheels are tightly attached to the triangular parking wedges), a first warning post is arranged at the position 1.5m away from the truck head. The first warning post is provided with a sensor 14 (i.e. the first sensor) for sensing the position of the vehicle, and is connected with the controller. The garbage collecting and transporting truck is provided with a reversing auxiliary system, and a driver can ensure that the garbage collecting and transporting truck can be stopped at a specified position each time of reversing under the guiding and restraining of the reversing auxiliary system, the road sign line, the warning post and the triangular parking wedge.
A touch screen 43 is arranged on a road close to one side of a driving position of the collecting and transporting vehicle, the touch screen 43 is connected with the camera device 44 and the controller, real-time pictures transmitted by the camera device 44 can be displayed on the touch screen 43, function buttons are set on the screen, and a driver can control relevant equipment to realize corresponding functions by clicking the function buttons. So, just solved the problem that the in-process of unloading needs many people to cooperate just can unload smoothly, improved equipment mechanization and degree of automation, reduced the degree of dependence to personnel and staff's intensity of labour. Under normal conditions, only need driver alone can accomplish the operation of unloading and railway carriage washing under the condition of not leaving the vehicle driver's cabin, need not extra staff supplementary and long-time on duty.
The working principle of the discharge bin matched with the kitchen waste collecting and transporting vehicle is described as follows by taking the discharge process of the kitchen waste collecting and transporting vehicle as an example:
(1) the garbage collecting truck slowly backs to the discharge opening under the guidance and restriction of the reversing auxiliary system, the central line of the road and the warning post, when the tail of the truck passes through the first inductor 14, the first inductor 14 transmits a signal to the controller, the controller controls the electric air valve 16 to increase the opening degree, the air suction quantity is increased, and simultaneously the electric translation door 11 and the electric rolling door 12 are controlled to be opened;
(2) when the rear wheel of the garbage collection and transportation vehicle leans against the triangular parking wedge 40, the movement is stopped. The second sensor 13 detects that the vehicle does not move, the electric translation door 11 is controlled to be closed, the tail part of the carriage is clamped in the middle of the hole of the translation door, and the electric rolling door 12 is still kept in an open state;
(3) after the electric translation door 11 is completely closed, a signal is fed back to the controller to control the drainage plate 20 to rotate 180 degrees under the action of the motor, and the baffle notch is clamped at the tail part of the carriage. After completing the action, the driver is prompted on the touch screen 43 to unload. The driver gradually opens the back door cover plate, and the materials smoothly flow into the bottom of the hopper 30 through the drainage plate 20. The camera 44 transmits the unloading picture to the touch screen 43 in real time, so that a driver can know the unloading situation in real time, and the materials in the hopper are conveyed to the rear-end processing system by the material conveying device for processing;
(4) after the driver observes that the unloading is finished through the touch screen 43, the driver clicks a button for cleaning the inner compartment on the screen, the baffle plate 23 is opened under the action of the motor, then the automatic cleaning device 21 for the inner compartment washes the inside of the compartment comprehensively from top to bottom and from outside to inside by using high-pressure hot water according to a specified path, and the washing wastewater flows into the wastewater collecting tank through a lower pipeline under the blockage of the baffle plate 23. After the cleaning operation is finished, the automatic inner box cleaning device 21 returns to the initial state and position, then sends a signal to the controller, controls the drainage plate 20 to rotate 180 degrees to be away from the box, and simultaneously prompts a driver to 'clean the inner box and please close the rear door cover' on the touch screen 43.
(5) After the driver presses the button of 'cleaning the outer carriage' on the screen after closing the back door cover plate according to the instruction, the automatic cleaning device 22 of the outer carriage washes the tail part of the outer carriage comprehensively by high-pressure hot water according to the program, the washing water flows into a waste water collecting tank, and the water level in the tank rises to the high water level and then is pumped to a sewage treatment device for treatment and standard-reaching recycling. After the washing of the outer tank is finished, the washing device 22 is switched to a high-pressure air injection mode, and accumulated water on the outer tank is blown off according to a program.
(6) After the outer compartment is cleaned, the outer compartment automatic cleaning device 22 and the baffle plate 23 return to a closed state, and return signals to the controller to control the electric translation door 11 to be opened, and simultaneously prompt a driver to finish cleaning and drive away through the touch screen 43;
(7) the driver receives the signal to start the collecting and transporting vehicle to drive away. When the locomotive passes through the first sensor 14, the sensor 14 sends a signal to the controller, controls the electric air valve 16 to reduce the opening degree, reduces the air pumping quantity, enables the interior of the equipment to keep a micro negative pressure state, and controls the electric translation door 11 and the electric rolling door 12 to be closed.
At this point, one unloading and cleaning work period is finished, all the devices return to the initial state, and the next unloading work is met.
