Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车发光警示提醒A柱，包括A柱本体，在所述A柱本体内侧设置有与汽车中控系统连接的PCB总成，所述A柱本体上设置有显示区域，所述显示区域上设置有与所述PCB总成连接的显示装置，所述A柱本体外侧设置有透光布料。本发明的有益效果在于：在汽车A柱内设计警示灯装置，能对驾乘人员进行车辆问题警示，如车门未关闭、车道偏离、胎压非正常状态等；通过设置在A柱上的警示灯闪烁告知驾乘人员；由于A柱位置在车辆两侧，在驾乘人员视线范围内，同时也不增加新的影响驾乘人员视线阻挡，所以能起到很好的提示作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域，具体涉及一种汽车发光警示提醒A柱。
背景技术
车用警示提醒装置目前设置在仪表盘或中控位置，驾驶员及前排乘坐人员在车辆行驶过程中不宜观看，对车辆问题不宜及时发现；同时在观察时需要低头观看，容易出现行车事故。而现有的汽车A柱不具备警示提醒作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足和缺陷，提供一种汽车发光警示提醒A柱，以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现：
汽车发光警示提醒A柱，包括A柱本体，在所述A柱本体内侧设置有与汽车中控系统连接的PCB总成，所述A柱本体上设置有显示区域，所述显示区域上设置有与所述PCB总成连接的显示装置，所述A柱本体外侧设置有透光布料。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中，所述显示装置包括设置在所述显示区域上的图示显示件以及与所述PCB总成连接的发光件。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中，所述图示显示件采用PMMA材料制成。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中，所述发光件为LED发光装置。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中，所述发光件与所述图示显示件之间通过灯光架依次设置有匀光片、导光板、反光片。
由于采用了如上的技术方案，本发明的有益效果在于：在汽车A柱内设计警示灯装置，能对驾乘人员进行车辆问题警示，如车门未关闭、车道偏离、胎压非正常状态等；通过设置在A柱上的警示灯闪烁告知驾乘人员；由于A柱位置在车辆两侧，在驾乘人员视线范围内，同时也不增加新的影响驾乘人员视线阻挡，所以能起到很好的提示作用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1至图3所示的一种汽车发光警示提醒A柱，包括A柱本体100，在A柱本体100内侧设置有与汽车中控系统连接的PCB总成200，A柱本体100上设置有显示区域110，显示区域110上设置有与PCB总成200连接的显示装置300，A柱本体100外侧设置有透光布料400，采用透光布料400进行包覆，减少光在穿透过程的损耗，使用最少的能耗达到显示效果。
本实施例中的显示装置300包括设置在显示区域110上的图示显示件310以及与PCB总成200连接的发光件320。图示显示件310采用高透光材料PMMA制成，表面进行抛光、喷漆、激光雕刻处理，采用此种工艺图案切换容易、透光效果好、图案清晰。PCB总成200上的发光件320采用高亮LED发光装置实现，这样能耗小、使用寿命长、基本不发热，LED用的是RGB形式，这样调整LED颜色可调整图案颜色。而且发光件320与图示显示件310之间通过灯光架330依次设置有匀光片340、导光板350、反光片360，灯光架330通过支架盖板370和螺钉380固定在A柱本体100内侧。PCB总成200上的接插头210与汽车中控系统。
当汽车中空系统检测到汽车存在问题，例如车门未关闭、车道偏离、胎压非正常状态等，可以通过PCB总成200使得发光件320发出对应的灯光；而且通过设置在A柱上的警示灯闪烁告知驾乘人员，由于A柱位置在车辆两侧，在驾乘人员视线范围内，同时也不增加新的影响驾乘人员视线阻挡，所以能起到很好的提示作用。

1.汽车发光警示提醒A柱，包括A柱本体，其特征在于，在所述A柱本体内侧设置有与汽车中控系统连接的PCB总成，所述A柱本体上设置有显示区域，所述显示区域上设置有与所述PCB总成连接的显示装置，所述A柱本体外侧设置有透光布料。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车发光警示提醒A柱，其特征在于，所述显示装置包括设置在所述显示区域上的图示显示件以及与所述PCB总成连接的发光件。
3.如权利要求2所述的汽车发光警示提醒A柱，其特征在于，所述图示显示件采用PMMA材料制成。
4.如权利要求2所述的汽车发光警示提醒A柱，其特征在于，所述发光件为LED发光装置。
5.如权利要求2所述的汽车发光警示提醒A柱，其特征在于，所述发光件与所述图示显示件之间通过灯光架依次设置有匀光片、导光板、反光片。
