and step 3: then, a push rod motor c (17) is started to push a humidity sensor (31) to detect the humidity of secretion at the eyelashes, a proper amount of cleaning liquid is pumped through a water pump (4) according to the dryness of the secretion of the eyelashes to soak the bristles (23), and then the push rod motor c (17) retracts the motor shaft.
