Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 16, an automatic dirt removing device for a steam box according to the present invention includes a water tank 2 and a steam generator 3, wherein the water tank 2 is used for storing water, the water tank 2 supplies water to the steam generator 3 through a control device 6, and the steam generator 3 heats liquid water into steam. The bottom of the steam generator 3 is provided with a heating pipe 9, and the steam generator 3 heats the liquid water into steam by heating the heating pipe 9, and the steam is introduced into the steam box 1.
Steam generator 3's bottom is equipped with drain 4, drain 4 and steam generator 3's inner chamber intercommunication, drain 4 is equipped with first solenoid valve 5, when the steam ager during operation, first solenoid valve 5 closes, after the steam ager work is accomplished, first solenoid valve 5 opens, discharge the incrustation scale of remaining in the 3 inner chambers of steam generator, thereby reach the problem that prevents steam generator knot incrustation scale, it is clean to keep the steam generator inner chamber, prevent that quality of water is rotten, bacterial growing and influence eat the material, also be favorable to thermal transfer, reach energy-conserving purpose.
The control device 6 is a second solenoid valve which controls the water tank 2 to deliver water to the steam generator 3. When the second solenoid valve is opened, the water in the water tank 2 is delivered to the steam generator 3 by gravity.
The control device 6 is a water pump which supplies power for the water tank 2 to convey water to the steam generator 3, and the water in the water tank 2 is conveyed to the steam generator 3 under the suction effect of the water pump.
Be equipped with water level detection device 7 among the steam generator 3, water level detection device 7 adopts level sensor, and level sensor detects through the water level to steam generator 3, and control water tank 2 carries water to steam generator 3. Be equipped with temperature-detecting device 8 among the steam generator 3, temperature-detecting device 8 adopts temperature sensor, and temperature sensor detects through the temperature to steam generator 3, controls steam generator 3's heating temperature.
The invention mainly solves the problem that residual scale in the inner cavity of the steam generator 3 is discharged through the sewage discharge port 4, the prior art generally adopts a right-angled pipeline to communicate the sewage discharge port 4 with the first electromagnetic valve 5, then more scales are easily deposited at the inflection point of the pipeline, and the sewage is not smoothly discharged when the discharge is finished, and the scale flows back into the inner cavity of the steam generator 3 under the more serious condition, so that the pollution of the steam generator 3 is caused. Aiming at the technical problem, the invention designs the pipeline by a plurality of sections of pipelines: the top of first solenoid valve 5 is equipped with the first pipeline 21 of vertical setting, and first pipeline 21 and first solenoid valve 5 intercommunication will remain the incrustation scale through first pipeline 21 and discharge from first solenoid valve 5, because first solenoid valve 5 directly discharges, consequently the vertical setting of first pipeline 21. The inclined second pipeline 20 is welded on the first pipeline 21, the third pipeline 22 which is horizontally arranged is welded on the second pipeline 20, so that the angle between the second pipeline 20 and the third pipeline 22 is enlarged, the second pipeline 20 plays a role in guiding dirt, the first hose 41 (refer to fig. 12 specifically) is arranged between the third pipeline 22 and the sewage draining outlet 4, when the sewage draining outlet 4 discharges residual scale, the residual scale is discharged through the third pipeline 22, the dirt is guided to slide down on the second pipeline 20 and then is discharged through the first pipeline 21 and the first electromagnetic valve 5, and in order to avoid the dirt from being deposited on the second pipeline 20, the length of the third pipeline 22 is shortened, and the length of the second pipeline 20 is properly lengthened. However, during installation, there is a distance between the third pipe 22 and the waste outlet 4, and in order to offset the distance between the third pipe 22 and the waste outlet 4, the present invention employs the first hose 41 connected between the third pipe 22 and the waste outlet 4. Considering that the first hose 41 is easily damaged, the present invention protects the first hose 41, and fixedly connects the hoop device 24 to the outside of the steam generator 3 (refer to fig. 14 in particular), the hoop device 24 includes a first hoop plate 42 and a second hoop plate 44, the first hoop plate 42 and the second hoop plate 44 are wrapped on the outside of the first hose 41 by screws, the first hoop plate 42 is provided with a first fixing plate 43, and the first fixing plate 43 is fixed on the outside of the steam generator 3 by screws.
The first pipe 21, the second pipe 20 and the third pipe 22 are respectively welded and connected, and the second pipe 20 plays a role of jointing, in order to ensure the sealing performance among the first pipe 21, the second pipe 20 and the third pipe 22. The outer side of the first pipeline 21 of the invention is provided with a second fixing plate 15 (refer to fig. 10 in particular), the second fixing plate 15 is fixed on the steam box panel 10 through screws, the second fixing plate 15 is provided with a supporting plate 16, the supporting plate 16 is supported below the second pipeline 20, so that the acting force applied to the second pipeline 20 can be transmitted to the steam box panel 10 through the supporting plate 16 and the second fixing plate 15, and the sealing performance between the first pipeline 21 and the second pipeline 20 and the sealing performance between the second pipeline 20 and the third pipeline 22 are ensured.
An installation method of an automatic dirt removing device of a steam box comprises the following steps:
a. the steam generator 3 is fixed on the steam box inner container 11, the water tank 2 is arranged on the mounting bracket 23 of the steam box panel 10, the control device 6 is fixed on the steam box inner container 11, the second hose 12 is connected between the water tank 2 and the control device 6, the third hose 13 is connected between the control device 6 and the steam generator 3, and the fourth hose 14 is connected between the steam generator 3 and the steam box inner container 11. In the installation process of the invention, hoses are required to be arranged among the water tank 2, the steam generator 3 and the control device 6, so that the installation is carried out in advance, enough operation space is provided, and the installation of the second hose 12, the third hose 13 and the fourth hose 14 is convenient.
b. In the process of later stage installation of the first electromagnetic valve 5, the first pipeline 21, the second pipeline 20 and the third pipeline 22, screws need to be screwed, the whole steam box liner 11 and the steam box panel 10 can move, and installation operation is influenced, so that the whole steam box liner 11 and the whole steam box panel 10 need to be limited, and the steam box liner 11 is pressed by an assembly table: the assembly table 25 is provided with a rod 28 and a placing table 26, the rod 28 is vertically arranged, the steam box liner 11 is placed on the placing table 26 of the assembly table 25, the steam box panel 10 is arranged in a through hole 27 of the assembly table 25 at the moment, a pressing plate 34 is arranged on the rod 28 and is pressed on the outer side of the steam box liner 11, then a nut 35 is screwed on a threaded section 29 of the rod 28, so that the steam box liner 11 and the steam box panel 10 are integrally limited on the placing table 26 of the assembly table 25, and the steam box panel 10 is arranged in the through hole 27 of the assembly table 25, so that the steam box panel 10 is prevented from being worn.
c. According to the design drawing, the second pipeline 20 is welded between the first pipeline 21 and the third pipeline 22, and then the first flange 18 on the first pipeline 21 and the second flange 19 on the first electromagnetic valve 5 are hermetically connected through bolts to form a sewage discharge structure (refer to fig. 8 specifically).
If the blowdown structure is directly arranged on the steam box panel 10, the blowdown structure is easy to touch the steam generator 3, so that the steam generator 3 and the blowdown structure are damaged, and when an operator places the blowdown structure on the steam box panel 10, the blowdown structure is easy to fall off, so that the steam box panel 10 is scratched or sunken, and the steam box panel 10 is damaged. Therefore, the present invention rotates the assembled drainage structure to the installation position of the steam box panel 10. The specific operation is as in steps d to j.
d. The sewage draining structure is loaded by an assembly bench 25: the top of the assembly table 25 is provided with a rotating shell 31, the bottom of the assembly table 25 is provided with a motor 30, the motor 30 controls the rotating shell 31 to rotate, a connecting rod 32 is arranged in the rotating shell 31, a spring 47 is arranged between the connecting rod 32 and the rotating shell 31, the connecting rod 32 moves up and down in the rotating shell 31, and the spring 47 enables the connecting rod 32 to return to the initial position. The loading rod 33 is fixedly connected to the outer end of the connecting rod 32 by screws, and the loading rod 33 is located outside the mounting table 25. And then the third fixing plate 17 on the first electromagnetic valve 5 of the pollution discharge structure slides into the loading rod 33, when the third fixing plate 17 slides to the designed position, the limiting blocks 36 are embedded in the two limiting holes 46 of the loading rod 33, the third fixing plate 17 is limited between the two limiting blocks 36, and the limiting blocks 36 limit the third fixing plate 17, so that the whole pollution discharge structure is prevented from sliding off the loading rod 33, and the stability of the pollution discharge structure on the loading rod 33 is improved. Then, the second fixing plate 15 is installed outside the first pipe 21, the support plate 16 of the second fixing plate 15 is supported on the second pipe 20, and the support plate 16 and the first flange 18 are fixed by welding. The loading operation of the soil exhaust structure is performed outside the mounting table 25, and has a sufficient operating space to control the loading quality.
e. g. The cylinder 37 is arranged above the connecting rod 32, the cylinder 37 is controlled to descend, the connecting rod 32 moves downwards in the rotating shell 31 under the pushing of the cylinder 37, the spring 47 is compressed, the second fixing plate 15 is attached to the steam box panel 10, the third fixing plate 17 is attached to the steam box panel 10, the base plate 40 of the first electromagnetic valve 5 is embedded into the limiting groove 39, the screw is screwed between the second fixing plate 15 and the steam box panel 10, and then the first hose 41 is connected between the third pipeline 22 and the sewage discharge port 4. Because a certain distance exists between the blowdown structure and the steam box panel 10, the connecting rod 32 moves downwards in the rotating shell 31 under the driving action of the air cylinder 37, the second fixing plate 15 is tightly attached to the steam box panel 10, the third fixing plate 17 is tightly attached to the steam box panel 10, the chassis 40 of the first electromagnetic valve 5 is embedded into the limiting groove 39, and the blowdown structure is stably placed on the steam box panel 10, so that the installation of the first hose 41 in the later period is facilitated. The screws are screwed between the second fixing plate 15 and the steam box panel 10, so that the whole sewage draining structure can be initially fixed on the steam box panel 10.
h. Because the whole pollution discharge structure is preliminarily fixed on the steam box panel 10, the cylinder 37 is controlled to return to the initial position without the pushing action of the cylinder 37, and the chassis 40 of the first electromagnetic valve 5 is embedded into the limiting groove 39, so that the stability of the whole pollution discharge structure on the steam box panel 10 is improved. The first fixing plate 43 of the first hoop plate 42 is fixed on the outer side of the steam generator 3 by screws, and then the screws are screwed into the first hoop plate 42 and the second hoop plate 44, so that the first hose 41 is wrapped around the first hoop plate 42 and the second hoop plate 44.
i. The limiting block 36 is taken out, the screw between the connecting rod 32 and the loading rod 33 is simultaneously screwed out, the loading rod 33 moves on the third fixing plate 17 on the first electromagnetic valve 5, at the moment, under the restoring action of the spring 47, the connecting rod 32 is separated from the loading rod 33, then the motor 30 at the bottom of the assembly table 25 is controlled to rotate clockwise by 180 degrees, so that the connecting rod 32 returns to the initial position, and the automatic steam box scale cleaning device is conveniently and repeatedly installed.
j. The loading rod 33 is removed from the third fixing plate 17 of the first solenoid valve 5, and then the screw between the limiting plate 38 and the steamer panel 10 is unscrewed, and then the limiting plate 38 is horizontally removed.
k. Screws are screwed between the third fixing plate 17 of the first solenoid valve 5 and the steam box panel 10 so that the entire drain structure is firmly fixed to the steam box panel 10, and since the loading rod 33 is removed and the connecting rod 32 is returned to the initial position, there is enough space for operation between the third fixing plate 17 of the first solenoid valve 5 and the steam box panel 10. And then fix the curb plate 45 on the steam ager panel 10 through the screw, the curb plate 45 plays the effect of protection blowdown structure, obtains the automatic dirt removing device of steam ager.
And (l) screwing out the nut 35 on the threaded section 29 of the rod member 28, removing the pressing plate 34 from the rod member 28, and taking out the whole automatic trash cleaning device of the steam box from the assembly table 25.

Claims (1)

1. An installation method of an automatic dirt removing device of a steam box comprises the steps that the water tank is used for storing water, the water tank conveys the water into the steam generator through a control device, the steam generator heats the liquid water into steam, a drain outlet is formed in the bottom of the steam generator and is communicated with an inner cavity of the steam generator, a first electromagnetic valve is arranged on the drain outlet, when the steam box works, the first electromagnetic valve is closed, after the steam box works, the first electromagnetic valve is opened to discharge residual scale in the inner cavity of the steam generator, a first pipeline which is vertically arranged is arranged on the top of the first electromagnetic valve, the first pipeline is connected with an inclined second pipeline, the second pipeline is connected with a third pipeline which is horizontally arranged, and a first hose is arranged between the third pipeline and the drain outlet, the outer side of the steam generator is fixedly connected with a hoop device, the hoop device comprises a first hoop plate and a second hoop plate, the first hoop plate and the second hoop plate are wrapped outside the first hose through screws, the first hoop plate is provided with a first fixing plate, the first fixing plate is fixed on the outer side of the steam generator through screws, the outer side of the first pipeline is provided with a second fixing plate, the second fixing plate is fixed on a steam box panel through screws, the second fixing plate is provided with a supporting plate, and the supporting plate is supported below the second pipeline;
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. fixing a steam generator on a steam box inner container, then installing a water tank on an installation support of a steam box panel, then fixing a control device on the steam box inner container, then connecting a second hose between the water tank and the control device, connecting a third hose between the control device and the steam generator, and simultaneously connecting a fourth hose between the steam generator and the steam box inner container;
b. the assembly table is adopted to compress the inner container of the steam box: the assembling table is provided with a rod piece and a placing table, the rod piece is vertically arranged, the steam box liner is placed on the placing table of the assembling table, the steam box panel is arranged in a through hole of the assembling table, a pressing plate is arranged on the rod piece and pressed on the outer side of the steam box liner, and then a nut is screwed on the threaded section of the rod piece;
c. welding a second pipeline between the first pipeline and a third pipeline according to a design drawing, and then connecting a first flange on the first pipeline and a second flange on the first electromagnetic valve in a sealing manner through bolts to form a sewage discharge structure;
d. the assembly table is adopted to load the pollution discharge structure: the top of the assembly table is provided with a rotating shell, the bottom of the assembly table is provided with a motor, the motor controls the rotating shell to rotate, a connecting rod is arranged in the rotating shell, a spring is arranged between the connecting rod and the rotating shell, the connecting rod moves up and down in the rotating shell, the outer end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a loading rod through a screw, the loading rod is positioned on the outer side of the assembly table at the moment, a third fixing plate on a first electromagnetic valve of the pollution discharge structure is slid onto the loading rod, when the third fixing plate slides to a designed position, limiting blocks are embedded into two limiting holes of the loading rod, the third fixing plate is limited between the two limiting blocks, a second fixing plate is installed on the outer side of the first pipeline, a supporting plate on the second fixing plate is supported on the second pipeline, and the supporting plate and the first flange plate are welded and fixed;
e. a limiting plate is fixed at a set position of the steam box panel through a screw, the limiting plate is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting groove is matched with a chassis of the first electromagnetic valve;
f. a motor at the bottom of the control assembly table rotates clockwise by 180 degrees, at the moment, the sewage discharge structure is turned over to the position above the installation position of the sewage discharge structure of the steam box panel, and meanwhile, a chassis of the first electromagnetic valve is arranged above the limiting groove;
g. the air cylinder is arranged above the connecting rod, the air cylinder is controlled to descend, the connecting rod moves downwards in the rotating shell under the pushing of the air cylinder, the spring is compressed, the second fixing plate is tightly attached to the steam box panel at the moment, the third fixing plate is tightly attached to the steam box panel, the base plate of the first electromagnetic valve is embedded into the limiting groove, the screw is screwed between the second fixing plate and the steam box panel, and then the first hose is connected between the third pipeline and the sewage discharge port;
h. controlling the cylinder to return to the initial position, fixing a first fixing plate of the first hoop plate on the outer side of the steam generator through screws, screwing screws into the first hoop plate and the second hoop plate, and wrapping a first hose outside the first hoop plate and the second hoop plate;

k. screws are screwed between a third fixing plate on the first electromagnetic valve and the steam box panel, and then side plates are fixed on the steam box panel through the screws, so that the automatic steam box dirt cleaning device is obtained;
and l, screwing out a nut on the threaded section of the rod piece, moving the pressing plate out of the rod piece, and taking out the whole automatic trash cleaning device of the steam box from the assembly table.
