Next, a method of moving the weight 14 will be described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a front view of a counterweight to which a counterweight of an elevator in embodiment 1 is applied.
As shown in fig. 2, in each of the pair of weights 14, both end portions of the main body portion 17 are guided by a pair of grooves, not shown, formed in the counterweight frame 13. In this state, a plurality of counter weights 14 are stacked in the vertical direction. In the uppermost counter weight 14, the suppressing portion 18 is fixed to the upper surface of the body portion 17 so as to protrude upward from the upper surface of the body portion 17. At this time, the suppression portion 18 is disposed closer to one end side than the center portion of the main body portion 17.
Then, a gap is formed between the body portion 17 of the uppermost counter weight 14 and the body portion 17 of the counter weight 14 immediately below by a crowbar or the like, not shown. Then, the hoist rope 19 is wound around the body portion 17 of the uppermost counter weight 14. Then, the uppermost counter weight 14 is lifted with the hoist rope 19 in contact with the restraining portion 18 of the uppermost counter weight 14. At this time, the uppermost counter weight 14 is obliquely lifted so that one end portion side is further upward. Then, the uppermost counterweight block 14 is removed from the counterweight frame 13.
These steps are performed sequentially for a plurality of pairs of weights 14. As a result, all the counterweight blocks 14 are removed from the counterweight frame 13.
Next, the suppression portion 18 of the weight 14 will be described with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a plan view of counterweight blocks of the elevator in embodiment 1. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a weight suppressing portion of an elevator according to embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the suppression portion 18 has a base portion 18a and a fixing portion 18 b.
For example, the base 18a is formed by bending a plate-shaped metal. The base 18a has a horizontal plane and a vertical plane. A hole a is formed in a vertical surface of the base 18 a. The hole a is formed to allow the hanging rope 19 to pass therethrough.
The fixing portion 18b is formed of a rivet, for example. As shown in fig. 3, the fixing portion 18b is driven by a riveting machine, thereby fixing the base portion 18a to the upper surface of the main body portion 17.
According to embodiment 1 described above, the lifting rope 19 is prevented from coming off the main body 17 by coming into contact with the suppressing portion 18 when the main body 17 is lifted in a state of being wound around the main body 17 of the counterweight 14. Therefore, the counterweight 14 can be easily moved.
At this time, the hanging rope 19 hangs up the main body 17 in a state of penetrating the hole a of the suppression portion 18. Therefore, detachment from the main body 17 can be more reliably suppressed.
The suppression portion 18 is disposed closer to one end side than the center portion of the main body portion 17. Therefore, the weight 14 is lifted obliquely so that one end portion is positioned above. As a result, the counterweight 14 can be more easily removed from the counterweight frame 13.
Embodiment mode 2
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of counterweight blocks of an elevator in embodiment 2. The same or corresponding portions as those in embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals. The description of this part is omitted.
In the suppression portion 18 for the weight 14 according to embodiment 2, the base portion 18a is provided so as to be hooked by a hanging rope 19 not shown in fig. 5. Specifically, the base 18a has a projection 18 c. For example, the protruding portion 18c is formed by bending the upper end portion of the base portion 18a toward the other side of the main body portion 17.
When the main body 17 is lifted with the lifting rope 19 wound around the main body 17 of the counterweight 14, the vertical surface of the base 18a comes into contact with the lifting rope 19. At this time, the protruding portion 18c is disposed above the hanging rope 19.
According to embodiment 2 described above, when the main body 17 is lifted in a state in which the lifting rope 19 is wound around the main body 17 of the counterweight 14, the lifting rope is hooked on the base portion 18a of the suppressing portion 18, and thereby is suppressed from being detached from the main body 17. Therefore, the counterweight 14 can be easily moved.
At this time, the protruding portion 18c is disposed above the hanging rope 19. Therefore, detachment from the main body 17 can be more reliably suppressed.
Embodiment 3
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of counterweight blocks of an elevator in embodiment 3. The same or corresponding portions as those in embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals. The description of this part is omitted.
The pair of restraining portions 18 of the weight 14 according to embodiment 3 is provided so as to be hooked by a lifting rope 19 not shown in fig. 5. Specifically, the pair of restraining portions 18 are integrally formed on the proximal side surface and the distal side surface of the main body portion 17, respectively.
According to embodiment 3 described above, the pair of restraining portions 18 are integrally formed on the proximal side surface and the distal side surface of the body portion 17, respectively. Therefore, the step of fixing the restraining part 18 can be omitted when the counterweight 14 is removed. As a result, the counterweight 14 can be more easily removed from the counterweight frame 13.
The plurality of counterweight blocks 14 according to embodiment 3 are also lifted up in the same manner when they are stored in the counterweight frame 13 at the time of new installation. Therefore, the counterweight 14 can be easily accommodated in the counterweight frame 13.
In addition, when stacking the plurality of counterweight blocks 14 according to embodiment 3, the pair of restraining parts 18 of the plurality of counterweight blocks 14 may be alternately arranged at a position closer to one side of the counterweight frame 13 and a position closer to the other side of the counterweight frame 13. In this case, the weight deviation in the width direction of the counterweight 12 can be suppressed.
