A small water mist spray gun 18 is hung outside the mounting bracket 1; the small water mist spray gun 18 is used for spraying water mist to the inner surface of the sealing rubber 7 which is not in contact joint with the transparent film, so that the subsequent transparent film and the sealing rubber 7 can be stably jointed by the indirect action of the water mist without partial falling or wrinkling.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, a mounting bracket 1 is hung on the periphery of a gap by utilizing a sucker 11, the sucker 11 is connected with the steel surface on the periphery of the gap at the joint of a steel structure, and the hanging height of the mounting bracket 1 is ensured to be similar to the height of the gap; then preparing an air pump, a grouting machine and an air feeder, manually releasing the interference fit between the first movable shaft 4b in the adjusting bracket 4a and the first fastening bolt 4d to rotate the adjusting bracket 4a so as to adjust the pulling roll 4 to an appropriate position, pulling one end of the transparent film to pass around the pulling roll 4 and be unreeled in a tensioned state, pulling the sealing rubber 7 to make the inner surface of the sealing rubber and the transparent film part of the part which is pulled out previously form a joint, sleeving the jointer on two sides of the transparent film and the sealing rubber 7, respectively contacting one sides of the transparent film and the sealing rubber 7 which are far away from each other by two gluing rolls 1314, manually holding the small water mist spray gun 18 with one hand to spray water mist towards the inner side of the sealing rubber 7, pulling one end of the sealing rubber 7 which is jointed with the transparent film on the other side, the transparent film and the sealing rubber 7 are pressed/bonded together by the pulling force when passing through the bonding device, and the bonding between the transparent film and the sealing rubber 7 is firmer by adopting water mist as an intermediate medium, and the unreeling lengths of the sealing rubber 7 and the transparent film are similar according to the length of the outer contour of the gap, so the circumference of the outer contour of the gap is measured in advance; the obtained numerical value is compared with the scale strips of the sealing rubber 7, and the extracted sealing rubber 7 is manually and visually judged through the scale strips of the sealing rubber 7; after the sealing rubber 7 is extracted, namely the transparent film attached to the sealing rubber 7 is extracted with a corresponding length, the unreeled transparent film is cut and separated from the main body by using a cutting blade 9a, the attached transparent film and the main body are attached to be matched with the outer contour of the gap, meanwhile, the transparent film area corresponding to the medium passing tube 9 is cut by using a rotary cutter so that the transparent film area does not obstruct the circulation of the medium passing tube 9, then the clamping plate of the first clamping device 1a is adjusted to the area corresponding to the unreeling steel cylinder 6 of the gap according to the acting force of the adjusting arm, after the wrapping is finished, the second clamping device 2 is manually used for clamping one end of the sealing rubber 7 far away from the unreeling steel cylinder 6 so that the sealing rubber 7 is in abutting connection with the outer surface of the gap area, then the inflation air tube 8 and the medium passing tube 9 are respectively connected with an air guide steel tube 8b and a Y-shaped tube, and then air is injected into the air guide steel tube 8b by using an, finally, the sealing rubber 7 is expanded to realize the sealing/clinging effect on the outer surface of the peripheral area of the gap; when the sealing rubber 7 expands to the limit, the first manual valve 8c can be manually closed, so that the sealing rubber 7 continuously expands; then the dust and air in the gap wrapped by the sealing rubber 7 are pumped away by the action of one of the branch pipes of the air pump and the Y-shaped pipe, then after the grouting machine injects the filling slurry into the gap by using the other branch pipe of the Y-shaped pipe, in the process, the inner condition of the gap can be visually seen through the transparent material of the sealing rubber 7 by manpower, so that the grouting amount is controlled, after grouting is finished, the slurry is solidified within a certain time to form a solid filler layer, then the sealing rubber 7 is deflated, the sealing rubber 7 is immediately detached, at the moment, the sealing rubber 7 is separated from the transparent film due to the pulling force, the transparent film is bonded with the packing layer at the moment, so that the sealing rubber 7 is not influenced, the sealing rubber can be recycled all the time, the sealing rubber is not damaged by the packing layer in a linked manner in the process of detaching the sealing rubber any more, and the integrity of the outside of the packing layer is ensured.
