Description

适于细分室空间的模块化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及房间或空间分隔装置或隔板的技术领域。更具体地,其是一种用作非结构壁的隔板互连装置,这种非结构壁在房间的地板和天花板之间延伸。
背景技术
建筑物通常具有大型开放区域,这种大型开放区域可以通过已经开发出来的多个空间分隔装置和板系统中任一个而被分成较小的室空间。这些空间分隔装置通常使用直立的空间分隔墙板,所述空间分隔墙板连接在一起,从而将室区域再分成多个具有期望尺寸和构造的较小工作间。这种墙板,尤其对于办公区域的墙板,其高度通常小于地板到天花板的高度。一般情况下,使用多个直立的空间分隔墙板,其将在一起的墙板串连地连接在一起。这些系统使用直式连接器连接,通常,所述直式连接器作为单独的部件以将在一起的串联墙板连接在一起。为了延长面板长度,引入诸如直式连接器等组件,增加了额外的制造成本。
其它用于分隔空间的常规面板是安装实心面板。由于制造实心面板所用的材料增加,这种板系统往往相当昂贵,并且笨重难以安装。在美国专利No.4,344,475中描述了一种分隔系统的例子。
其它现有的面板系统通常包括由框架构件制成的重型刚性框架,将所述框架构件切割成预量长度并永久的相互焊接在一起。另外,面板框架通常包括大量附加部件,用于将面板框架相互连接,也用于将面板附接到室空间的天花板上。目前,大量不同的零件增加了制造和安装现有的从地板到天花板间的板系统的成本和难度。由于现有地板到天花板间的墙板系统的设计的复杂性,墙板的安装和移除通常需要训练有素、有经验的工人,使得无法轻易地对墙板系统的构造进行修改。在美国专利No.5,642,593中描述了一种刚性分隔系统的例子。
长期以来人们一直需要提供一种墙板系统,这种墙板系统包括数量最少的部件来串连连接易于安装到所需的表面的墙板。
在整个说明书中对现有技术的任何讨论决不应被认为是承认这种现有技术是广泛已知的或形成本领域公知常识的一部分。
发明内容
要解决的问题
本发明的目的和目标是提供一种用于划分室空间的改进的模块化装置。
有利地,提供一种具有波状部分的模块化装置,以加强面板的平面的强度。
有利地,提供一种能够与另一相应的模块化装置匹配或串连连接的模块化装置。
有利地,在面板的波状部分和平面之间提供另外的加强材料以增加面板的刚性。
有利地,提供一种低成本的可固化(settable)聚氨酯泡沫,该泡沫在面板的波状部分和平面之间可变得坚固。
有利地,提供用大量回收的或可回收的材料制成面板。
有利地,在面板上提供一个基板,以便将面板固定在地板、平台或平表面上。
有利地,提供角部来改变面板延伸的方向。
有利地,提供互补的阳端帽以使最后的面板成为平滑的矩形件。
有利地,提供互补的阴端帽以使前方面板成为平滑的矩形件。
本发明的目的是克服或改善现有技术的至少一个缺点,或提供有用的替代方案。
解决问题的方法
本发明的第一方面可以涉及一种适于细分室空间的模块化装置,该模块化装置可以包括面板,所述面板包括可位于面板的第一平面和第二平面之间的波状部分。波状部分的波峰可以与第一平面接合,并且波状部分的波谷可以与第二平面接合。第一平面和第二平面可各自具有第一端部和第二端部。第一平面的第一端部和第二端部分别与第二平面的第一端部和第二端部相对。第二平面可以平行于第一平面,并且波状部分可以平行于面板的竖直轴线。凹状阴部可沿着面板的竖直轴线布置,其中凹状阴部可至少由以下部分构成:第一平面的第一端部、第二平面的第一端部和来自波状部分的弯曲部分。凸状阳部可以沿着面板的竖直轴线布置,其中凸状阳部可以设置在第一平面的第二端部和第二平面的第二端部共同的外侧,其中为了延伸面板的长度,第一块面板的凸状阳部可适于与第二块面板的凹状阴部接合。
优选地,模块化装置可进一步包括阳帽,其中阳帽可适于覆盖最后面板的凹状阴部。
优选地,模块化装置还可以包括角部,其中角部可以包括阴角帽和相邻的阳部件;其中,所述阴角帽适于与所述前方面板的阳部接合,其中,所述相邻的阳部件适于与下一个面板的阴部接合;并且其中相邻的阳部件可以相对于面板长度上的纵向轴线,以一定角度,从阴帽的外表面向外延伸。
优选地,所述角度可以相对于面板长度上的纵向轴线呈90°。
优选地,模块化装置还可以包括适于连接到面板底部的细长基板,其中细长基板的长度可以短于面板底部的长度。
优选地,所述细长基板可具有第一端部和第二端部,其中所述基板的第一端部可适于与所述面板的底部的第一端部接合,其中所述面板的阴部可位于所述基板的第一端部的外部。
优选地,基板的第二端部可适于与面板的底部的第二端部接合,其中面板的阳部可在基板的第二端部的外侧。
优选地,基板可以包括多个支脚,多个支脚离开基板的纵向轴线垂直地向外延伸,其中多个支脚中的每个支脚具有地板固定装置。
优选地,所述面板可以由以下中的至少一种聚合物构成:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、高抗冲聚苯乙烯和聚丙烯。
优选地,阴部还可以包括设置在阴部中的固定装置。
优选地,模块化装置还可包括沿着面板的纵向轴线的细长U形支架或U形支架,其中U形支架的基部可安装到室空间的天花板上,并且其中U形支架的臂可适于与面板的上部固定。

具体实施方式
现在将参考附图和非限制性示例来描述本发明的优选实施例。应当注意,在以下描述中,不同实施例中的相似或相同的附图标记表示相同或相似的特征。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1A至1C所示,图1A示出了根据本发明优选实施例的模块化装置10的俯视图。模块化装置10可用于细分室空间。模块装置10可以包括面板12,面板12可以是细长的。面板12可包括波状部分14,波状部分14可位于面板12的第一平面16和第二平面18之间。波状部分14的波峰20可与第一平面16接合,并且波状部分14的波谷22可与第二平面18接合。第一平面16可具有第一端部24和第二端部26,第二平面18可具有第一端部25和第二端部27,第一平面16的第一端部24和第二端部26分别与第二平面18的第一端部25和第二端部27相对。第一平面的第一端部24可与第二平面的第一端部25相对,第一平面的第二端部26可与第二平面的第二端部27相对。第二平面18可与第一平面16平行,其中波状部分14可与面板12的竖直轴线平行地延伸。
阴部28可沿面板12的竖向轴线布置,第一表面16和第二表面18可各自具有一定厚度。第一表面16可以包括外平面和内平面,第二表面18可以包括外平面和内平面。阴部28可以由至少以下部件构成:第一内平面的第一端35、第二内平面的第一端38和来自波状部分14的弯曲部分30。阴部28可具有凹状轮廓。
阳部32可沿面板12的竖向轴线布置,其中阳部32可位于第一平面第二端部26和第二平面第二端部27共同的外侧。阳部32可具有位于第一平面的第二端部和第二平面的第二端部外侧的凸形轮廓。为了延长面板12的长度,第一块面板12的凸状阳部32可适于与第二块面板12的凹状阴部28接合。阳部的第一侧34可与阴部的第一侧35接合,阳部的第二侧36可与阴部的第二侧38接合。凸状阳部32和凹状阴部28的接合可使得第二面板的第一平面的外表面可与第一面板的第一平面的外表面齐平。类似地,第二面板的第二平面的外表面可以与第一面板的第二表面的外表面齐平。优选的是,第一平面16的外表面和第二平面18的外表面可以是光滑的。如图4A和4B所示,模块化装置10可在波状部分14与第一平面16和第二平面18之间具有波状空间40。如图1B和1C所示,模块化装置10也可具有上部42和下部44。
如图5A至5C所示,为了使具有敞开阴部28的最后一块面板的面板长度终止,凹状阴部28可以用凸帽50覆盖,凸帽50可以具有第一侧55、第二侧57和弯曲部分58,阳部的第一侧55可以与阴部的第一侧35接合,阳部分的第二侧57可以与阴部的第二侧38接合,并且弯曲凸帽部58可以与阴部的弯曲部分30接合,凸帽50具有可以覆盖阴部28凹状开口的竖直板59。如图9A和9C所示,竖直板59可具有上端52和下端54,用于分别覆盖模块化装置的上部42和模块化装置的下部44。竖直板59还可以具有沿着竖直板59的竖向的多个紧固件,用于将垂直板59与由第一侧55、第二侧57、弯曲部分58和垂直板59包围的固体材料相固定。
如图2A和2B所示,模块化装置10还可包括角部60,其中角部60可包括阴角帽61和相邻的阳部件62,阴角帽61可适于与面板12的阳部32接合,其中相邻的阳部件62可适于与另一面板12的阴部接合。相邻的阳部件62相对于面板12长度的纵向轴线,以一定角度,从阴帽61的外表面向外延伸。对于角部,该角度可优选地为相对于面板12长度上的纵向轴线呈90°。角部60与两个面板12的接合如图3A和3B所示。阴角帽61可具有用于与面板12的阳部的第一侧34接合的第一侧65,并且阴角帽61可具有用于与面板12的阳部的第二侧36接合的第二侧67。相邻的阳部件62可具有用于与面板12的阴部的第一侧35接合的第一侧64,相邻的阳部件62可具有用于与面板12的阴部的第二侧38接合的第二侧66,阴角帽61可具有空间63,在该空间中可填充有结构增强材料,例如聚氨酯泡沫。应该认识到,任何类型的结构加固材料都可以使用。
与角部60的阴角帽61类似,可以具有如图6A至6C所示的末端阴帽80。末端阴帽80可用于盖住前部面板12的阳部32,末端阴帽80可具有用于与前部面板12的阳部的第一侧34接合的第一侧85和用于与前部面板12的阳部的第二侧36接合的第二侧87。凹形阴帽的顶点可与末端阴帽80的竖直板81连通。在凹形阴帽的弯曲部、末端阴帽的外层表面和竖直板81之间可形成间隙84。间隙84可填充有结构加强材料,该结构加强材料也可以是聚氨酯泡沫。
如图8A和8B所示,可以提供一个细长的基板90,其可以适于连接到面板12的底部。基板90可以由轻质金属或合金构成。优选地,基板90可由铝构成。连接件可以是紧固件98,紧固件98将填充在波状部分40之间的材料与细长基板90进行固定。细长基板90可以包括多个支脚96。多个支脚96可以离开基板90的纵轴线垂直地延伸。支脚96可以适于接合室的地板或平台。多个支脚中的每个支脚96可以具有用于将每个支脚固定到地板、平台或表面的表面接合装置99。表面接合装置99可以是紧固件。
如图7A和7B所示,细长基板90的长度可以比面板12的底部的长度短,细长基板90可具有阴近端92和阳近端94,其中基板的阴近端92可适于与面板12的底部的阴近端接合,其中面板12的阴部28可以在细长基板90的阴近端92的外部。基板90的阳近端94可以适于与面板12的底部的阳近端接合,其中面板12的阳部32可以在细长基板90的阳近端94的外部。
所述面板可以由以下至少一种聚合物构成:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、高抗冲聚苯乙烯和聚丙烯。所述面板可以由以下至少一种形成:挤出成型和注塑成型。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,模块装置10还可以包括沿着面板12的纵向轴线的细长U形支架(未示出)。U形支架的基部可以安装到室空间的天花板上,并且其中U形支架的臂可以适于与面板的上部42固定。通过将面板的上部42滑动到U型支架,可以固定面板的上部42。
在本发明的另一实施例中,波状部分14的波形的正弦波长与振幅之比在以下范围内:1:1至3:1。优选地,正弦波长与振幅的比值为2:1。
在本发明的另一实施例中,面板12的高度可以在以下范围内:1米至3米,面板12的长度可以在以下范围内:1米至4米,并且所述面板的厚度可以在以下范围内:20毫米至80毫米。优选地,面板12的高度可以是1米,面板12的长度是2.4米,并且面板的厚度是50毫米。
当其他面板与部件接合时,阳部和阴部之间的连接可以采用粘合方式以增加牢固性。将认识到:一旦粘合胶水变干,变干的粘合胶水可能与面板12的表面不平齐。变干的粘合胶可以通过砂磨,使得胶合的面板平齐。这种模块化装置的优点在于,与传统的非结构墙(由石膏岩和木材支撑)相比,它的安装要容易得多,也便宜得多。
在进一步的实施方案中,在面板的波形之间的空白空间40可以用非结构性填充剂如可发性苯乙烯泡沫回填。非结构性填料可包括阻燃剂、防火剂和/或吸音的材料。

Claims (17)

1.一种适于细分室空间的模块化装置,所述模块化装置包括:
面板,所述面板包括波状部分,所述波状部分位于所述面板的第一平面与第二平面之间,其中所述波状部分的波峰与所述第一平面接合,其中所述波状部分的波谷与所述第二平面接合,所述第一平面和所述第二平面各自具有第一端部和第二端部,其中所述第一平面的第一端部和第二端部分别与所述第二平面的第一端部和第二端部相对,所述第二平面平行于所述第一平面;其中,所述波状部分平行于所述面板的竖直轴线;
凹状阴部,所述凹状阴部沿着所述面板的竖直轴线设置,其中,凹状阴部至少由以下构成:所述第一平面的第一端部、所述第二平面的第一端部和来自波状部分的弯曲部分;
凸状阳部,所述凸状阳部沿着所述面板的竖直轴线设置,其中,所述凸状阳部位于所述第一平面的第二端部和所述第二平面的第二端部的外侧;其中,为了延伸面板的长度,第一面板的凸状阳部适于与第二面板的凹状阴部接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模块化装置,还包括阳帽,其中所述阳帽适于覆盖最后面板的所述阴部。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的模块化装置,还包括角部,其中所述角部包括阴角帽和相邻的阳部件;其中,所述阴角帽适于与前方面板的阳部接合,其中,所述相邻的阳部件适于与下一面板的阴部接合;并且其中相邻的阳部件相对于所述面板的长度上的纵向轴线以一定角度从所述阴帽的外表面向外延伸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的模块化装置,其中所述角度相对于所述面板的长度上的纵向轴线呈90°。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的模块化装置,还包括适于附接到所述面板的底部的细长基板,其中所述细长基板的长度比所述面板的底部的长度短。
6.根据权利要求5所述的模块化装置,其中细长基板具有第一端部和第二端部,其中基板的第一端部适于与所述面板的底部的第一端部接合,其中所述面板的阴部在所述基板的第一端部的外侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的模块化装置,其中所述基板的第二端部适于与所述面板的底部的第二端部接合,其中所述面板的阳部位于所述基板的第二端部的外侧。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的模块化装置,其中所述基板包括多个支脚,多个支脚离开所述基板的纵向轴线而垂直地向外延伸,其中所述多个支脚中的每个支脚具有地板固定装置。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的模块化装置,其中所述面板由以下中的至少一种聚合物构成:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、高抗冲聚苯乙烯和聚丙烯。
10.根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的模块化装置,其中所述阴部还包括位于所述阴部中的固定装置。
11.根据权利要求1至10中的任一项所述的模块化装置,还包括沿着所述面板的纵向轴线的细长U形支架,其中所述U形支架的基部能够安装到室空间的天花板,并且其中所述U形支架的臂适于与所述面板的顶部固定。
12.根据权利要求1至11中的任一项所述的模块化装置,其中所述面板由以下中的至少一个制成:挤出成型和注塑成型。
13.根据权利要求1至12中的任一项所述的模块化装置,还包括定位在所述第一平面和所述第二平面之间的面板加强材料,其中所述面板加强材料是聚氨酯泡沫。
14.根据权利要求1至13中的任一项所述的模块化装置,其中所述波状部分的正弦波长与振幅之比在以下范围内:1:1至3:1。
