Claims (22)

1. Модульное устройство, приспособленное для деления комнатного пространства, содержащее
панель, содержащую волнообразный участок, расположенный между первой плоской поверхностью и второй плоской поверхностью панели, при этом возвышенные места волнообразного участка сопряжены с первой плоской поверхностью, а впадины волнообразного участка сопряжены со второй плоской поверхностью,
первую плоскую поверхность и вторую плоскую поверхность, каждая из которых имеет первый край и второй край, при этом первый и второй края первой плоской поверхности, соответственно, противоположны относительно первого и второго краев второй плоской поверхности, в котором:
вторая плоская поверхность параллельна первой плоской поверхности, при этом изгибы волнообразного участка параллельны вертикальной оси панели;
вогнутый охватывающий участок расположен вдоль вертикальной оси панели, при этом вогнутый охватывающий участок сформирован по меньшей мере из: первого края первой плоской поверхности, первого края второй плоской поверхности и скругленного участка волнообразного участка;
выпуклый охватываемый участок расположен вдоль вертикальной оси панели, при этом выпуклый охватываемый участок расположен снаружи от второго края первой плоской поверхности и второго края второй плоской поверхности, причем для увеличения длины панели, выпуклый охватываемый участок первой панели приспособлен к сопряжению с вогнутым охватывающим участком второй панели.
2. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее охватываемую заглушку, при этом охватываемая заглушка приспособлена к закрытию охватывающего участка последней панели.
3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащее угловой участок, при этом угловой участок содержит охватывающую угловую заглушку и смежную охватываемую часть, причем охватывающая угловая заглушка приспособлена к сопряжению с охватываемым участком передней панели, смежная охватываемая часть приспособлена к сопряжению с охватывающим участком следующей панели; и при этом смежная охватываемая часть выступает наружу от наружной поверхности охватывающей заглушки под углом относительно продольной оси длины панели.
4. Устройство по п. 3, в котором угол составляет 90° относительно продольной оси длины панели.
5. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащее продолговатую базовую плиту, приспособленную к прикреплению к основанию панели, при этом длина продолговатой базовой плиты короче длины основания панели.
6. Устройство по п. 5, в котором продолговатая базовая плита имеет первый край и второй край, при этом первый край базовой плиты приспособлен к сопряжению с первым краем основания панели, причем охватывающий участок панели расположен снаружи от первого края базовой плиты.
7. Устройство по п. 6, в котором второй край базовой плиты приспособлен к сопряжению со вторым краем основания панели, при этом охватываемый участок панели расположен снаружи от второго края базовой плиты.
8. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором базовая плита содержит множество лап, выступающих перпендикулярно от продольной оси базовой плиты, при этом каждая лапа из множества лап содержит средство для прикрепления к полу.
9. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором панель изготовлена по меньшей мере из одного полимера, выбранного из группы полимеров: акрилонитрилбутадиенстирола, полиэтилена, поликарбоната, полиамида, ударостойкого полистирола и полипропилена.
10. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-9, в котором охватывающий участок дополнительно содержит средства для прикрепления, расположенные в охватывающем участке.
11. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-10, дополнительно содержащее продолговатый U-образный кронштейн вдоль продольной оси панели, при этом основание U-образного кронштейна является прикрепляемым к потолку комнатного пространства, и боковины U-образного кронштейна приспособлены к прикреплению к верху панели.
12. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-11, в котором панель сформована с использованием по меньшей мере одного способа, выбранного из группы способов: экструзии и литья под давлением.
13. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-12, дополнительно содержащее арматуру панели, расположенную между первой плоской поверхностью и второй плоской поверхностью, при этом арматурой панели является полиуретановый пеноматериал.
14. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-13, в котором отношение синусоидной длины волны к амплитуде волнообразного участка находится в диапазоне от 1:1 до 3:1.
15. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-14, в котором отношение синусоидной длины волны к амплитуде волнообразного участка составляет 2:1.
16. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-15, в котором высота панели находится в диапазоне от 1 м до 3 м, длина панели находится в диапазоне от 1 м до 4 м, а толщина панели находится в диапазоне от 20 мм до 80 мм.
17. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-16, в котором высота панели составляет 1 м, длина панели – 2,4 м, толщина панели - 50 мм.
