本发明公开了一种证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜及其制备方法,包含聚碳酸酯树脂、氧化锡抗静电凝胶、反式1,4‑聚异戊二烯、聚硅氧烷、润滑剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂;本发明的证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜具有良好的抗静电性能、耐候性能和透明性,并且阻燃效果较好,结实耐用,具有优秀的形状记忆特性,适用于证件用防伪标签;并且原料可以用于挤出、模压成型中,以满足生产工艺需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着薄膜行业的飞速发展,各类薄膜产品与日俱增,尤其是聚碳酸酯以其相对于PVC、PET等优越的性能越来越受到人们的关注和青睐;尽管聚碳酸酯具有优异的冲击韧性、透明性、耐候性等性能,但其材料应用在防伪标签中时,性能仍显不足,因此需要通过优化设计的配料配比进行改性,使其可以满足防伪标签的应用要求。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜,包含如下重量份配比的原料:
聚碳酸酯树脂 100份;
氧化锡抗静电凝胶 10-13份;
反式1,4-聚异戊二烯 5-10份;
聚硅氧烷 5-10份;
润滑剂 1-3份;
紫外线吸收剂 1-3份;
抗氧化剂 1-3份;
着色剂 1-3份。
一种证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
①将氧化锡抗静电凝胶、反式1,4-聚异戊二烯和聚硅氧烷共混,搅拌均匀,形成混合物;
②将步骤①所得到的混合物加入到聚碳酸酯树脂中,然后加入润滑剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂和着色剂,形成混合物;
③将步骤②所得到的混合物置于高速搅拌机中,搅拌并加热至后维持搅拌5-10分钟;随后冷却至室温,然后置于双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,粒子经过钢带压合机挤压形成薄膜材料。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜,包含如下重量份配比的原料:
聚碳酸酯树脂 100份;
氧化锡抗静电凝胶 10-13份;
反式1,4-聚异戊二烯 5-10份;
聚硅氧烷 5-10份;
润滑剂 1-3份;
紫外线吸收剂 1-3份;
抗氧化剂 1-3份;
着色剂 1-3份。
本方案的各组分配比,本领域技术人员可以自由选择,在本方案限定的范围内,都可以加工出性能较好的成品,因此申请人不在此一一列举组分配比的实施例。
上述证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
①将氧化锡抗静电凝胶、反式1,4-聚异戊二烯和聚硅氧烷共混,搅拌均匀,形成混合物;
②将步骤①所得到的混合物加入到聚碳酸酯树脂中,然后加入润滑剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂和着色剂,形成混合物;
③将步骤②所得到的混合物置于高速搅拌机中,搅拌并加热至后维持搅拌5-10分钟;随后冷却至室温,然后置于双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,粒子经过钢带压合机挤压形成薄膜材料。

聚碳酸酯树脂 100份;
氧化锡抗静电凝胶 10-13份;
反式1,4-聚异戊二烯 5-10份;
聚硅氧烷 5-10份;
润滑剂 1-3份;
紫外线吸收剂 1-3份;
抗氧化剂 1-3份;
着色剂 1-3份。
2.一种证件用防伪标签的聚碳酸酯薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
