Abstract

本发明公开一种聚丙烯透气膜,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,碳酸钙粉末45‑55%,高流动增韧剂5‑15%,增容流动改性剂1‑8%,加工助剂1‑5%,耐老化剂0.1‑1%,二元共聚聚丙烯或三元共聚聚丙烯10‑25%,茂金属聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的共混物10‑25%;所述碳酸钙粉末为颗粒直径小于60nm、并经偶联剂表面改性处理的碳酸钙超细粉,所述增容流动改性剂为埃克森美孚化工生产的ElevastTM聚合物改性剂。本发明有效改善透气膜的力学性能,产品克重低、低温韧性好。经实验验证,本发明提供的聚丙烯透气膜,其克重低至12gsm,在‑30℃的低温下,产品断裂伸长率几乎保持不变,低温韧性十分优异,满足大多数低温环境的使用要求,应用领域更为广泛。

Description

一种聚丙烯透气膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及透气薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚丙烯透气膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
透气膜是一种以热塑性塑料为基体,填充高含量的无机粒子的复合材料,经压延或流延、吹塑等方法制成薄膜,然后进一步通过单轴或双轴拉伸得到孔径细小且相互贯通的微孔薄膜材料,该薄膜仅能让分子结构较小的水蒸气分子透过,而无法让使呈聚集状态的水滴渗透通过,因此具有透气不透水的特点,从而达到防水透湿的效果。
现有技术中,为改善透气膜的加工性能和物理性能,通常使用多种树脂的混合物作为基体树脂。如专利公开号为CN1281870A的中国发明专利申请公开了一种用于高加工性和渗透性的透气膜组合物,其组合物中不但含有聚乙烯、还含有聚丙烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物以及其它聚烯烃树脂。该专利虽然能够在一定程度上改善透气膜的物理性能,但其基体树脂组分种类多,组分之间的相容性差,导致透气膜的韧性不够理想,尤其是在低温环境下,韧性会发生明显下降,难以满足低温环境的使用要求。另外,产品厚薄不稳定,也难以满足低克重产品要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种低温韧性好且克重低的聚丙烯透气膜及其制备方法。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种聚丙烯透气膜,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,碳酸钙粉末45-55%,高流动增韧剂5-15%,增容流动改性剂1-8%,加工助剂1-5%,耐老化剂0.1-1%,二元共聚聚丙烯或三元共聚聚丙烯10-25%,茂金属聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的共混物10-25%;所述碳酸钙粉末为颗粒直径小于60nm、并经偶联剂表面改性处理的碳酸钙超细粉,所述增容流动改性剂为埃克森美孚化工生产的ElevastTM聚合物改性剂。
更为优选的是,所述碳酸钙超细粉的制备方法为:1)将碳酸钙粉末加温至75-80℃,并加入偶联剂作为改性剂,搅拌均匀得到中间物料;2)利用研磨机对中间物料进行研磨处理,研磨后通过真空泵和筛网进行抽滤取料,再送至烘干机烘干,烘干后通过高速球磨机对进行高速研磨处理,使颗粒直径低于60nm,表面积达到20-25m2/g,得到碳酸钙超细粉。
更为优选的是,所述高流动增韧剂的熔体流动速率≥5g/10min。
更为优选的是,所述高流动增韧剂为乙烯与辛烯共聚物、乙烯与己烯共聚物中的至少一种。
更为优选的是,所述加工助剂为费托蜡。
更为优选的是,所述耐老化剂为抗冻剂、抗氧剂和光稳定剂的混合物,混合的质量比依次为1:0.5-1:0.5-1。
更为优选的是,所述茂金属聚乙烯的熔体流动速率为2.7-10g/10min,所述线性低密度聚乙烯的熔体流动速率为2-5g/10min。
更为优选的是,所述茂金属聚乙烯与所述线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为1:0.5-2。
本发明还提供一种聚丙烯透气膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)按如上所述的原料配比称取原料、并混合均匀;2)利用双螺杆挤出机将上述原料熔融挤出造粒;3)将造粒得到的粒子挤出流延、拉伸、热定型成膜;所述拉伸为单轴拉伸,拉伸倍率为1.5-3倍。
更为优选的是,挤出流延过程为:利用一个三层共挤流延机将上述原料按照表层、中间层和底层的结构挤出,所述表层和所述底层的厚度一致,所述中间层的厚度是所述表层的厚度的两倍以上。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯共混体并结合相应的高流动增韧剂、改性碳酸钙颗粒、增容流动改性剂,有效改善透气膜的力学性能,产品克重低、低温韧性好。经实验验证,本发明提供的聚丙烯透气膜,其克重低至12gsm,在-30℃的低温下,产品断裂伸长率几乎保持不变,低温韧性十分优异,满足大多数低温环境的使用要求,应用领域更为广泛。

实施例1。
一种聚丙烯透气膜,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,碳酸钙粉末45%,高流动增韧剂8.5%,增容流动改性剂5%,加工助剂1%,耐老化剂0.5%,二元共聚聚丙烯或三元共聚聚丙烯20%,茂金属聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的共混物20%。
其中,所述碳酸钙粉末为颗粒直径小于60nm、并经偶联剂表面改性处理的碳酸钙超细粉。所述碳酸钙超细粉的制备方法为:1)将碳酸钙粉末加温至75-80℃,并加入偶联剂作为改性剂,搅拌均匀得到中间物料;2)利用研磨机对中间物料进行研磨处理,研磨后通过真空泵和筛网进行抽滤取料,再送至烘干机烘干,烘干后通过高速球磨机对进行高速研磨处理,使颗粒直径低于60nm,表面积达到20-25m2/g,得到碳酸钙超细粉。本实施例中,所述偶联剂优选为铝酸酯偶联剂,在其他实施方式中,所述偶联剂为硬脂酸类偶联剂或其他类型偶联剂,不限于本实施例。
所述增容流动改性剂为埃克森美孚化工生产的ElevastTM聚合物改性剂,兼具增容和改性功能;且结合偶联剂表面改性处理的碳酸钙超细粉,能有效增强聚乙烯透气膜的低温韧性,降低产品克重。
所述高流动增韧剂的熔体流动速率≥5g/10min。本实施例中,优选所述高流动增韧剂为乙烯与己烯共聚物。在其他实施方式中,所述高流动增韧剂为乙烯与辛烯共聚物、乙烯与己烯共聚物中的至少一种;不限于本实施例。
本实施例中,所述加工助剂优选为费托蜡。所述耐老化剂优选为抗冻剂、抗氧剂和光稳定剂的混合物,混合的质量比依次为1:0.5-1:0.5-1。采用这种耐老化剂的好处是,不仅确保透气膜有较好的低温性能,而且使得耐老化剂在整个体系中分散得十分均匀,利于低克重产品的生产。
本实施例中,优选所述茂金属聚乙烯的乙烯含量为80-99wt%,熔体流动速率为2.7-10g/10min,熔融温度为118-129℃、结晶温度为107-116℃。优选所述线性低密度聚乙烯的熔体流动速率为2-5g/10min。优选所述茂金属聚乙烯与所述线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为1:1;在其他实施方式中,根据实际需要的不同,所述茂金属聚乙烯与所述线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比在1:0.5-2之间适当调整,不限于本实施例。
实际制备上述聚丙烯透气膜时,步骤如下:1)按如上所述的原料配比称取原料、并混合均匀;2)利用双螺杆挤出机将上述原料熔融挤出造粒;3)将造粒得到的粒子挤出流延、拉伸、热定型成膜;所述拉伸为单轴拉伸,拉伸倍率为2倍。其中,挤出流延过程为:利用一个三层共挤流延机将上述原料按照表层、中间层和底层的结构挤出,所述表层和所述底层的厚度一致,所述中间层的厚度是所述表层的厚度的两倍以上。
实施例2-实施例5
实施例2-实施例5提供的聚丙烯薄膜,其制备方法与实施例一基本一致,区别在于原料配方和拉伸倍率不同。

表1中,普通碳酸钙粉末选用的是粒径为0.1微米的碳酸钙粉末,普通流动改性剂选用的是东莞市创之源新材料科技有限公司生产的CBT-100型功能助剂,普通耐老化剂选用的是抗氧剂和光稳定剂的混合物。
为更好的体现本发明的进步性,下面对实施例1-实施例5、以及对比例1-对比例2制得的聚丙烯透气膜进行性能测试。测试结果如表2所示。

从表2可以看出,本发明提供的透气膜,其最低克重低至12gsm;低温韧性保持方面,在-30℃的低温下,产品断裂伸长率几乎保持不变;两者均远远优于传统技术。并且,耐老化剂在选用抗冻剂、抗氧剂和光稳定剂的混合物时,不仅确保具有更为优异的透湿性能,而且低温低温韧性衰减的更慢。

1.一种聚丙烯透气膜,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,碳酸钙粉末45-55%,高流动增韧剂5-15%,增容流动改性剂1-8%,加工助剂1-5%,耐老化剂0.1-1%,二元共聚聚丙烯或三元共聚聚丙烯10-25%,茂金属聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的共混物10-25%;所述碳酸钙粉末为颗粒直径小于60nm、并经偶联剂表面改性处理的碳酸钙超细粉,所述增容流动改性剂为埃克森美孚化工生产的ElevastTM聚合物改性剂;
所述碳酸钙超细粉的制备方法为:1)将碳酸钙粉末加温至75-80℃,并加入偶联剂作为改性剂,搅拌均匀得到中间物料;2)利用研磨机对中间物料进行研磨处理,研磨后通过真空泵和筛网进行抽滤取料,再送至烘干机烘干,烘干后通过高速球磨机对进行高速研磨处理,使颗粒直径低于60nm,表面积达到20-25m2/g,得到碳酸钙超细粉;

聚丙烯透气膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按如上所述的原料配比称取原料、并混合均匀;
2)利用双螺杆挤出机将上述原料熔融挤出造粒;
3)将造粒得到的粒子挤出流延、拉伸、热定型成膜;所述拉伸为单轴拉伸,拉伸倍率为1.5-3倍;
挤出流延过程为:利用一个三层共挤流延机将上述原料按照表层、中间层和底层的结构挤出,所述表层和所述底层的厚度一致,所述中间层的厚度是所述表层的厚度的两倍以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯透气膜,其特征在于,所述高流动增韧剂的熔体流动速率≥5g/10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯透气膜,其特征在于,所述高流动增韧剂为乙烯与辛烯共聚物、乙烯与己烯共聚物中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯透气膜,其特征在于,所述加工助剂为费托蜡。
