Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜。现阶段使用的工程膜其胶水主要是聚氨酯胶水,主要存在不耐黄的问题,导致存在色差,影响使用和美观度。本发明其特征在于包括PET表层,胶水层,外乳白母料层、内乳白母料层和底膜;所述的外乳白母料层包括LDPE和乳白母料,所述的内乳白母料层包括LLDPE和乳白母料,所述的胶水层由以下重量份材料组成:丙烯酸胶水90份、增粘树脂8~12份、固化剂0.1~0.5份、水性聚氨酯树脂10份、改性纳米二氧化硅1‑5份,以及溶剂70‑90份,所述的溶剂选为乙酸乙酯或甲苯。本发明具有极好的平整度、光洁度、少晶点、具有较强遮盖性,不透底、不透色。通过对胶水配方进行改进,结合乳白母料层达到较佳的耐黄变效果,长期使用后不产生色差。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展,特别是房地产的发展,建筑装饰材料、电子电器产品也得到了快速增长。建筑装饰材料中如基材吊顶板、铝塑板、不锈钢板、集成墙板、橱柜厨门、地板、地砖、镀锌板,家用电器、电子元件等需要大量的保护膜对其产品的表面进行保护,来降低从工厂到市场的流通环节对于产品在运输、搬运、仓储以及陈列、使用安装的过程中所遇到的表面划伤的损失。所以保护膜具有巨大的市场和用量。
现阶段使用的工程膜其胶水主要是聚氨酯胶水,主要存在不耐黄的问题,导致存在色差,影响使用和美观度。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜,有耐晒、耐热的性能,使用后不变黄,不变色。
为此,本发明采取如下的技术方案:一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜,其特征在于包括PET表层,胶水层,外乳白母料层、内乳白母料层和底膜;所述的外乳白母料层包括LDPE和乳白母料,所述的内乳白母料层包括LLDPE和乳白母料,所述的胶水层由以下重量份材料组成:丙烯酸胶水90份、增粘树脂8~12份、固化剂0.1~0.5份、水性聚氨酯树脂10份、改性纳米二氧化硅1-5份,以及溶剂70-90份,所述的溶剂选为乙酸乙酯或甲苯。
所述的外乳白母料层中LDPE和乳白母料的重量份为1:1。
所述的内乳白母料层中LLDPE和乳白母料的重量份为1:2。
所述的LDPE是由陶氏化学公司生产的塑性体牌号为1140G和弹性体8200G进行配比得到,其中塑性体与弹性体配比为100:20。
从外至内各膜层厚度比为为20%:10%:25%、25%、20%。
所述的底膜为高分子粘结膜,所述的高分子粘结膜由EAA树脂和马来酸酐接枝共聚物混合而成。
所述的马来酸酐接枝共聚物为埃克森美孚产的马来酸酐接枝物ExxelorTM。
本发明具有极好的平整度、光洁度、少晶点、具有较强遮盖性,不透底、不透色。通过对胶水配方进行改进,结合乳白母料层达到较佳的耐黄变效果,长期使用后不产生色差。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示的一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜,包括PET表层1,胶水层2,外乳白母料层3、内乳白母料层4和底膜5;所述的外乳白母料层包括LDPE和乳白母料,所述的内乳白母料层包括LLDPE和乳白母料,所述的胶水层由以下重量份材料组成:丙烯酸胶水90份、增粘树脂8~12份、固化剂0.1~0.5份、水性聚氨酯树脂10份、改性纳米二氧化硅1-5份,以及溶剂70-90份,所述的溶剂选为乙酸乙酯或甲苯。外乳白母料层中LDPE和乳白母料的重量份为1:1。内乳白母料层中LLDPE和乳白母料的重量份为1:2。LDPE是由陶氏化学公司生产的塑性体牌号为1140G和弹性体8200G进行配比得到,其中塑性体与弹性体配比为100:20。从外至内各膜层厚度比为为20%:10%:25%、25%、20%。所述的底膜为高分子粘结膜,所述的高分子粘结膜由EAA树脂和马来酸酐接枝共聚物混合而成。所述的马来酸酐接枝共聚物为埃克森美孚产的马来酸酐接枝物ExxelorTM。

1.一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜,其特征在于包括PET表层,胶水层,外乳白母料层、内乳白母料层和底膜;所述的外乳白母料层包括LDPE和乳白母料,所述的内乳白母料层包括LLDPE和乳白母料,所述的胶水层由以下重量份材料组成:丙烯酸胶水90份、增粘树脂8~12份、固化剂0.1~0.5份、水性聚氨酯树脂10份、改性纳米二氧化硅1-5份,以及溶剂70-90份,所述的溶剂选为乙酸乙酯或甲苯,所述的外乳白母料层中LDPE和乳白母料的重量份为1:1,所述的内乳白母料层中LLDPE和乳白母料的重量份为1:2,所述的LDPE是由陶氏化学公司生产的塑性体牌号为1140G和弹性体8200G进行配比得到,其中塑性体与弹性体配比为100:20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜,其特征在于从外至内各膜层厚度比为20%:10%:25%、25%、20%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜,其特征在于所述的底膜为高分子粘结膜,所述的高分子粘结膜由EAA树脂和马来酸酐接枝共聚物混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐黄变、不透底高分子工程膜,其特征在于所述的马来酸酐接枝共聚物为埃克森美孚产的马来酸酐接枝物ExxelorTM。
