Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a plastic product containing decorative metal, and a product and a shoe using the process, wherein the process comprises the following steps: selecting a metal foil; cutting the metal foil to obtain decorative metal; placing the decorative metal in an injection mold; performing injection molding on the mold; demoulding to obtain the plastic product with the surface containing the decorative metal. The process directly forms decorative metal in the process of injection molding of plastic products, does not need additional sewing, painting and electroplating processes, effectively shortens the production period, improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a process for forming decorative metal on the surface of a plastic product, in particular to a process for manufacturing a plastic product containing decorative metal, and a product and a shoe manufactured by adopting the process.
Background
At present, the design of shoes is fashionable and beautiful day by day, the types of materials required by shoe making are increased day by day, wherein the application of metal color materials tends to be expanded continuously, the metal color has good light reflection, and the metal color designed on the shoes can effectively improve the exquisite degree and the appearance attractiveness of the shoes.
The color and luster of the added metal are mainly achieved by the following three ways: the first is to directly adopt sheet or plate metal material, and sew the metal material on the surface of the shoes after processing the metal material into the needed shape; the second is to brush metallic paint directly on the surface of the flexible material; and the third is to form the decorative metal through the electroplating process after the injection molding of the shoe or the corresponding accessory is completed.
The three approaches described above have the following drawbacks:
for the first approach, the metal material is thicker, so that the weight of the shoe is increased, the flexibility is poor, the wearing comfort is affected, and the production process is complex;
for the second approach, a large amount of labor is needed for brushing the metallic paint, the production labor cost is high, and the metallic paint is easy to be heated and fall off during actual production and use, so that mottled color is caused, and the quality of the shoes is seriously influenced;
in the third approach, additional electroplating is performed after the production is completed, which results in a longer production cycle and a certain pollution caused by electroplating.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a manufacturing process of a plastic product containing decorative metal, which solves the above defects in the related art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a manufacturing process of a plastic product containing decorative metal comprises the following steps:
selecting a metal foil;
cutting the metal foil to obtain decorative metal;
placing the decorative metal in an injection mold;
performing injection molding on the mold;
demoulding to obtain the plastic product with the surface containing the decorative metal.
Preferably, the manufacturing process further includes a step of coating a protective film on a surface of the metal foil before the step of cutting the metal foil.
Preferably, the metal foil is made of stainless steel, copper, gold, silver or aluminum.
Preferably, the metal foil has a thickness of 10 to 100 micrometers.
A plastic article made by the process as described in any of the above processes.
A shoe having a plastic article made by the process of any one of the above processes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
the invention directly forms decorative metal in the process of injection molding of plastic products, does not need additional sewing, painting and electroplating processes, effectively shortens the production period, improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor cost.
The formed decorative metal has good firmness, is not easy to fall off when being heated, and has good flexibility.
The electroplating process is not needed, and the environmental pollution can be reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
The plastic product containing decorative metal in the invention is formed with metal for decoration on the surface of the plastic product, the decoration effect of the metal can be realized by the color, pattern, shape and the like of the metal, and the area of the metal is usually smaller than the surface area of the plastic product.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a plastic article containing a decorative metal, and fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional structure thereof. The surface of the plastic product 10 has a decorative metal 20, and the surface of the decorative metal 20 also has a protective film 30 to prevent the metal 20 from being scratched. The metal 20 on the surface of the plastic product 10 forms a pattern to generate a decorative effect, and the metal 20 has a bright color to provide a decorative effect on the surface of the plastic product 10.
Referring to fig. 3, the manufacturing process of the plastic product is as follows:
first, a metal foil is selected. The metal foil is preferably made of stainless steel, copper, gold, silver or aluminum, and can be selected according to the decoration requirement of the plastic product, for example, for high-end production, the metal foil is preferably made of gold or silver; the reflecting property is required to be good, and stainless steel is preferred; golden-yellow tints are desirable, preferably gold or copper. The thickness of the metal foil is preferably 10 to 100 micrometers, and an excessively thick metal foil affects the flexibility of the substrate plastic.
Next, the metal foil is cut to obtain a decorative metal of a desired shape. Preferably using a cutting apparatus. In order to avoid scratching the surface of the metal foil in the cutting process and the subsequent injection molding process, a protective film is coated on the surface of the metal foil before cutting.
And then, hanging the obtained decorative metal on an inverted nail in an injection mold of the plastic product, performing injection molding, and demolding after the injection molding is finished to obtain the plastic product with the surface containing the decorative metal.
In the process, the decorative metal is directly sintered with the plastic material in the process of injection molding the plastic product to form the plastic product containing the decorative metal, and no additional post-treatment processes such as sewing, metallic paint brushing, electroplating and the like are needed. Meanwhile, the decorative metal formed by the process has small thickness and firm combination, and can be compared favorably with the electroplating effect.
The manufacturing process can manufacture various plastic products with decorative metal on the surface, including but not limited to soles, uppers, insoles, cups, boxes and the like.
Therefore, compared with the existing manufacturing process of forming decorative metal on the surface of a product through a sewing process, a metallic paint brushing process and an electroplating process after the product is manufactured, the decorative metal is directly formed in the process of injection molding of the plastic product, and the manufacturing process has the characteristics of few processes, short production period and low labor cost. Meanwhile, the electroplating process and the metallic paint brushing process are reduced, and the pollution to the environment is also reduced. Moreover, the decorative metal obtained by the process of the embodiment has the characteristics of small thickness and good flexibility, and the decorative metal and the plastic product are combined through injection molding, so that the decorative metal has the characteristic of firm combination, and the overall effect can be comparable to that of the decorative metal formed by an electroplating process.

1. The manufacturing process of the plastic product containing the decorative metal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
selecting a metal foil;
cutting the metal foil to obtain decorative metal;
placing the decorative metal in an injection mold;
performing injection molding on the mold;
demoulding to obtain the plastic product with the surface containing the decorative metal.
2. The manufacturing process according to claim 1, further comprising a step of coating a surface of the metal foil with a protective film before the step of cutting the metal foil.
3. The manufacturing process of claim 1, wherein the metal foil is made of stainless steel, copper, gold, silver or aluminum.
4. The manufacturing process of claim 1, wherein the metal foil has a thickness of 10 to 100 microns.
5. A plastic article produced by the process according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. Shoe with plastic part according to claim 5.
