Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of sole processing, in particular to an injection molding method of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) shoe materials, which comprises the following steps: A. arranging a label groove in the mould; B. placing the whole TPU electroplated film in a die, and forming a TPU inner layer film on the TPU electroplated film; C. cutting the TPU electroplated film to obtain a TPU semi-formed film; D. arranging a forming groove in the die; E. and placing the TPU semi-formed film in a forming groove of a die, so as to form a TPU outer layer film on the TPU inner layer film. The TPU electroplating film is placed in the mould for the first injection moulding, so that the TPU electroplating film is combined with the TPU inner layer film, then the TPU semi-film is placed in the mould for the second injection moulding, so that the TPU electroplating film, the TPU inner layer film and the TPU outer layer film are combined to form the arc-shaped shoe material with radian, the structure is firm, and the damage to the TPU electroplating film can be prevented.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sole processing, in particular to an injection molding method of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) shoe materials.
Background
In the manufacturing process of shoes, sometimes a colored TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) electroplated film needs to be combined into a shoe material at the joint of a sole and a heel, so that LOGO is formed at the rear part of the shoe.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an injection molding method of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) shoe materials, aiming at the defects in the prior art.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a TPU shoe material injection molding method comprises the following steps:
A. arranging a label groove in the mould;
B. placing the whole TPU electroplated film in a label groove of a mold, and performing injection molding on the surface of the TPU electroplated film so as to form a TPU inner layer film on the surface of the TPU electroplated film;
C. cutting the TPU electroplated film along the shape of the TPU inner layer film to obtain a TPU semi-formed film;
D. arranging a forming groove in the die;
E. and placing the TPU semi-formed film in a forming groove of a die, and performing injection molding on the TPU inner layer film of the TPU semi-formed film, so that a TPU outer layer film is formed on one side of the TPU inner layer film, which is far away from the TPU semi-formed film.
The invention further provides that the TPU electroplated film is a colored film.
The invention is further arranged that in the step B, the injection molding temperature is 40-100 ℃, and the injection molding time is 1-5 min.
The invention is further arranged that in the step B, the injection molding temperature is 50-90 ℃, and the injection molding time is 1-3 min.
The invention is further arranged that in the step E, the injection molding temperature is 40-100 ℃, and the injection molding time is 1-5 min.
The invention is further arranged that in the step E, the injection molding temperature is 50-90 ℃, and the injection molding time is 1-3 min.
The invention is further arranged that in the step C, a high-frequency cutting machine is adopted to cut the TPU inner layer film and the TPU electroplating film for film cutting treatment.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the TPU electroplating film is placed in the mould for the first injection moulding, so that the TPU electroplating film is combined with the TPU inner layer film, then the TPU semi-film is placed in the mould for the second injection moulding, so that the TPU electroplating film, the TPU inner layer film and the TPU outer layer film are combined to form the arc-shaped shoe material with radian, the structure is firm, and the damage to the TPU electroplating film can be prevented.

Specifically, in the injection molding method of the TPU shoe material in this embodiment, the TPU plating film is first placed in the mold for the first injection molding, so that the TPU plating film is combined with the TPU inner layer film, and then the TPU semi-film is placed in the mold for the second injection molding, so that the TPU plating film, the TPU inner layer film and the TPU outer layer film are combined to form the arc-shaped shoe material with a radian, the structure is firm, and the damage to the TPU plating film can be prevented.
