The overall working process of the invention is as follows: the first box opening 2 at the upper part of the box body 1 is circular, the blades 4 are distributed around the first box opening 2 at equal angles, the five blades 4 have the same structure, the motion track of the blades 4 is the same as the structure of the iris, the opening and closing of the first box opening 2 are controlled by the rotation of the blades 4, the second box opening 3 is used for separating and cutting off a scalp needle of the infusion apparatus, when the scalp needle of the infusion apparatus is inserted into the second box opening 3, the scalp needle of the infusion apparatus is clamped and straightened by the two clamping devices, the two blades 5 are controlled by the cutter between the two clamping mechanisms to be close to each other, the scalp needle of the infusion apparatus is interrupted, the blades 5 of the cutter and the clamping mechanisms are loosened to clamp the scalp needle of the infusion apparatus, the sharp part at the lower side of the scalp needle of the infusion apparatus falls into the box body 1 under the action of gravity, and the part at the upper side can be directly pulled out of the second box opening 3 to be processed independently.

The automatic separator of edge tool box, including box body 1, open on box body (1) top surface has first box mouth (2) and second box mouth (3), its characterized in that: a plurality of groups of blades (4) which are opened and closed mutually are rotatably connected in the first box opening (2), two groups of clamping mechanisms which are symmetrically distributed are arranged in the second box opening (3), a shearing device is arranged between the two groups of clamping mechanisms and comprises two blades (5) which horizontally slide relatively, the blades (5) are slidably connected with a first guide groove (6), the first guide groove (6) is positioned in the shell, a vertical second guide groove (7) is formed in the right side of the first guide groove (6), two connecting rods (8) which slide relatively are slidably connected in the second guide groove (7), and the front side of the cylindrical pin (14) is fixedly connected with the clamping mechanisms;
the clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping plate (9), the first clamping plate (9) is fixedly connected with the shell, the left side and the right side of the first splint (9) are respectively connected with a first connecting rod group (10), a second clamping plate (11) is hinged on the middle part of the first connecting rod group (10) together, the second clamping plate (11) and the second clamping plate (11) are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the second box opening (3), the first connecting rod group (10) comprises two key-shaped blocks (12) with the same specification, the right side of the key-shaped block (12) is provided with a key-shaped hole (13), a cylindrical pin (14) is connected in the key-shaped hole (13), the inner side of the cylindrical pin (14) is fixedly connected with a second connecting rod (15), the second connecting rod (15) is fixedly connected with a connecting rod (8), and the connecting rod (8) drives the second connecting rod (15) to vertically move up and down to form a driving mechanism of the clamping mechanism.

The automatic sharps box separator according to claim 1, wherein a first gear (16) is fixedly connected to the blades (4), an inner gear ring (17) is meshed with the outer side of the first gear (16), a control rod (18) is fixedly connected to the inner gear ring (17), the control rod (18) and the inner gear ring (17) are rotatably connected with the shell, the inner hole diameter of the inner gear ring (17) is larger than the hole diameter of the first box opening (2), and first cylindrical grooves (19) which are matched with the blades (4) in the direction are formed in the first box opening (2).

The automatic sharps separator of claim 1, characterized in that a connecting pin (20) is fixedly connected to the rear side of the blade (5), a rotatable turntable (34) is arranged on the rear side of the connecting pin (20), two arc-shaped grooves (21) arranged in one hundred eighty degrees are formed in the turntable (34), and the connecting pin (20) is positioned in the arc-shaped grooves (21) and is in sliding connection with the arc-shaped grooves (21).

The automatic separator of sharps box according to claim 1, wherein a lifting frame is connected between two sets of clamping mechanisms, the lifting frame comprises a first supporting rod (27), the first supporting rod (27) is T-shaped, the first supporting rod (27) is fixedly connected with a second connecting rod (15) in the upper side clamping mechanism, a second supporting rod (28) is connected to the lower side of the first supporting rod (27) in a sliding mode, the second supporting rod (28) is inverted T-shaped, the second supporting rod (28) is fixedly connected with the second connecting rod (15) in the lower side clamping mechanism, an extension spring (29) is installed in the second supporting rod (28), a blocking piece (30) is arranged on the upper side of the extension spring (29), and the blocking piece (30) is fixedly connected with the first supporting rod (27).
7. The automatic sharps box separator according to claim 1, characterized in that a reinforcing ring (31) is fixedly connected to the box body (1), and a hook (32) is connected to the rear side of the reinforcing ring (31).
8. The automatic sharps box separator according to claim 1, wherein the inner side surfaces of said first clamping plate (9) and said second clamping plate (11) are provided with serrated inclined grooves (33).
