Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food, in particular to a preparation method and application of gorgeous leaf juice or gorgeous leaf powder which is complete and full-bright-leaf nutrient substances.
Background
The gorgeous leaves are also called as variegated leaves, which are native to Marugu Islands in Indonesia and spread to Singapore, Malaysia, Srilanca, India, China, Thailand and other countries. At present, fresh leaves are produced in the world year by over 400 ten thousand tons, wherein southeast Asia accounts for more than 80 percent, and the products sold in the market mainly comprise raw materials and intermediate products such as the fresh leaves, tinctures, cattleya powder and the like, and end products such as cakes, ice creams, beverages and the like. Hainan is a planting origin and a dominant production area of leaf of variegated orchid in China, and planting areas mainly comprise Wanning, Qinhai, delirium, tombs, pavilions, guam and the like, wherein the Wanning is used as a main distribution area and a traditional utilization area, and the planting area is about 5000 mu. At present, the southern China has abundant use culture of the leaf of the cymbidium sinense, mostly takes the culture of the southern China as a carrier and a folk comprehensive use mode as a main part, and is widely applied to industries such as special catering, ornamental gardening, leisure travel and the like.
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the incidence rate of hyperlipemia is in a trend of obvious rising, and hyperlipemia is an important factor for inducing coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (coronary heart disease), arteriosclerosis, fatty liver, diabetes, obesity and the like. Therefore, the method has important practical significance for searching efficient and nontoxic lipid-lowering drugs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a preparation method and application of gorgeous leaf juice or gorgeous leaf powder which can completely protect full gorgeous leaf nutrients, wherein the gorgeous leaf powder can obviously reduce blood fat and has high efficiency and no toxic and side effects.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme for solving the technical problems:
a method for preparing a gorgeous leaf juice with complete and full-protection gorgeous leaf nutrients comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning fresh multicolored leaves, drying, chopping and juicing after drying to obtain juice;
(2) mixing the juice, crushed material for cell disruption, and deionized water at a weight ratio of 1000: 2-5: 3000-6000 mixing; placing the mixed liquid in a water bath at 50-70 ℃ for 35-50 min to obtain a mixed liquid;
(3) and centrifuging the mixed solution, and concentrating the centrifugate until the sugar degree is 8-15 to obtain the gorgeous leaf juice.
Preferably, the disrupted material for cell disruption is prepared from cellulase, pectinase and CTAB at a weight ratio of 1: 0.5-2: 0.1 to 0.3.
Preferably, the disrupted material for cell disruption is a mixture of cellulase, pectinase and CTAB at a weight ratio of 1: 1.8: 0.2.
As a preferable mode, the juice extract, the crushed material for cell disruption, and the deionized water are mixed in a weight ratio of 1000: 4: 5000 mixing.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the gorgeous leaf powder with complete and full-bright-leaf nutrients, which comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning fresh multicolored leaves, drying, chopping and juicing after drying to obtain juice;
(2) mixing the juice, crushed material for cell disruption, and deionized water at a weight ratio of 1000: 2-5: 3000-6000 mixing; placing the mixed liquid in a water bath at 50-70 ℃ for 35-50 min to obtain a mixed liquid;
(3) centrifuging the mixed solution, and concentrating the centrifuged solution until the sugar degree is 8-15 to obtain multicolored leaf juice;
(4) placing the multicolored leaf juice into a freeze-drying box, and pre-freezing for 1-4 h at-50 to-40 ℃;
(5) after pre-freezing, starting a vacuum pump, and freeze-drying for 60-100 min at a vacuum degree of 18-22 Pa and a temperature of-25 to-10 ℃;
(6) after freeze drying, carrying out sublimation drying for 80-120 min at a vacuum degree of 12-16 Pa and a temperature of-5 ℃;
(7) after sublimation drying, carrying out resolution drying for 2-4 h at the vacuum degree of 5-10 Pa and the temperature of 8-15 ℃ to obtain the multicolored leaf powder.
Preferably, the disrupted material for cell disruption is prepared from cellulase, pectinase and CTAB at a weight ratio of 1: 0.5-2: 0.1 to 0.3.
Preferably, the disrupted material for cell disruption is prepared from cellulase, pectinase and CTAB at a weight ratio of 1: 1.8: 0.2.
As a preferable mode, the juice extract, the crushed material for cell disruption, and the deionized water are mixed in a weight ratio of 1000: 4: 5000 mixing.
As a preferred scheme, the step (4) is pre-frozen for 2h at-48 ℃.
The invention also provides application of the gorgeous leaf juice or the gorgeous leaf powder which is complete and full-bright-leaf nutrient substances in preparing blood fat reducing medicines.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the gorgeous leaf juice is obtained by processing broken substances for cell breakage, centrifuging and concentrating, can effectively retain nutrients in the gorgeous leaves, can fully break by selecting cellulase, pectinase and CTAB as the broken substances for cell breakage, and can better extract components in the gorgeous leaves; (2) the gorgeous leaf powder is obtained by prefreezing, freeze-drying, sublimation-drying and analysis-drying gorgeous leaf juice, and can effectively protect the nutrient components and the color (green) of the gorgeous leaves.
