本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体地说涉及一种铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
精华素分水剂,油剂两种,所提取的是高营养物质并将其浓缩。植物精华素是从各种野生或人工种植的植物中提取的精华素,如桑叶精华、玫瑰精华、金盏花精华等,最受欢迎的是芦荟,因其刺激性小,对各类肤质都适用,主要效用是滋润、平衡水分和油脂分泌、消除红肿、减轻炎症。精华素就是根据肌肤活动原理研制的胶状营养液,天然植物配方,减缓眼部细纹,延缓肌肤老化速度,让肌肤重现活力与光彩;使用植物精华素从天然植物(Physcomitrrella)中提取有效生物活性多肽序列,结合组合化学和活性多肽优化等多种尖端技术。它的诞生标志抗皱祛皱化妆品从传统活性物向生物活性物的转变。
现有技术中,公开号CN109010120A发明名称含水维C双层精华液、制备方法和使用方法的发明专利申请,公开了一种不变色的含水维C双层精华液、制备方法和使用方法,该双层精华液具有双层结构包括:醇类成分、水和维C互溶构成精华液主体层,油脂类成分附着于精华液主体层上表面形成精华液覆盖层,从而精华液主体层和精华液覆盖层共同构成双层精华液。醇类成分提高了维C的溶解性,而且通过醇类成分的添加还降低了水的含量,有效降低维C变色的问题;同时,将维C溶于醇类成分和水的混合溶液中,使得醇类成分、水和维C构成的精华液主体的黏腻感大大下降,从而解决了现有无水配方VC精华液存在黏腻感的问题。此外,采用双层精华液,下层为精华液主体层,上层为油脂类成分形成的精华液覆盖层,从而减少维C与空气的接触,避免维C变色。

目前的美妆行业针对不同皮肤状态的人群设计有不同类型、不同功效的护肤品,设计一款适用于绝大部分人群使用的温和型沁肌紧肤精华液是非常有必要的。因此,提供固定配方的沁肌紧肤精华液,方便消费者使用和提供理想的化妆效果,成为一种客观需要。

为了克服现有护肤品的不足,本发明的一个目的是提供一种铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液;本发明的另一个目的是提供一种铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液的制备方法。

本发明所述的一种铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液,由皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、润滑剂、润肤剂、增溶剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、芳香剂和溶剂组成。
其中,所述皮肤调理剂选自二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物,铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUMCANDIDUM)提取物,酵母提取物,水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白混合物,油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水,烟酰胺,由丁二醇,燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇的混合物,和水和聚天冬氨酸钠的混合物组成的一组中的一个或多个;

在本发明中,所述石斛提取物提取方法如下:
(1)新鲜铁皮石斛茎叶洗净,晾晒或烘干脱水至干燥,然后用破壁机把铁皮石斛研磨成细粉末;
(2)铁皮石斛粉加入容器中,加入提取溶剂,料液重量比为1:9,提取溶剂为水与甘油(溶剂水醇比例1:1);
(3)浸提时进行均质搅拌,使粉料与溶剂充分接触,浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间2小时,降温;
(4)降温至45℃以下,加入防腐剂,用200目滤布过滤;
(5)静置48小时,取上层清液,使用1μm的微孔折叠滤芯进行抽滤,得提皮石斛提取物。
进一步,本发明所述技术方案的一种铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将原料丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、黄原胶用适量溶剂水浸泡过夜备用,形成B相;
步骤二、A相与B相加入洁净的锅内,升温到85-90℃,均质分散均匀,保温搅拌15-20分钟;所述A相包括甘油、丁二醇、生育酚乙酸酯、透明质酸钠、氯苯甘醚和适量溶剂水;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合物,降温到45℃以下,加入D、E相搅拌均匀,所述D相包括二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、由水和聚天冬氨酸钠组成的混合物、苯氧乙醇和香精;所述E相包括环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、酵母提取物、由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的皮肤调理剂、由水和生物糖胶-1组成的保湿剂、油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水、烟酰胺、泛醇、和由丁二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的皮肤调理剂;
步骤三、加入精氨酸(C相)中和增稠;送检合格后过滤出料。

在以下实施例中,铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物:
(1)新鲜铁皮石斛茎叶洗净,晾晒或烘干脱水至干燥,然后用破壁机把铁皮石斛研磨成细粉末;
(2)铁皮石斛粉加入容器中,加入提取溶剂,料液重量比为1:9,提取溶剂为水与甘油(溶剂水醇比例1:1);
(3)浸提时进行均质搅拌,使粉料与溶剂充分接触,浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间2小时,降温;
(4)降温至45℃以下,加入防腐剂,用200目滤布过滤;
(5)静置48小时,取上层清液,使用1μm的微孔折叠滤芯进行抽滤,得铁皮石斛提取物。
实施例1
在本实施例1中,以重量份计,依次称取原料:皮肤调理剂包括二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物2千克,铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物0.5千克,酵母提取物2千克,由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的混合物1千克,油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水2千克,烟酰胺1千克,由丁二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的混合物1千克,和水和聚天冬氨酸钠的混合物1千克;
保湿剂包括甘油8千克、丁二醇6千克、水和生物糖胶-1的混合物1千克、泛醇0.3千克和透明质酸钠0.1千克;

步骤二、A相与B相加入洁净的锅内,升温到85℃,均质分散均匀,保温搅拌15分钟;所述A相包括甘油、丁二醇、生育酚乙酸酯、透明质酸钠、氯苯甘醚和适量溶剂水;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合物,降温到45℃以下,加入D、E相搅拌均匀,所述D相包括二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、由水和聚天冬氨酸钠组成的混合物、苯氧乙醇和香精;所述E相包括环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、酵母提取物、由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的皮肤调理剂、由水和生物糖胶-1组成的保湿剂、油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水、烟酰胺、泛醇、和由丁二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的皮肤调理剂;

保湿剂包括甘油9千克、丁二醇8千克、水和生物糖胶-1的混合物1.2千克、泛醇0.4千克和透明质酸钠0.12千克;
润滑剂环五聚二甲基硅氧烷2.2千克;
润肤剂为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2.2千克;
增溶剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.22千克;

保湿剂包括甘油10千克、丁二醇9千克、水和生物糖胶-1的混合物1.4千克、泛醇0.5千克和透明质酸钠0.14千克;
润滑剂环五聚二甲基硅氧烷2.4千克;
润肤剂为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2.4千克;
增溶剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.24千克;

1.一种铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液,其特征在于所述铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液由皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、润滑剂、润肤剂、增溶剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、芳香剂和溶剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液,其特征在于所述皮肤调理剂选自二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物,铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物,酵母提取物,水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白混合物,油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水,烟酰胺,由丁二醇、燕麦(AVENASATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇的混合物,和水和聚天冬氨酸钠的混合物组成的一组中的一个或多个;
所述保湿剂选自甘油,丁二醇,水和生物糖胶-1的混合物,泛醇和透明质酸钠组成的的一组中的一个或多个;
所述润滑剂环五聚二甲基硅氧烷;
所述润肤剂为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯;
所述增溶剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油;
所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物或者黄原胶;
所述pH调节剂为精氨酸;
所述抗氧化剂为生育酚乙酸酯;
所述防腐剂为氯苯甘醚或苯氧乙醇;
所述芳香剂为香精;
所述溶剂为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液,其特征在于所述所述皮肤调理剂包括二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物1.6-2.4份,铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM
CANDIDUM)提取物0.3-0.8份,酵母提取物1.6-2.4份,由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的混合物0.6-1.4份,油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水1.6-2.4份,烟酰胺0.6-1.4份,由丁二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的混合物0.6-1.4份,和水和聚天冬氨酸钠的混合物0.6-1.4份;
其中,所述由丁二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的混合物以重量份计,包括丁二醇25-50份、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物1-5份和1,2-戊二醇25-50份;所述水和聚天冬氨酸钠的混合物以重量份计包括水61-68份、聚天冬氨酸钠20份、丁二醇6-10份和1,2己二醇1-4份;所述由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的混合物,以重量份计包括水27份、甘油3.5份和蚕丝胶蛋白69.5份;
所述保湿剂包括甘油5-10份、丁二醇3-9份、水和生物糖胶-1的混合物0.6-1.4份、泛醇0.1-0.5份和透明质酸钠0.06-0.14份;其中所述水和生物糖胶-1的混合物以重量份计包括水97.4份、生物糖胶-1份数1.1份和苯氧乙醇1.5份;
所述润滑剂环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6-2.4份;
所述润肤剂为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1.6-2.4份;
所述增溶剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.10-0.24份;
所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.20-0.28份或者黄原胶0.06-0.14份;
所述pH调节剂为精氨酸0.20-0.30份;
所述抗氧化剂为生育酚乙酸酯0.3-0.7份;
所述防腐剂为氯苯甘醚0.10-0.28份或苯氧乙醇0.3-0.7份;
所述芳香剂为香精0.008-0.032份。
所述溶剂为水60-80份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液,其特征在于所述皮肤调理剂包括二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物1.8-2.2份,铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物0.4-0.6份,酵母提取物1.8-2.2份,由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的混合物0.8-1.2份,油橄榄(OLEAEUROPAEA)果水1.8-2.2份,烟酰胺0.8-1.2份,由丁二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的混合物0.8-1.2份,和水和聚天冬氨酸钠的混合物0.8-1.2份;
所述保湿剂包括甘油6-9份、丁二醇4-8份、水和生物糖胶-1的混合物0.8-1.2份、泛醇0.2-0.4份和透明质酸钠0.08-0.12份;
所述润滑剂环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1.8-2.2份;
所述润肤剂为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1.8-2.2份;
所述增溶剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.15-0.22份;
所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.22-0.26份或者黄原胶0.08-0.12份;
所述pH调节剂为精氨酸0.22-0.28份;
所述抗氧化剂为生育酚乙酸酯0.4-0.6份;
所述防腐剂为氯苯甘醚0.15-0.25份或苯氧乙醇0.4-0.6份;
所述芳香剂为香精0.01-0.03份;
所述溶剂为水65-75份。
5.所述皮肤调理剂包括二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物2份,铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUMCANDIDUM)提取物0.5份,酵母提取物2份,由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的混合物1份,油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水2份,烟酰胺1份,由丁二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的混合物1份,和水和聚天冬氨酸钠的混合物1份;
所述保湿剂包括甘油8份、丁二醇6份、水和生物糖胶-1的混合物1份、泛醇0.3份和透明质酸钠0.1份;
所述润滑剂环五聚二甲基硅氧烷2份;
所述润肤剂为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1份;
所述增溶剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2份;
所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.25份或者黄原胶0.1份;

6.根据权利要求2所述的铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液,其特征在于所述石斛提取物提取方法如下:
新鲜铁皮石斛茎叶洗净,晾晒或烘干脱水至干燥,然后用破壁机把铁皮石斛研磨成细粉末;
铁皮石斛粉加入容器中,加入提取溶剂,料液重量比为1:9至2:8,提取溶剂为水与甘油(溶剂水醇比例1:1);
浸提时进行均质搅拌,使粉料与溶剂充分接触,浸提温度为70-90℃,浸提时间1.5-3.6小时,降温;
降温至45℃以下,加入防腐剂,用160-220目滤布过滤;
静置48小时,取上层清液,使用0.6-2μm的微孔折叠滤芯进行抽滤,得铁皮石斛提取物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液,其特征在于所述石斛提取物提取方法如下:
(1)新鲜铁皮石斛茎叶洗净,晾晒或烘干脱水至干燥,然后用破壁机把铁皮石斛研磨成细粉末;
(2)铁皮石斛粉加入容器中,加入提取溶剂,料液重量比为1:9,提取溶剂为水与甘油(溶剂水醇比例1:1);
(3)浸提时进行均质搅拌,使粉料与溶剂充分接触,浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间2小时,降温;
(4)降温至45℃以下,加入防腐剂,用200目滤布过滤;
(5)静置48小时,取上层清液,使用1μm的微孔折叠滤芯进行抽滤,得铁皮石斛提取物。
8.一种铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将原料丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、黄原胶用适量溶剂水浸泡过夜备用,形成B相;
步骤二、A相与B相加入洁净的锅内,升温到85-90℃,均质分散均匀,保温搅拌15-20分钟;所述A相包括甘油、丁二醇、生育酚乙酸酯、透明质酸钠、氯苯甘醚和适量溶剂水;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合物,降温到45℃以下,加入D、E相搅拌均匀,所述D相包括二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、由水和聚天冬氨酸钠组成的混合物、苯氧乙醇和香精;所述E相包括环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、酵母提取物、由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的皮肤调理剂、由水和生物糖胶-1组成的保湿剂、油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水、烟酰胺、泛醇、和由丙二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的皮肤调理剂;
步骤三、加入精氨酸(C相)中和增稠;送检合格后过滤出料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的铁皮石斛沁肌紧肤精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将原料丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、黄原胶用适量溶剂水浸泡过夜备用,形成B相;
步骤二、A相与B相加入洁净的锅内,升温到88℃,均质分散均匀,保温搅拌18分钟;所述A相包括甘油、丁二醇、生育酚乙酸酯、透明质酸钠、氯苯甘醚和适量溶剂水;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合物,降温到45℃以下,加入D、E相搅拌均匀,所述D相包括二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)提取物、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、由水和聚天冬氨酸钠组成的混合物、苯氧乙醇和香精;所述E相包括环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、酵母提取物、由水、甘油和蚕丝胶蛋白组成的皮肤调理剂、由水和生物糖胶-1组成的保湿剂、油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果水、烟酰胺、泛醇、和由丙二醇、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)提取物和1,2-戊二醇组成的皮肤调理剂;
步骤三、加入精氨酸(C相)中和增稠;送检合格后过滤出料。
