Abstract
本发明涉及一种复方低醇消毒液,其组分及其重量百分含量如下:短链一元醇10‑30wt%;脂肪二元醇0.5‑5wt%;脂肪酸酯0.5‑5wt%;防腐剂0.1‑2wt%;冬青油0.01‑0.1wt%;氯化钠0.5‑2wt%;有机酸0.3‑3wt%;余量为水。本发明还公开了该复方低醇消毒液的制备方法。本发明复方低醇消毒液含醇量低,对皮肤无刺激;挥发性小,避免了生产、运输、储存中的燃爆隐患。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种消毒液,特别涉及一种复方低醇消毒液,此外,本发明还涉及该复方低醇消毒液的制备方法。
背景技术
短链一元醇,如乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇是广泛使用的消毒剂,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌等具有杀灭作用。乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇能够起到杀菌消毒效果,必须达到很高的浓度,医疗上常用浓度为70-80%。而高浓度的乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇易燃易爆,在生产、运输、储存、使用过程中,都存在安全隐患。乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇对皮肤有刺激作用,醇浓度越高,对皮肤的刺激性越强,可引起皮肤干燥、皲裂、脱屑、皮炎等症状。此外高浓度的乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇易挥发,在使用时对眼睛、呼吸道有明显刺激。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述不足,根据本发明的实施例,希望提供一种复方低醇消毒液,通过多种成分的复方组合效果,醇浓度在10-30%,即可实现高效杀菌作用。该复方低醇消毒液的醇浓度低,对皮肤无刺激,且挥发性小,避免了生产、运输、储存中的燃爆隐患。此外,本发明还希望提出该复方低醇消毒液的制备方法。
根据实施例,本发明提供的一种复方低醇消毒液,其组分及其重量百分含量如下:
短链一元醇10-30wt%;
脂肪二元醇0.5-5wt%;
脂肪酸酯0.5-5wt%;
防腐剂0.1-2wt%;
冬青油0.01-0.1wt%;
氯化钠0.5-2wt%;
有机酸0.3-3wt%;
余量为水。
优选地,本发明复方低醇消毒液中,所述短链一元醇为乙醇、异丙醇或正丙醇的一种或几种。
优选地,本发明复方低醇消毒液中,所述脂肪二元醇为1,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇或1,2-辛二醇。
优选地,本发明复方低醇消毒液中,所述脂肪酸酯为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯或乳酸乙酯。
优选地,本发明复方低醇消毒液中,所述有机酸为柠檬酸、乳酸或苹果酸。
优选地,本发明复方低醇消毒液中,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、乙二醇苯醚、氯苯甘醚、三氯羟基二苯醚的一种或几种。
根据实施例,本发明提供的一种复方低醇消毒液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按所述重量百分含量,将冬青油加入到短链一元醇中,搅拌溶解,得A液;将防腐剂、脂肪酸酯加入到脂肪二元醇中,搅拌溶解,得B液;将氯化钠、有机酸加入到水中,搅拌溶解,得C液;在搅拌的同时,依次将A液、B液加入到C液中,搅拌均匀,即得复方低醇消毒液。
相对于现有技术,本发明以短链一元醇的乙醇、异丙醇或正丙醇为杀菌剂,复配脂肪二元醇、脂肪酸酯、防腐剂、冬青油、氯化钠、有机酸,形成复方低醇消毒液。乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇在低浓度时难以发挥杀菌功能,而氯化钠的加入,使醇的杀菌能力显著提高,起到了意想不到的效果。再与冬青油复配,可以有效提高醇的穿透性,快速提升醇的杀菌能力。脂肪酸酯与皮肤亲和力好,同时能与乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇互溶,可以协助增加乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇与皮肤上的细菌接触。防腐剂本身具有一定的抗菌能力,复配到本发明复方低醇体系中,可进一步起到协同增效作用。脂肪二元醇保湿护肤,有机酸维持皮肤弱酸态,可以有效降低消毒液的刺激性。上述因素多重组合,相互间协同增效,使醇浓度在10-30%即可实现高效杀菌作用。同时本发明提供的消毒液含醇量低,对皮肤无刺激;挥发性小,避免了生产、运输、储存中的燃爆隐患。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例应理解为仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围。在阅读了本发明记载的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等效变化和修改同样落入本发明权利要求所限定的范围。
实施例1
将冬青油0.5克加入到乙醇200克中,搅拌溶解,得A液;将对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1克、苯甲酸钠5克、乙二醇苯醚5克、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯20克加入到1,2-辛二醇30克中,搅拌溶解,得B液;将氯化钠1克、柠檬酸10克加入到水727.5克中,搅拌溶解,得C液;在搅拌的同时,依次将A液、B液加入到C液中,搅拌均匀,即得复方低醇消毒液。
实施例2
将冬青油0.2克加入到乙醇300克中,搅拌溶解,得A液;将对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.5克、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.5克、苯甲酸1克、山梨酸钾10克、氯苯甘醚3克、乳酸乙酯30克加入到1,3-丁二醇50克中,搅拌溶解,得B液;将氯化钠1.5克、苹果酸20克加入到水583.3克中,搅拌溶解,得C液;在搅拌的同时,依次将A液、B液加入到C液中,搅拌均匀,即得复方低醇消毒液。
实施例3
将冬青油0.4克加入到乙醇100克中,搅拌溶解,得A液;将对羟基苯甲酸丁酯0.5克、山梨酸5克、乙二醇苯醚10克、三氯羟基二苯醚1克、乳酸乙酯50克加入到1,2-戊二醇25克中,搅拌溶解,得B液;将氯化钠2克、乳酸15克加入到水791.1克中,搅拌溶解,得C液;在搅拌的同时,依次将A液、B液加入到C液中,搅拌均匀,即得复方低醇消毒液。
实施例4
将冬青油1克加入到乙醇150克和异丙醇50克中,搅拌溶解,得A液;将苯甲酸钠5克、山梨酸5克、氯苯甘醚5克、乙二醇苯醚5克、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯30克加入到1,3-丁二醇30克中,搅拌溶解,得B液;将氯化钠0.8克、柠檬酸5克加入到水713.2克中,搅拌溶解,得C液;在搅拌的同时,依次将A液、B液加入到C液中,搅拌均匀,即得复方低醇消毒液。
实施例5
将冬青油0.5克加入到乙醇100克、异丙醇30克和正丙醇30克中,搅拌溶解,得A液;将对羟基苯甲酸丁酯2克、苯甲酸钠5克、山梨酸钾5克、三氯羟基二苯醚2克、乳酸乙酯20克加入到1,2-辛二醇35克中,搅拌溶解,得B液;将氯化钠0.5克、乳酸30克加入到水740克中,搅拌溶解,得C液;在搅拌的同时,依次将A液、B液加入到C液中,搅拌均匀,即得复方低醇消毒液。
试验例
分别取各实施例1-5制得的复方低醇消毒液,依据中华人民共和国卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002年版的方法,进行微生物杀灭试验、皮肤刺激性试验和阴道粘膜刺激性试验。
微生物杀灭试验结果表明,实施例1-5制得的复方低醇消毒液作用0.5min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均>5.0。
多次皮肤刺激试验结果显示,实施例1-5制得的复方低醇消毒液对皮肤的刺激强度属无刺激性。
多次阴道粘膜刺激试验结果显示,实施例1-5制得的复方低醇消毒液对阴道粘膜的刺激强度属无刺激性。
如上述实施例制得的复方低醇消毒液,具有快速杀菌作用,对皮肤、黏膜无刺激,且挥发性小,避免了生产、运输、储存中的燃爆隐患。
Claims (3)
1.一种复方低醇消毒液,其特征在于,其组分及其重量百分含量如下:
短链一元醇10-30 wt%;所述短链一元醇选自乙醇、异丙醇和正丙醇;
脂肪二元醇3-5 wt%;所述脂肪二元醇为1,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇或1,2-辛二醇;
脂肪酸酯0.5-5 wt%,所述脂肪酸酯为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯或乳酸乙酯;
防腐剂0.1-2 wt%,所述防腐剂选自对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、乙二醇苯醚、氯苯甘醚和三氯羟基二苯醚;
冬青油0.01-0.1 wt%;
氯化钠0.5-2 wt%;
有机酸0.3-3 wt%;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复方低醇消毒液,其特征在于,所述有机酸为柠檬酸、乳酸或苹果酸。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的复方低醇消毒液的制备方法,其特征是,其包括如下步骤:
按所述重量百分含量,将冬青油加入到短链一元醇中,搅拌溶解,得A液;
将防腐剂、脂肪酸酯加入到脂肪二元醇中,搅拌溶解,得B液;
将氯化钠、有机酸加入到水中,搅拌溶解,得C液;
在搅拌的同时,依次将A液、B液加入到C液中,搅拌均匀,即得复方低醇消毒液。
