Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合式生理检测装置,配置于使用者身上用以检测使用者的多个生理信号,复合式生理检测装置至少包括:本体,本体内部设置有:心电图感测器,用以撷取使用者的心电生理信号;光电容积图感测器,用以撷取此使用者的血流量变化生理信号;温度感测器,用以撷取使用者的体温生理信号;以及声音感测器,用以撷取使用者的生理音生理信号;其中,心电图感测器具有参考电极,参考电极与温度感测器的测温电极耦接。借此,本发明的复合式生理检测装置,可同时量测血氧饱和度(SpO2)、心跳、脉搏、体温、呼吸以及心电图数值,可更精准确认使用者当前状况。

技术领域
本发明是有关于一种生理检测装置,尤其是有关于一种复合式生理检测装置。
背景技术
随着生活水准与医疗科技的不断进步,人们对于健康管理越来越重视,也因此各种生理监控以及感测技术的研究逐渐受到重视。因此,无论是在医院用的医疗等级仪器或者是居家保健用的消费型感测装置,各种可量测人体生理信号的仪器装置都因应而生。
尤其近年来逐渐发展出的穿戴式生医量测系统,借由将生医量测系统穿戴于身上,可达到随时纪录穿戴者的各项生理信号的效果,在对于手术后在家修养的病人、或是具有心脏病史的患者、或者是独居老人等,可达到即时量测穿戴者的生理信号,以对可能的疾病产生状况加以提醒或预防,还可达到迅速提醒及求救的效果。
因此,如何获得更正确的量测结果进而提高预测准确性即成为追求的目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合式生理检测装置,可同时量测血氧饱和度(SpO2)、心跳、脉搏、体温、呼吸以及心电图数值,可更精准确认使用者当前状况。
本发明的一实施例是提供一种复合式生理检测装置,可配置于使用者身上用以检测使用者的多个生理信号,复合式生理检测装置至少包括:本体,本体内部设置有:心电图感测器用以撷取使用者的心电生理信号;光电容积图感测器用以撷取使用者的血流量变化生理信号;温度感测器用以撷取使用者的体温生理信号;以及声音感测器用以撷取使用者的生理音生理信号,其中心电图感测器具有参考电极,参考电极与温度感测器的测温电极耦接。
根据本发明一实施例,此复合式生理检测装置还包括配戴单元耦接本体,其中配戴单元用于贴附在使用者的皮肤表面上,本体借由与配戴单元的耦接使得本体可以完全地贴附在使用者身体表面来进行多个生理信号收集。
根据本发明一实施例,此心电图感测器具有至少两个导电电极延伸至本体外部。
根据本发明一实施例,测温电极延伸至本体外部,测温电极具有外金属壳耦接参考电极。
根据本发明一实施例,测温电极设置于至少两个导电电极之间。
根据本发明一实施例,光电容积图感测器具有绿光源、红光源、红外光源和光检测二极管设置于本体外部。
根据本发明一实施例,复合式生理检测装置还包括警报系统设置于本体内部,当多个生理信号其中之一出现异常时,警报系统发出警示信号。
根据本发明一实施例,复合式生理检测装置还包括通信系统,用以将多个生理信号传送至外部装置。
根据本发明一实施例,复合式生理检测装置还包括气压计,用以量测大气压力。
因此,依据本发明的技术内容,本发明的复合式生理检测装置可同时量测血氧饱和度(SpO2)、心跳、脉搏、体温、呼吸以及心电图数值,让监测者可据此些数值进行综合判断,可更精准确认使用者当前状况。

图1所示为根据一实施例的一种复合式生理检测装置本体内部的示意图,图2所示为根据一实施例的一种复合式生理检测装置本体外部的示意图。请同时参照图1和图2。复合式生理检测装置100可让使用者随身配置以进行即时生理检测。复合型生理检测装置100包含:本体110及配戴单元120。配戴单元120用于贴附在使用者的皮肤表面上,本体110借由与配戴单元120的耦接使得本体110可以完全地贴附在使用者身体表面来进行使用者生理信号收集。其中配戴单元120与本体110之间的结合,可例如以组扣方式或是魔鬼毡相互结合的方式让本体110附着在配戴单元120之上。其中,配戴单元120具有可调整长度的功能,或/及弹性伸缩的性质,借此复合式生理检测装置100可适用于不同体型的使用者,或适用于配置于使用者不同的部位。
在一实施例中,本体110内部设有心电图(Electrocardiography,ECG)感测器111、光电容积图(Photoplethysmography,PPG)感测器112、温度感测器114、声音感测器115、通信系统116、警报系统117以及电源单元118。值得注意的是,上述感测器数量和种类仅为一例示,在其他实施例中,也可根据所需增加或减少感测器。而在本体110的外部则对应设置有心电图感测器111的至少两导电电极1111和1112、光电容积图感测器112的绿光源1121、红光源1122、红外光源1123和光检测二极管1124、温度感测器114的测温电极1141、声音感测器115的收音孔1151。在一实施例中,测温电极1141设置在两个导电电极1111和1112之间。
心脏运作可以公开人体的信息,包括健康、生活方式,甚至是情绪状态及心脏疾病的早期发病等。本案心电图感测器111可检测心跳速率和心脏活动,借由两个导电电极1111和1112连接到使用者皮肤表面,来量测心脏组织中所引发电气活动的信号。心电图感测器111会接收两导电电极1111和1112所撷取的心电信号,感知两导电电极1111和1112与使用者皮肤表面间的物理变化,以此作为基础来处理已撷取的心电信号。其中,所使用的电极的种类也可有不同的选择,例如,可以是干式电极、或湿式电极(wet gel electrode)、或其他适合的心电电极,以适应不同使用者的不同生理状况、使用习惯等因素。其中,除了使用基本的两导电电极1111和1112来进行单导程的心电图量测外,本发明还可以增加其他的导电电极,来进行多导程的心电图量测,也就是说,本案导电电极的数量可以有不同的配置,来配合不同的心电图量测。此外,为提供两个导电电极1111和1112在撷取心电信号量测过程中有一个稳定的电位,本发明还设置参考电极或接地电极来提供此稳定电位。在一实施例中,此参考电极或接地电极和测温电极1141的外金属壳耦接,也就是说,测温电极1141的外金属壳用以作为本发明提供稳定电位的参考电极或接地电极。
此外,随着心跳会有压力波通过血管,这个波会稍微改变血管的直径,光电容积图感测器就是利用这个变化来获得心脏功能信息的光学技术。光电容积图感测器主要用于测量血氧饱和度(SpO2)。这种方法的原理是:动脉中输送的血流量随心脏泵送周期呈现有规律的变化。心脏有节奏地按照一定周期泵血(心脏收缩)和抽血(心脏舒张)。在心脏收缩阶段会有更多的血流经动脉,而在心脏舒张阶段血流则较少。因此,通过测量身体某个特定部位的血流量变化,就可以从被测信号的周期性得到脉搏率。依此,当进行检测时,光电容积图感测器112的绿光源1121、红光源1122和红外光源1123发出的光会渗透进皮肤、组织和血管,然后被吸收、传送以及反射。然后由光检测二极管1124检测反射光强度的变化,借此变化计算出流经动脉的血流量变化,并可以从被测信号的周期性得到脉搏率以及心跳数,同时根据反射光强度变化会随带氧血红素及去氧血红素浓度浓淡所调变的物理现象,撷取人体血液中带氧血红素及去氧血红素个别的浓度变化信号,转换成血氧饱和度(SpO2)。
温度感测器114通过设置在本体110外部的测温电极1141检测受测者的温度。
声音感测器115通过设置在本体110外部的收音孔1151接触使用者的皮肤用以收集使用者的生理音,通过内部的类比数字转换器(未绘示出)转换为数字信号。借此,可通过心电图感测器111和声音感测器115同步收集心电信号与心脏或肺脏生理音,让医疗人员得以即时获得心音与肺音以及心电等医疗数据。
通信系统116可与外界装置(未绘于图中)通信,例如远端伺服器通信。在一实施例中,通信系统116可以有线或无线方式与远端伺服器通信,借此,复合式生理检测装置100可将检测结果传送至远端伺服器进行储存以及判断,或者可接收由远端伺服器所发射的信号,借此可与远端人员沟通。在一实施例中,当复合式生理检测装置100侦测使用者的生理信息出现异常,通信系统116即会发出信号给远端伺服器进行后续处理,如通知相关人士,达到远端监控目的。
警报系统117,包括扬声器,借以当复合式生理检测装置100侦测到使用者的生理信息出现异常时发出警示信号供使用者或现场人员注意使用者所发生生理不适,而可即时察知及处理。在一实施例中,警报系统117可和通信系统116同时做动,在生理信息出现异常时,由通信系统116会发出信号给远端伺服器进行后续处理,同时警报系统117发出警示信号告知使用者或现场人员注意。
电源单元118提供心电图感测器111、光电容积图感测器112、温度感测器114、声音感测器115、通信系统116、警报系统117运作的电力。电源单元118可为但不限于碱性电池、充电电池或薄型水银电池。
再者,在其他实施例中,因为很多心脏突发状况都和当时所处高度有关,因此本发明还可设置气压计,用以量测大气压力。
综合上述所言,本发明的复合式生理检测装置可同时量测血氧饱和度(SpO2)、心跳、脉搏、体温、呼吸以及心电图数值,让监测者可据此些数值进行综合判断,可更精准确认使用者当前状况。再者,复合式生理检测装置还包括通信系统以及警报系统,可传送此些数值至远端装置,进行远端监控,还可在发现数值异常时即时通报与相关人员,并通过警报系统发出警示信号供使用者或现场人员注意使用者所发生生理不适。
虽然本发明已经以实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种变动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视权利要求所界定者为准。
Claims (9)
1.一种复合式生理检测装置,配置于使用者身上用以检测所述使用者的多个生理信号,其特征在于,所述复合式生理检测装置至少包括:
本体,所述本体内部设置有:
心电图感测器,用以撷取所述使用者的心电生理信号;
光电容积图感测器,用以撷取所述使用者的血流量变化生理信号;
温度感测器,用以撷取所述使用者的体温生理信号;以及
声音感测器,用以撷取所述使用者的生理音生理信号,
其中,所述心电图感测器具有参考电极,所述参考电极与所述温度感测器的测温电极耦接。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合式生理检测装置,其特征在于,还包括配戴单元,耦接所述本体,其中所述配戴单元用于贴附在所述使用者的皮肤表面上,所述本体通过与所述配戴单元的耦接使得所述本体能够完全地贴附在所述使用者身体表面来进行所述多个生理信号收集。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合式生理检测装置,其特征在于,所述心电图感测器具有至少两个导电电极延伸至所述本体外部。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合式生理检测装置,其特征在于,所述测温电极延伸至所述本体外部,所述测温电极具有外金属壳耦接所述参考电极。
5.如权利要求4所述的复合式生理检测装置,其特征在于,所述测温电极设置于所述至少两个导电电极之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的复合式生理检测装置,其特征在于,所述光电容积图感测器具有绿光源、红光源、红外光源和光检测二极管设置于所述本体外部。
7.如权利要求1所述的复合式生理检测装置,其特征在于,还包括警报系统,设置于所述本体内部,当所述多个生理信号其中之一出现异常时,所述警报系统发出警示信号。
8.如权利要求1所述的复合式生理检测装置,其特征在于,还包括通信系统,用以将所述多个生理信号传送至外部装置。
9.如权利要求1所述的复合式生理检测装置,其特征在于,还包括气压计,用以量测大气压力。
