The chip mounter is a special device for mounting the chip components, controls the mounting head to travel by using the control system, finishes chip pickup from the feeder through the suction nozzle of the mounting head, automatically mounts the chips onto corresponding bonding pad positions of the appointed circuit board, and finally realizes automatic mounting of the chips on the circuit board. The feeder of a general large-scale chip mounter mainly takes an independent feeder structure as a main part, and the independent feeder can complete the functions of accurate feeding, automatic feeding, waste nylon tape stripping and the like of a material belt.

The invention aims to provide a chip mounter which solves the problem that the material taking precision is influenced in the stripping process of a nylon belt.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: a chip mounter comprises a base, an X-Y moving mechanism and a chip mounting mechanism moving through the X-Y moving mechanism, wherein the chip mounting mechanism comprises a chip mounting head and a vacuum sucker arranged on the chip mounting head, a positioning needle is arranged at the lower end of the chip mounting head and used for inserting into a positioning hole in a material belt and driving the material belt to move a set distance, a nylon belt stripping mechanism is further arranged on the base and used for clamping the nylon belt and pulling the nylon belt to move reversely along the feeding direction.
Preferably, the nylon strip peeling mechanism comprises a peeling bracket, a rotating shaft arranged on the peeling bracket, a main gear arranged on the rotating shaft, a support rod arranged on one side of the rotating shaft and a pinion arranged on the support rod, wherein the pinion is pressed on the main gear and meshed with the main gear, and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the pressure between the pinion and the main gear is arranged on the support rod.

The chip mounting head 301 sucks the chip and then moves to the position above the vision correction assembly 8 for photographing, the offset is calculated through the crosshairs on the camera lens, and the position of the chip on the chip mounting head 301 is determined, so that the chip is accurately mounted on the circuit board.
