It can be understood that if the current system time is within the validity period of the certificate, the identity card is valid, and otherwise, the identity card is invalid. Because the time comparison is more convenient, before the biological identification information comparison, whether the identity card is invalid or not is confirmed, the judgment result of whether the identity of the user is qualified or not can be obtained more quickly, and the data processing efficiency is further improved.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, the identity information includes age information, the identity information acquisition module is a camera, and the obtaining of the identity information of the user through the identity information acquisition module specifically includes the following steps:
when a purchase request is received, outputting second prompt information for prompting face information acquisition; shooting a face image of the user through the camera; carrying out face recognition on the obtained face image to obtain the facial features of the user; and obtaining the age information of the user according to the facial features and the preset facial features of the human of all age groups and genders.

Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, the identity information includes age information, and the obtaining of the identity information of the user through the identity information collecting module specifically includes the following steps: when a purchase request is received, outputting fourth prompt information for prompting the user to show the identity card; shooting a motion picture of the identity card shown by the user through a camera device, wherein the motion picture comprises a face picture of the user and a picture of the identity card shown; matching the head portrait in the picture of the identity card with the face picture; when the matching degree of the face picture of the head portrait in the picture of the identity card is larger than a preset second matching degree; and identifying the birth date in the picture of the identity card, and calculating the age information of the user according to the identified birth date.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, the user may select a commodity to be purchased, and perform a payment operation after the identity confirmation meets the preset purchasing condition, that is, when the identity of the user meets the preset purchasing condition, the discharging structure is controlled to perform the discharging operation according to the purchasing information of the user, which may specifically include: when the identity of the user accords with the preset purchasing condition, generating and outputting a two-dimensional code containing a payment link according to the purchasing information of the user, wherein the payment link is used for guiding the user to finish payment on a payment platform; and when receiving notification information for confirming payment returned by the payment platform, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchase information of the user.
The payment platform may be, for example, a payment platform such as WeChat, Payment treasures, and contracted banks. And the user scans the two-dimension code by using the mobile phone to obtain a payment interface of the payment platform, and completes payment operation through the payment interface.

receiving a purchase request sent by a server, wherein the purchase request contains purchase information of the user, and the purchase information comprises: identification information and quantity of the commodities to be purchased and notification information of successful payment; judging whether the corresponding commodity is a commodity limited to be purchased or not according to the identification information of the commodity to be purchased; if the purchased product is restricted, step S201 is executed: when a purchase request is received, outputting first prompt information for prompting identity card information acquisition and biological identification information acquisition; and if the commodity is not the commodity which is limited to be purchased, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchasing information.
The details of the purchase request sent by the server may specifically refer to the related description in step S201, and are not described herein again.
It is understood that the above step of determining whether the product is a purchase restriction product may also be applied before step S101 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and in this case, when the corresponding product is a purchase restriction product as a result of the determination, step S101 is executed.
In this way, by determining whether the goods are the limited goods and executing different operations based on the determination result, the intelligent vending apparatus can realize the automatic vending of the limited goods and the automatic vending of the unlimited goods, thereby further expanding the application range of the apparatus and improving the universality of the apparatus.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
acquiring the residual quantity of the commodities to be purchased in the bin according to the identification information of the commodities to be purchased;
judging whether the residual quantity is less than the quantity of the commodities to be purchased;
if the number of the commodities to be purchased is not less than the number of the commodities to be purchased, executing step S101 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, or executing step S201 in the embodiment shown in fig. 4;
if the number of the commodities is less than the number of the commodities to be purchased, determining that the identity of the user does not accord with the preset purchasing condition, and outputting prompt information to prompt the user that the stock is insufficient.
In this embodiment, the biometric identification is performed first and then the age determination is performed. Alternatively, the age determination may be performed first and then the biometric identification may be performed. s305, when the matching degree of the collected biological identification information and the read biological identification information is larger than a preset first matching degree, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchase information of the user.
The difference between the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and the embodiment shown in fig. 4 is that it is determined whether the age of the user meets the preset age condition according to the birth date information stored in the built-in chip of the user-presented identification card read by the card reader. On one hand, if the age of the user meets the preset age condition, the step of matching the biological identification information is continuously executed, and when the matching degree of the collected biological identification information and the read biological identification information is greater than the preset first matching degree (namely, through biological identification), the discharging structure is controlled to execute the discharging operation according to the purchase information of the user. On the other hand, when the age of the user does not meet the preset age condition, or the matching degree between the collected biological identification information and the read biological identification information is not greater than the preset first matching degree (i.e. biological identification is not passed), the subsequent biological identification information matching operation is not continued, and the discharging structure is not controlled to execute the discharging operation. The age is judged first, and compared with the process of matching the biological identification information, the age condition is the first requirement of purchasing, so that the processing speed can be further improved, and the user can be helped to complete the purchasing operation more quickly.
For the details of the age determination and the biometric information matching in steps S301 to S305 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, reference may be made to the corresponding descriptions of the relevant parts in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and the details are not repeated here.

As shown in fig. 6, the intelligent vending apparatus includes: the intelligent vending method comprises a memory 501, a processor 502, an identity information acquisition module 503, a discharging structure 504 and a computer program which is stored on the memory 501 and can be run on the processor 502, wherein when the processor 502 executes the computer program, each step in the intelligent vending method provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 3 to 5 is realized.
The Memory 501 may be a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM) Memory, or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as a magnetic disk Memory. The memory 501 is used for storing a set of executable program code, and the processor 502 is coupled to the memory 501. The memory 501, processor 502, identity information acquisition module 503, and out-of-feed structure 504 may be connected by a bus 505.
For other structures of the intelligent vending apparatus in this embodiment, reference may also be made to the intelligent vending apparatus provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent vending system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the system includes: a mobile terminal 601, a server 602, and a smart vending apparatus 603.
The mobile terminal 601 is configured to obtain identification information and quantity of a to-be-purchased commodity pointed by an operation of a user, generate identification information for the user, and send the generated identification information, the identification information of the to-be-purchased commodity, and the quantity to the server 602.
The server 602 is configured to use the identification information and the quantity of the product to be purchased as purchase information, generate a purchase request including the purchase information, and send the purchase request to the smart vending apparatus 603.
The structure of the intelligent vending apparatus 603 may specifically refer to the intelligent vending apparatus provided in the embodiments shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 6, and the intelligent vending apparatus 603 is configured to perform each step in the intelligent vending method provided in the embodiments shown in fig. 3 to fig. 5, and may specifically refer to the description related to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 5, which is not repeated herein.
The mobile terminal 601 is as follows: for electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet computers, and smart wearable devices having a camera device and a communication module, which can perform data processing during movement, the detailed implementation process of the functions thereof can refer to the description in the embodiments shown in fig. 3 to 5, and will not be described herein again.
For a specific implementation process of the functions of the server 602, reference may be made to the related descriptions in the embodiments shown in fig. 3 to fig. 5, and details are not described here again.

The computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the intelligent vending method described in the embodiments of fig. 3 to 5.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be other divisions, for example, multiple modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each of the modules may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.

Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a readable storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned readable storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a U disk, a removable hard disk, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
It should be noted that, for the sake of simplicity, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combinations, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present application is not limited by the described order of acts, as some steps may be performed in other orders or simultaneously according to the present application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In view of the above description of the intelligent vending method, apparatus and system provided by the present application, those skilled in the art will recognize that changes may be made in the embodiments and applications of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent vending method is used for controlling intelligent vending equipment, an identity information acquisition module, a discharge structure and a storage bin used for storing articles are arranged on the intelligent vending equipment, the articles comprise commodities limited to be purchased, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the identity information of the user through the identity information acquisition module;
determining whether the identity of the user meets a preset purchasing condition or not according to the acquired identity information;
and when the identity of the user accords with the preset purchasing condition, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchasing information of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identity information acquisition module comprises a card reader and a biometric information acquisition module;
before the identity information of the user is acquired through the identity information acquisition module, the method further comprises the following steps:
when a purchase request is received, outputting first prompt information for prompting to acquire identity card information and biological identification information, wherein the purchase request comprises purchase information of the user;
the identity information of the user is acquired through the identity information acquisition module; determining whether the identity of the user meets a preset purchasing condition or not according to the acquired identity information; when the identity of the user meets the preset purchasing condition, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchasing information of the user, and specifically comprising the following steps:
reading birth date information and biological identification information stored in a built-in chip of the identity card shown by the user through the card reader;
collecting the biological identification information of the user through the biological identification information collecting module, and matching the collected biological identification information with the read biological identification information;
when the matching degree of the acquired biological identification information and the read biological identification information is greater than a preset first matching degree, taking the read birth date information as the identity information of the user;
calculating the age of the user according to the birth date information, and determining whether the calculated age of the user meets a preset age condition;
when the age of the user meets the preset age condition, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchase information of the user;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

reading birth date information and biological identification information stored in a built-in chip of the identity card shown by the user through the card reader, and taking the birth date information as the identity information of the user;
calculating the age of the user according to the birth date information, and determining whether the calculated age of the user meets a preset age condition;
when the age of the user meets the preset age condition, acquiring the biological identification information of the user through the biological identification information acquisition module, and matching the acquired biological identification information with the read biological identification information;
and when the matching degree of the acquired biological identification information and the read biological identification information is greater than the preset first matching degree, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchase information of the user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before the collecting biometric information of the user by the biometric information collection module and matching the collected biometric information with the read biometric information, further comprising:
reading certificate validity information stored in a built-in chip of the identity card through the card reader;
determining whether the identity card is invalid or not according to the certificate validity information and the current system time;
if the identity card is not invalid, the step of acquiring the biological identification information of the user through the biological identification information acquisition module and matching the acquired biological identification information with the read biological identification information is executed;
and if the identity card is invalid, confirming that the identity of the user does not accord with the preset purchasing condition.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the biometric information comprises: face information and/or fingerprint information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the identity information comprises age information, the identity information acquisition module comprises a camera, and the obtaining identity information of the user through the identity information acquisition module comprises:
when a purchase request is received, outputting second prompt information for prompting face information acquisition;
shooting a face image of the user through the camera;
carrying out face recognition on the shot face image to obtain the facial features of the user;
and obtaining the age information of the user according to the facial features and the preset facial features of the human of all age groups and genders.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the controlling the discharging structure to perform discharging operation according to the purchase information of the user when the identity of the user meets the preset purchase condition comprises:
when the identity of the user accords with the preset purchasing condition, generating and outputting a two-dimensional code containing a payment link according to the purchasing information of the user, wherein the payment link is used for guiding the user to finish payment on a payment platform;
and when receiving notification information for confirming payment returned by the payment platform, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchase information of the user.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the item further comprises an unlimited purchase item, and before the obtaining identity information of the user by the identity information acquisition module, further comprising:
receiving a purchase request sent by a server, wherein the purchase request comprises purchase information of the user, and the purchase information of the user comprises: identification information and quantity of the commodities to be purchased and notification information of successful payment;
judging whether the corresponding commodity is a commodity limited to be purchased or not according to the identification information of the commodity to be purchased;
if the commodity is limited to be purchased, the step of acquiring the identity information of the user through the identity information acquisition module is executed;
and if the commodity is not the commodity which is limited to be purchased, controlling the discharging structure to execute discharging operation according to the purchasing information of the user.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the identity of the user does not accord with the preset purchasing condition, sending notification information with unqualified identity to the server so that the server cancels the payment operation corresponding to the notification information of successful payment.
9. An intelligent vending apparatus, comprising: a memory, a processor, an identity information acquisition module, a discharging structure and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, when executing the computer program, implementing the intelligent vending method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. An intelligent vending system, comprising: a mobile terminal, a server and the intelligent vending apparatus of claim 9;
the mobile terminal is used for acquiring the identification information and the quantity of the commodities to be purchased, which are pointed by the user operation, generating identification information for the user, and sending the generated identification information, the identification information and the quantity of the commodities to be purchased to the server;
the server is used for taking the identification information and the quantity of the commodities to be purchased as the purchasing information of the user, generating a purchasing request containing the purchasing information of the user and sending the purchasing request to the intelligent vending equipment.
