FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a vending machine according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 3 is an internal structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic vending method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: when the first article is identified to be included in the articles which the user wants to purchase, the biological characteristic data acquired by the biological characteristic information acquisition module of the automatic vending machine is acquired;
step 102: determining user information by using an identification model according to the biological characteristic data;
step 103: determining whether the user qualifies for purchase of the first item based on the user information;
step 104: stopping selling the first item to the user when the user is not eligible for purchase of the first item.
In particular, the first item may comprise tobacco, wine, or other items that are not suitable for sale to minors. In actual application, whether the first item is included in the items purchased by the user can be determined by acquiring the shopping list of the user. Specifically, when a user purchases an item on the vending machine, the user may determine the item that the user wants to purchase by clicking a button or clicking a link. When a user clicks a button or clicks a link, an item corresponding to the button or the link is put into a shopping cart or a shopping list, and the user can determine an item which the user wants to purchase by inquiring the shopping cart or the shopping list. Thus, here, the shopping cart or shopping list may be utilized to determine whether the first item is included in the items that the user wants to purchase. When it is recognized that the item that the user wants to purchase includes the first item, the operation of the method in the present embodiment is performed.
Specifically, when it is recognized that the first item is included in the items that the user wants to purchase, the biometric data of the user can be obtained by using the biometric information collection module on the vending machine. For example, a user image may be acquired through a camera, and it is determined whether the user qualifies for purchase of the first item based on the user image acquired by photographing.
When the user does not have or does not conform to the purchasing qualification of the first item, the first item is stopped from being sold to the user, and the tobacco and wine are prevented from being sold to minors. In one embodiment, the user's purchase operation may continue to be performed when the user qualifies for purchase of the first item. That is, the first item may be allowed to be sold to the user when the user qualifies for a purchase.
In actual application, after the biological characteristic data is obtained, the user information can be determined by using the identification model; and judging whether the user accords with the purchasing qualification of the first item or not based on the user information. Here, the recognition model may be a neural network model. In practical application, a plurality of recognition results such as the gender, the height and the age of the user can be recognized by using one neural network model based on the biological characteristic data, and one result of the plurality of recognition results such as the gender, the height and the age of the user can be recognized by using each neural network model in the plurality of neural network models based on the biological characteristic data. For example, a first neural network model, based on biometric data, identifies the gender of the user; a second neural network model for identifying the height of the user based on the biometric data; and the third neural network model identifies the age bracket of the user based on the biological characteristic data. Certainly, in practical application, one neural network model can also identify partial results in three results of the sex, the height and the age of the user, and the other neural network model can identify the rest partial results.
Further, in an embodiment, when the biometric information collection module includes a camera, the determining, according to the biometric data and using a recognition model, user information includes:
acquiring a setting position of the camera in the vending machine;
and calculating the actual height of the human body of the user based on the set position, the shooting range of the camera and the user image acquired by the camera.
In practical application, the camera is fixed in the automatic vending machine, so that the position of the face in the captured picture is identified through the captured picture by the camera, and the height of the human body can be calculated. Here, different types of vending machines, the setting position of camera is different, and the shooting scope that different types of camera can shoot is also different, therefore, can save in advance the camera is located vending machine's setting position, and the shooting scope of camera to follow-up can in time confirm user's height according to the user's image of shooing.
Specifically, after the photographed user image is acquired, the height of the user can be determined after corresponding conversion and processing based on the setting position of the vending machine where the camera is located, the photographing range of the camera, and the user image.
Further, in an embodiment, calculating the actual height of the user according to the user image collected by the camera based on the setting position, the shooting range of the camera, and the setting position includes:
determining the relative position of the face in the shooting range based on the shooting range and the position coordinates of the face in the user image;
and calculating the actual height of the human body of the user according to the relative position of the human face in the shooting range and the set position.
In practical application, based on the shooting range of the camera, the position of the face of the user in the user image is in one-to-one correspondence with the position of the user in the shooting range of the camera, so that based on the position coordinates of the face of the user in the user image, the relative position of the face in the shooting range can be determined through conversion. And then the height of the user can be calculated by combining the setting height of the camera. Here, the specific conversion and processing algorithm may be a general data processing algorithm, which is not described herein.
Further, in an embodiment, when the user information includes gender and height, the determining whether the user qualifies for the purchase of the first item based on the user information includes:
when the gender is female, judging the height by utilizing a first threshold value combination, and judging whether the user accords with the purchasing qualification of the first article;
and when the gender is male, judging the height by utilizing a second threshold value combination, and judging whether the user accords with the purchasing qualification of the first article.
Specifically, based on the age of 18 years or more, the range of heights of men and women is different, and different threshold combinations can be used to determine whether the user meets the purchase eligibility of the first item based on the gender of the user.
The first threshold value combination includes a first height threshold value and a first age threshold value, and when the gender of the user is female, the height of the user is compared with the first height threshold value, and the age of the user is compared with the first age threshold value. And when the height of the user is greater than the first height threshold value and the age bracket of the user is superior to the first age bracket threshold value, judging that the user accords with the purchasing qualification of the first article. And when the height of the user is less than or equal to the first height threshold value or the age group of the user is less than or equal to the first age group threshold value, judging that the user is not qualified for purchasing the first item.
Correspondingly, the second threshold combination comprises a second height threshold and a second age threshold, and when the gender of the user is male, the height of the user is compared with the second height threshold, and the age of the user is compared with the second age threshold. And when the height of the user is greater than the second height threshold value and the age group of the user is superior to the second age group threshold value, judging that the user accords with the purchasing qualification of the first article. And when the height of the user is less than or equal to the second height threshold value or the age group of the user is less than or equal to the second age group threshold value, judging that the user is not qualified for purchasing the first item.
In practical application, in order to further prevent a judgment error and improve the identification accuracy, on the basis of determining the gender of the user, besides a single judgment index of the first height threshold and the first age group threshold, the first threshold combination may further include a plurality of height and age corresponding pairs. That is, in the first threshold combination, the height thresholds are different for different age groups. For example, the first threshold combination includes: the height threshold value corresponding to the age range of 20-25 is A, the height threshold value corresponding to the age range of 25-30 is B, and the height threshold value corresponding to the age range of 30-35 is C. When the gender of the user is female and the age range of the user is 25 to 30, the height a of the user at the moment can be compared with a height threshold value B, when the height a of the user is greater than the height threshold value B, the user is judged to be in accordance with the purchase qualification of the first article, and when the height a of the user is less than or equal to the height threshold value B, the user is judged to be not in accordance with the purchase qualification of the first article.
Here, the height ranges to which they may belong are different due to the user groups of different age groups. For example, the height range of the user group of the old generation is relatively shorter than that of the user group of the new generation, and if the judgment is performed by adopting the consistent standard, the judgment result may be inaccurate.
Further, in an embodiment, setting the first threshold combination comprises:
obtaining a vending location of the vending machine;
determining a vending area of the vending machine based on the vending location;
acquiring height areas corresponding to all residents with female gender in all age groups in the selling area;
and taking each age group and the corresponding height area as the first threshold value combination.
Here, the height thresholds corresponding to different age groups are further determined according to different positions of the vending machines, so that the determination result can be further improved, and the determination accuracy can be enhanced.
In addition to the above, other determination methods may be used to determine whether the user is eligible for the purchase of the first item.
Further, in an embodiment, when the user information includes gender and height, the determining whether the user qualifies for the purchase of the first item based on the user information includes:
acquiring a mapping relation table, wherein the mapping relation table comprises corresponding relations of a plurality of different genders, heights and age groups;
determining the age bracket to which the user belongs by using the gender, the height and the mapping relation table;
determining whether the user qualifies for purchase of the first item based on the age group.
Here, a plurality of combination types of different genders, heights, and age groups may be directly preset, and whether the user is eligible for purchase of the first item may be determined according to the different combination types. For example, the predetermined gender A1, height B1, age group C1 correspond to a first item's purchase eligibility; the preset sex A2, the height B1 and the age group C1 correspond to the purchasing qualification of the first item; the predetermined gender A2, height B2, age group C1 corresponds to non-compliance with the first item's purchase eligibility. Here, after acquiring the gender, height and age of the user, the purchasing qualification of the user can be determined directly by querying the mapping relation table.
Of course, in practical application, simple judgment rules can be adopted for judgment. For example, whether male or female, only if the user is less than 18 years of age, or less than 150 centimeters in height, the user is considered to be a minor and does not qualify for purchase of the first item.
A specific embodiment will be described below based on the above. That is, when a transaction occurs, the age of the purchasing user is judged by facial recognition using the following procedure, and if the age is 18 years or less, the transaction is terminated. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: the vending machine determines whether the goods selected by the user include special goods such as cigarettes and wine.
Step 2: and if so, acquiring the face image and the gender of the user and measuring the height of the user.
And step 3: and judging whether the age of the user is less than 18 years old or not according to the data such as the face image, the gender and the height. (for example, an age label is output through a human face, image recognition can be adopted, CNN and other image recognition processing models are adopted, the models are trained in advance, the model is used for classifying the human face images after training to obtain the age label, if the label is a minor, the transaction is directly refused, if the label is an adult, whether the height is larger than a preset threshold value is judged, and if the label is an adult, the transaction is allowed.)
And 4, step 4: if the user is less than 18 years of age, the transaction is terminated.
The embodiment can realize automatic supervision of minors, and has reliable and effective process.
According to the automatic vending method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the first article is identified in the articles which the user wants to purchase, the biological characteristic data acquired by the biological characteristic information acquisition module of the automatic vending machine is acquired; determining user information by using an identification model according to the biological characteristic data; determining whether the user qualifies for purchase of the first item based on the user information; stopping selling the first item to the user when the user is not eligible for purchase of the first item. By adopting the scheme provided by the invention, the juveniles can be supervised during automatic shopping, and the articles such as tobacco, wine and the like are prevented from being sold to the juveniles.
