In this embodiment of the application, optionally, the voiceprint information of the user may be matched with voiceprint information of a preset identity, so as to obtain the identity information of the user.
In an application example of the present application, registration of a preset identity may be performed. Taking the home environment as an example, the preset identities may include: parents and children, or preset identities may include: children, father, mother, grander, etc. Alternatively, the shopping behavior of minors may be controlled, and "children" may be excluded from the preset identity.
In the registration process of the preset identity, voiceprint information of the preset identity can be collected through guidance and prompting. The identity information of the user may be subsequently determined based on the voiceprint information of the user.

Optionally, determining the identity information of the user according to the voiceprint information of the user may specifically include: and matching the voiceprint information of the user with the voiceprint information corresponding to the preset identity, and taking the successfully matched target preset identity as the identity information of the user.
According to the embodiment of the application, in the purchasing process of the target commodity, one-time identity authentication or multiple-time identity authentication can be performed according to the voiceprint information of the user. Once identity authentication, once voiceprint information can be collected, and once identity authentication is carried out on the once voiceprint information. The voiceprint authentication information can be dynamic information or static information. The method and the device for processing the voiceprint information can store the mapping relation between the voiceprint information and the payment object information. The payment object information may be an account of the payment platform, or the payment object information may be a payment card and a ticket of a financial institution, and it can be understood that the specific payment object information is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
The reason why the matching result is not matched may include: the identity authentication fails, that is, the voiceprint information of the user is not matched with any preset identity, that is, the preset identity matched with the voiceprint information of the user does not exist, and the like. Or, the reason that the matching result is not matched may include: the text corresponding to the second voice message does not match the voiceprint authentication information, and the like.
If the matching result is not matched, a payment-for-delivery request can be sent to a preset communication identifier associated with the voiceprint information of the user, so that other users or other equipment can pay for the order.
The embodiment of the application can store the mapping relation between the voiceprint information and the communication identification. The communication identifier can be a mobile phone number, an email account, an instant messaging account and the like. The payment substituting request can correspond to the link, so that the communication opposite end jumps to a payment interface corresponding to the link, and then payment is finished.
In an optional embodiment of the application, the sending a payment assistant request for the order may specifically include:

In addition, according to the voiceprint information obtained based on the voiceprint information of the user, the order request is sent, and payment is carried out on the order. The voiceprint information has the advantages of being not easy to forget, good in anti-counterfeiting performance, not easy to forge or steal, portable, available anytime and anywhere and the like, so that the operation that a user logs in an e-commerce platform in a login mode such as password login can be saved, the payment difficulty of an order can be simplified, the acquisition difficulty of the voiceprint information is low, and the difficulty of online shopping can be reduced.
Method embodiment two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a second embodiment of the data processing method of the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, displaying a commodity interface corresponding to voice information under the condition that the voice information input by a user accords with a shopping triggering condition;
step 202, sending an order request for a target commodity according to the voiceprint information of the user and the information of the target commodity to obtain an order corresponding to the order request; the target commodity can be a commodity selected by the user from the commodity interface;
step 203, paying the order according to the voiceprint verification information;
with respect to the first embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment may further include:
step 204, aiming at order logistics query information which is input by a user and is in a voice form, determining a target order corresponding to the order logistics query information according to the voiceprint information of the user;
and step 205, playing and/or displaying the logistics information corresponding to the target order.
According to the method and the device, the user can be supported to inquire the logistics information corresponding to the order through voice, namely, the user can be supported to trigger the inquiry of order logistics through voice, and therefore the difficulty and the complexity of order logistics inquiry can be reduced.
In addition, according to the method and the device, the target order corresponding to the order logistics inquiry information is determined according to the voiceprint information of the user, and the target order required by the user can be located according to the voiceprint information of the user, so that the operation cost of logging in an e-commerce APP or an e-commerce website through password or scanning by the user can be saved, and the convenience of order logistics inquiry is improved.
In this embodiment of the application, determining the target order corresponding to the order logistics inquiry information may specifically include: determining a candidate order corresponding to the voiceprint information according to a mapping relation between the voiceprint information and the order; and determining a target order from the candidate orders according to the order logistics query information.
For example, the order logistics inquiry information may be "where my order is arrived", "where my express is arrived", or the like. It is understood that the order logistics query information may include: the preset keywords such as "order", "logistics", "express", "where to go", and the like, in other words, if the language information includes the preset keywords, the determination of the target order may be triggered.
According to an embodiment, if the voiceprint information of the user corresponds to an order in the logistics process, it is indicated that the logistics object corresponding to the order is not signed by the user in the logistics process, and in this case, the logistics information corresponding to the order can be directly played and/or displayed.
According to another embodiment, if the voiceprint information of the user corresponds to a plurality of orders in the logistics process, in this case, the logistics information corresponding to the plurality of orders can be directly played and/or displayed.
In an optional embodiment of the application, the determining the target order corresponding to the order logistics inquiry information may specifically include: playing and/or displaying order information corresponding to the voiceprint information of the user; and determining a target order corresponding to the order logistics inquiry information in response to the selection operation of the user for the order information.
The method and the device for providing the voiceprint information can provide the order information corresponding to the voiceprint information for the user to select, can be suitable for the condition that the voiceprint information of the user corresponds to a plurality of orders, and particularly can be suitable for the condition that the voiceprint information of the user corresponds to a plurality of orders in the logistics process.
Optionally, the following information may be played and/or presented: "do you have M (M is a natural number) orders in the logistics process asking which one you want to inquire? "then the user's selection operation may include any of the following voice instructions: "the nearest one", "the nearest two", "all", etc. The embodiment of the present application may determine the target order according to the selection operation, and provide the logistics information of the target order to the user.
Method embodiment three
The third method embodiment can support the user to purchase the commodity through voice information in a voice communication mode.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of a third embodiment of the data processing method in the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
301, displaying a commodity interface corresponding to the voice information under the condition that the first voice information input by the user accords with a shopping triggering condition;
the commodity interface may include: information of at least one commodity;
for example, the first voice message may be "i want to buy article a".
Step 302, playing commodity inquiry information aiming at commodities in the commodity interface;
the article inquiry information may be "find an article for you asking which one you want to buy".
Step 303, determining the target commodity according to the voice response information of the user aiming at the commodity inquiry information;
for example, the voice response message may be "first article, P-piece", and P may be a natural number.

In practical applications, before the payment is made for the order, the voiceprint information of the user can be determined through one or more times of identity authentication.
For example, the user's voiceprint information may be determined from the user's voiceprint information. For example, one or more times of voice information can be collected based on a communication mode, and identity authentication corresponding to the voice information is performed, so that the naturalness of the identity authentication can be improved. In summary, according to the data processing method of the embodiment of the application, after the user triggers the shopping process through voice, the selection of the target commodity and the submission of the order can be triggered through a voice mode, and since the pronunciation is within the capability range of the old user, the difficulty of shopping can be reduced, and the method can be further suitable for the old user with the limited capability range.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of an interaction process between a user and a smart speaker, which may be used to complete shopping conveniently, according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The smart speaker may include: a screen and a speaker.
The interaction process shown in fig. 4 specifically includes:
step S1, receiving the voice message of the user, i.e. the user wants to buy the washing powder, playing a response message through a loudspeaker, asking for which commodity the user wants to buy for the user, and displaying the following commodities through a screen: commercial products a1, commercial products a2, commercial products B1, commercial products B2, and the like;
step S2, receiving the voice information 'first line first' of the user, playing the response information 'good through a loudspeaker, confirming whether to place an order' as the order information, and displaying the order information such as the receiving information, the commodity information, the entry of 'submitting the order' and the like through a screen;

Referring to fig. 8, a flowchart illustrating a fifth step of an embodiment of a data processing method according to the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 801, displaying a commodity interface corresponding to voice information under the condition that the voice information input by a user accords with a shopping triggering condition;
step 802, sending an order request for a target commodity to obtain an order corresponding to the order request; the target commodity can be a commodity selected by the user from the commodity interface;

The embodiment of the application can be applied to an application scene of an intelligent television or an intelligent sound box so as to improve convenience of online shopping.
In practical applications, step 803 may display and/or play the voiceprint authentication information.
Step 804 may verify the voiceprint verification information input by the user, and the corresponding verification process may include: performing a first matching on the voiceprint authentication information input by the user and the voiceprint authentication information of step 803; and performing second matching on the voiceprint information corresponding to the voiceprint verification information input by the user and the voiceprint information corresponding to the preset identity. And under the condition that the first matching result and the second matching result are both matched successfully, the voiceprint verification information is considered to pass verification, so that the order can be paid, and the payment safety is improved.

Network interface 1312 of one embodiment may provide an interface for device 1300 to communicate with one or more networks and/or with any other suitable apparatus, and device 1300 may communicate wirelessly with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols, such as to access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G or 4G or 5G, or a combination thereof.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processors 1302 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controllers (e.g., memory controllers) of the system control module 1304. For one embodiment, at least one of the processors 1302 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controllers of the system control module 1304 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processors 1302 may be integrated on the same novelty as the logic of one or more controllers of the system control module 1304. For one embodiment, at least one of processors 1302 may be integrated on the same chip with logic for one or more controllers of system control module 1304 to form a system on a chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, apparatus 1300 may include, but is not limited to: a computing device such as a desktop computing device or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a handheld computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.). In various embodiments, device 1300 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, device 1300 may include one or more cameras, a keyboard, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen (including a touch screen display), a non-volatile memory port, multiple antennas, a graphics chip, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and speakers.
Wherein, if the display includes a touch panel, the display screen may be implemented as a touch screen display to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of the touch or slide action but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
The present application also provides a non-transitory readable storage medium, where one or more modules (programs) are stored in the storage medium, and when the one or more modules are applied to an apparatus, the apparatus may be caused to execute instructions (instructions) of methods in the present application.
Provided in one example is an apparatus comprising: one or more processors; and, instructions stored thereon in one or more machine-readable media, which when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to perform a method as in embodiments of the present application, the method may comprise: the method shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3 or fig. 4 or fig. 5.
One or more machine-readable media are also provided in one example, having instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause an apparatus to perform a method as in embodiments of the application, which may include: the method shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3 or fig. 4 or fig. 5.
The specific manner in which each module performs operations of the apparatus in the above embodiments has been described in detail in the embodiments related to the method, and will not be described in detail here, and reference may be made to part of the description of the method embodiments for relevant points.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
Embodiments of the present application are described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

Claims (14)

1. A data processing method is applied to a smart sound box, and comprises the following steps:
displaying a commodity interface corresponding to first voice information under the condition that the first voice information input by a user accords with a shopping triggering condition;
sending an order request aiming at a target commodity to obtain an order corresponding to the order request; the target commodity is a commodity selected by the user from the commodity interface;
and paying the order according to the voiceprint verification information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said making payment for said order comprises:
outputting voiceprint verification information;
matching second voice information input by a user with the voiceprint verification information to obtain a corresponding matching result;
and paying the order according to the matching result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said paying for said order based on said matching comprises:
if the matching result is matching, sending a payment request aiming at the order; the payment request comprises: the information of the order and the payment object information corresponding to the voiceprint information of the user; or
If the matching result is not matched, sending a payment withholding request aiming at the order; the payment withholding request comprises the following steps: the order information and the preset communication identification.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein sending a payment by agency request for the order comprises:
displaying and/or playing the payment-for-replacement prompt message;
and sending a payment withholding request aiming at the order according to a payment withholding instruction aiming at the order by the user.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said sending an order request for a target item, the method further comprises:
playing commodity inquiry information aiming at commodities in the commodity interface;
and determining the target commodity according to the voice response information of the user aiming at the commodity inquiry information or the touch selection operation of the user aiming at the commodity in the commodity interface.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the order request for the target item comprises:
and responding to an order placing instruction of the user for the target commodity, and sending an order request according to the voiceprint information of the user and the information of the target commodity.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to said sending an order request for a target item, the method further comprises:
and displaying an order interface corresponding to the target commodity.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein prior to said sending an order request for a target item, the method further comprises:
and after displaying an order interface corresponding to the target commodity, playing ordering inquiry information aiming at the target commodity.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
aiming at order logistics query information which is input by a user and is in a voice form, and determining a target order corresponding to the order logistics query information according to voiceprint information of the user;
and playing and/or displaying the logistics information corresponding to the target order.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the determining the target order corresponding to the order logistics inquiry information comprises:
playing and/or displaying order information corresponding to the voiceprint information of the user;
and responding to the selection operation of the user for the order information, and determining a target order corresponding to the order logistics inquiry information.
11. A data processing apparatus, comprising:
the goods interface display module is used for displaying a goods interface corresponding to the voice information under the condition that the voice information input by the user accords with the shopping triggering condition;
the order request sending module is used for sending an order request aiming at a target commodity so as to obtain an order corresponding to the order request; the target commodity is a commodity selected by the user from the commodity interface; and
and the order payment module is used for paying the order according to the voiceprint verification information.
12. An apparatus, comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to perform the method of one or more of claims 1-10.
13. One or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause an apparatus to perform the method recited by one or more of claims 1-10.
14. A method of data processing, the method comprising:
displaying a commodity interface corresponding to the voice information under the condition that the voice information input by the user accords with a shopping triggering condition;
sending an order request aiming at a target commodity to obtain an order corresponding to the order request; the target commodity is a commodity selected by the user from the commodity interface;
outputting voiceprint verification information;
and receiving voiceprint verification information input by a user, and paying the order under the condition that the voiceprint verification information passes verification.
