技术领域
本发明涉及化纤领域,特别是涉及一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶低弹丝是针织或机织加工的理想原料。涤纶低弹丝通常用于服装面料、床上用品及装饰用品等领域。其中,在装饰用品,如窗帘等方面应用比较广泛。
随着防火安全意识日渐伸入人心,使用家用防火装饰用品对于提高防火安全起到了重要作用,因此,具有防火功能的装饰用品,如窗帘等得到了广大消费者的喜爱。
阻燃涤纶低弹丝是制备具有阻燃防火功能的窗帘的理想原料。但现有的阻燃低弹涤纶丝在存在如下缺点:1、阻燃剂的毒性大,不安全环保;2、阻燃效果不佳,尤其是经过多次洗涤以后,阻燃性能明显下降。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,能够解决现有阻燃涤纶低弹丝存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:将聚酯切片先进行加热预结晶,然后再对预结晶后的聚酯切片、色母粒和阻燃母粒进行干燥处理;
(2)熔融混料:将步骤(1)中干燥后的聚酯切片、色母粒和阻燃母粒按配方加入到双螺杆挤出机的料仓内,经加热、熔融、挤出,得到熔体物料;
(3)纺丝:将步骤(2)中制备的熔体物料加入到纺丝计量泵中,经纺丝计量泵计量后,通过纺丝组件过滤,然后经过喷丝头纺成丝束,并用环吹风对丝束均匀吹风冷却;
(4)上油阻燃整理;将冷却后的丝束通过上油装置,并在上油装置内进行上油阻燃整理;
(5)加弹处理:将步骤(4)中阻燃整理后的丝束依次经预网络喷嘴、导丝器、热牵伸辊、假捻器、终网络和卷绕罗拉,得到所述阻燃涤纶低弹丝。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,按重量份计算,所述配方包括聚酯切片65~80份、色母粒5~10份和阻燃母粒15~20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃母粒为磷氮系阻燃母粒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述预结晶的温度为170~176℃,所述干燥的温度为180~185℃,干燥时间为6-8h。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述双螺杆挤出的工艺条件为:温度280~288℃,压力8~10MPa。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述纺丝的温度为265~285℃;
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述环吹风的工艺条件为:风温20~22℃,风压40~43Pa,湿度75~80%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述上油装置所用的油剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:平滑剂66~73%、乳化剂8~10%、集束剂3~5%、抗静电剂5~8%和阻燃剂11~15%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃剂包括聚多磷酸铵、膨胀型石墨和硼酸锌。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(5)中,所述卷绕的工艺条件为:2550~2600m/min。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1
本发明揭示了一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,所述阻燃涤纶低弹丝的配方原料包括如下组分:按重量份计算,聚酯切片75份、色母粒5份和阻燃母粒20份,其中,所述阻燃母粒为磷氮系阻燃母粒,所述阻燃母粒为无卤阻燃,且属于膨胀型阻燃体系,其具有无毒、安全、环保的特点。
所述制备方法具体包括如下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:采用热空气进行处理,首先,用176℃的热空气对聚酯切片进行加热处理20min,使所述聚酯切片预结晶,然后再在185℃下对预结晶后的聚酯切片、色母粒和阻燃母粒进行干燥时间处理7h,使干燥后的聚酯切片、色母粒和阻燃母粒的含水量低于20ppm,较低的含水量能够防止原料发粘;
(2)熔融混料:将步骤(1)中干燥后的所述色母粒和阻燃母粒切片,再将所述色母粒切片、阻燃母粒切片和聚酯切片分别准确称量后加入到双螺杆挤出机的料仓内,在双螺杆挤出机螺杆的输送下,经加热、熔融、挤出,得到熔体物料;具体地,所述双螺杆挤出机具有六个加热区段,每个所述加热区段的温度为:一区280℃,二区282℃,三区284℃,四区286℃,五区288℃,六区288℃,挤出压力为8~10MPa;
通过将阻燃母粒与聚酯切片一同进行熔融纺丝,使所制备的涤纶纤维具有本质阻燃属性,能够有效提高涤纶低弹丝的阻燃性能和阻燃耐久性;
(3)纺丝:将步骤(2)中制备的熔体物料加入到285℃的纺丝计量泵中,经纺丝计量泵计量后,通过滤芯为20μm的纺丝组件过滤,然后在285℃下经过喷丝头纺成丝束,并用环吹风对丝束均匀吹风冷却;
所述环吹风的工艺条件为:风温20℃,风压40Pa,湿度80%;
该外环吹冷却的方式改变了侧吹风单向大面积吹风的形式,外环吹装置冷却风采用圆形风沿径向均匀吹向圆形丝束,能够有效提高丝束的条干指标和伸长均匀性;
(4)上油阻燃整理;将步骤(3)中冷却后的丝束通过上油装置,并在上油装置内进行上油阻燃整理;所述上油装置所用的油剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:平滑剂66~73%、OP乳化剂8~10%、集束剂3~5%、抗静电剂5~8%和阻燃剂11~15%;其中,所述平滑剂为双氨基官能团有机硅乳液;所述集束剂为磺化蓖麻油;所述抗静电剂为胺盐;所述阻燃剂包括质量比例为3:1:2的聚多磷酸铵、膨胀型石墨和硼酸锌;
通过上油处理能够有效解决丝束的毛丝和端头现象;另外,通过在油剂中添加阻燃剂,能够使涤纶丝具有双重阻燃效果,实现从内到外的全面阻燃,有效提高阻燃性能,从而提高使用安全性;通过抗静电剂的添加,还赋予了涤纶丝的抗静电性能;
(5)加弹处理:将步骤(4)中经上油阻燃整理后的丝束依次经过预网络喷嘴、导丝器、热牵伸辊、假捻器、终网络和卷绕罗拉,得到所述阻燃涤纶低弹丝。
其中,所述卷绕的工艺条件为:2550~2600m/min;卷绕速度的大小对产品相关物理性能指标有直接的影响,卷绕速度过高,产品易出现毛丝和端头;卷绕速度过低,产品因拉伸倍率达不到要求,其强度低、伸长大,卷绕张力波动大,易出现成形不良。
本发明所制备的阻燃涤纶低弹丝,根据本领域现有测试标准进行测试,经测试,其断裂强度为3.8cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为12.5%,卷曲收缩率为4.8%、沸水收缩率为2.6%;UL-94阻燃等级为V0级,经洗涤10次,其UL-94阻燃等级仍为V0级。
本发明一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,具有如下优点:
1、通过将阻燃母粒与聚酯切片一起进行熔融和纺丝,使所制备的涤纶低弹丝具有本质阻燃属性,且其阻燃性能持久,耐洗涤;
2、通过在油剂中加入阻燃剂,增强了成丝后的涤纶丝的表面阻燃性能,实现多重阻燃的功效,实现从内到外的全面阻燃,有效提高阻燃性能,从而提高使用安全性;
3、通过在油剂中加入抗静电剂,使成丝后的涤纶丝具有抗静电性能;
4、通过阻燃母粒和阻燃剂种类的选择,选用无卤、膨胀型阻燃剂,具有无毒、环保的优点,阻燃性能安全可靠。

(1)原料预处理:将聚酯切片先进行加热预结晶,然后再对预结晶后的聚酯切片、色母粒和阻燃母粒进行干燥处理;
(2)熔融混料:将步骤(1)中干燥后的聚酯切片、色母粒和阻燃母粒按配方加入到双螺杆挤出机的料仓内,经加热、熔融、挤出,得到熔体物料;
(3)纺丝:将步骤(2)中制备的熔体物料加入到纺丝计量泵中,经纺丝计量泵计量后,通过纺丝组件过滤,然后经过喷丝头纺成丝束,并用环吹风对丝束均匀吹风冷却;
(4)上油阻燃整理;将冷却后的丝束通过上油装置,并在上油装置内进行上油阻燃整理;
(5)加弹处理:将步骤(4)中阻燃整理后的丝束依次经预网络喷嘴、导丝器、热牵伸辊、假捻器、终网络和卷绕罗拉,得到所述阻燃涤纶低弹丝。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述双螺杆挤出的工艺条件为:温度280~288℃,压力8~10MPa。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述纺丝的温度为265~285℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述环吹风的工艺条件为:风温20~22℃,风压40~43Pa,湿度75~80%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,所述上油装置所用的油剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:平滑剂66~73%、乳化剂8~10%、集束剂3~5%、抗静电剂5~8%和阻燃剂11~15%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂包括聚多磷酸铵、膨胀型石墨和硼酸锌。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃涤纶低弹丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,所述卷绕的工艺条件为:2550~2600m/min。
